del polietilene espanso, la società ISOFOM ha
affermato la sua presenza attiva contribuendo in
modo determinante alla storia della lavorazione

Im Umformungsbereich durch extrudierten
Polyäthylenschaum hat die Firma ISOFOM ihre
aktive Anwesenheit auf dem Markt behauptet,

Dans le monde de la transformation par extrusion
du polyéthylène expansé, la société ISOFOM a
affirmé sa présence active en contribuant de
façon déterminante à l’histoire du façonnage du
plastique. L’amélioration continue de la qualité,
la recherche technologique qui a contribué à
innover le procédé de fabrication et le produit, de
même qu’une compétence managériale avérée
et soucieuse de la satisfaction de la clientèle,
sont les éléments qui ont marqué le parcours de
l’Entreprise dans ce secteur et qui lui ont permis
de rester constamment au sommet des marchés
italien et européen.

del polietileno expandido, la sociedad ISOFOM ha
afirmado su presencia activa contribuyendo de

del plástico. El constante desarrollo de la
calidad junto con la búsqueda tecnológica que

ISOFOM nasce a Pesaro nel 1984 e fin dai primi
anni si pone come Azienda Leader di mercato
nell’estrusione di tubi isolanti in Polietilene e
Poliuretano Espanso realizzati per il settore della
Termoidraulica e della Refrigerazione.
Nel 1996 è nata la divisione “SISTEMPACK” che si
occupa della realizzazione di prodotti in polietilene
espanso rivolti al mercato del PACKAGING, tale
divisione è arrivata ad occupare una posizione
di primaria importanza nel mercato Europeo,
proponendo una vasta gamma di profili in PE,
mirata a risolvere problemi dell’imballaggio, con un
prodotto altamente flessibile ma standardizzato.
SISTEMPACK da oltre 10 anni ha creato un
apposito ufficio tecnico il cui scopo primario è
quello di affrontare e risolvere tutte le esigenze
che i nostri clienti affrontano quotidianamente.

ISOFOM was founded in Pesaro in 1984 and very
quickly became a market leader in the extrusion
of Polyethylene and Polyurethane foam insulating
tubes made for the Thermohydraulic and
Refrigeration industry. In 1996 the “SISTEMPACK”
division was founded, dealing with the creation of
polyethylene foam products for the PACKAGING
market. This division has achieved a position of
primary importance in the European market and
offers a wide range of polyethylene foam profiles,
aimed at solving packaging problems by using a
highly flexible but standardised product.
Over 10 years ago, SISTEMPACK established
a specific technical office with the primary
objective of tackling and finding solutions to all of
the requirements faced by our clients every day.

ISOFOM wurde in Pesaro 1984 gegründet und wird
schon in den ersten Jahren ein Marktführer in der
Herstellung von extrudierten Isolierrohren aus
Polyäthylen und Polyurethan schaum, die für den
Bereich Heizung und Sanitär realisiert werden.
1996 ist die Abteilung “SISTEMPACK”
entstanden, die die Herstellung von Produkten
aus Polyäthylenschaum für den PACKAGING –
Markt ausführt; diese Abteilung nimmt bereits
eine Spitzenstellung im Europäischen Markt ein
und bietet ein großes Angebot von Profilen aus
Polyäthylenschaum an, das darauf ausgerichtet
ist, mit einem sehr flexiblem aber standardisiertem
Produkt Verpackungsprobleme zu lösen.
SISTEMPACK hat seit mehr als 10 Jahren ein
spezielles Technischen Büro geschaffen mit dem
Hauptzweck, alle Anforderungen die täglich auf
unsere Kunden zukommen zu bewältigen und zu
lösen.

ISOFOM a été fondée à Pesaro en 1984 et
s’est imposée dès les premières années
comme Entreprise de pointe, spécialisée dans
l’extrusion de tubes isolants en Polyéthylène et
Polyuréthane Expansé réalisés pour le secteur
Thermohydraulique et celui de la Réfrigération.
En 1996, la division “SISTEMPACK” voit le jour.
Celle-ci a pour vocation la réalisation de produits
en polyéthylène expansé s’adressant au marché
de l’EMBALLAGE, cette division est arrivée à
occuper une position de premier plan sur le
marché européen, proposant une vaste gamme de
profils en PE capable de résoudre les problèmes
d’emballage, avec un produit hautement flexible
mais standardisé.
SISTEMPACK a créé depuis plus de 10 ans
un bureau technique spécialisé, dont le but
premier est de faire face et résoudre toutes les
difficultés auxquelles nos clients sont confrontés
quotidiennement.

En 1996 nace la división “SISTEMPACK” que se
ocupa de la realización de productos de polietileno
expandido dirigidos al mercado del PACKAGING,
dicha división ha conseguido ocupar una posición
de importancia primaria en el mercado Europeo,
proponiendo una amplia gama de perfiles de PE,
destinada a resolver problemas de embalaje, con
un producto altamente flexible y al mismo tiempo
estandarizado. SISTEMPACK creó hace más de
10 años un departamento técnico especial cuya
finalidad primaria es la de estudiar y resolver todas
las exigencias que nuestros clientes enfrentan
cotidianamente.

Il Polietilene è un materiale flessibile ma nello
stesso tempo leggero e resistente. Grazie
alla sua memoria elastica, si comporta come
ammortizzatore che esercita una protezione
costante e perfetta contro gli urti, abbattendo
in modo significativo il problema dei resi, dovuti
alle problematiche legate al trasporto, alla
movimentazione e allo stoccaggio delle merci.
è inodore, sopporta sbalzi di temperature da 45° a + 100°C. esercitando al contempo un buon
isolamento termico, è inattaccabile dagli agenti
atmosferici nonché dai Sali del cloro, presenta un
tasso di assorbimento d’acqua molto basso e riduce
notevolmente la trasmissione del vapore acqueo.
Questi fattori contribuiscono a far considerare il
Polietilene un ottimo materiale d’imballo anche
in condizioni critiche di stoccaggio, quali fermi
prolungati delle merci o condizioni ambientali
avverse. Tutta la gamma dei prodotti SISTEMPACK
è totalmente riciclabile e risponde ai parametri
espressi dalle nuove normative emanate dal
Parlamento Europeo, riguardanti i principi sullo
smaltimento e riciclaggio degli imballaggi.

Polyethylene is a flexible material but at the
same time it is light and resistant. Thanks to its
elastic memory, it behaves like a shock absorber
which offers constant and perfect protection
against impacts, thereby significantly reducing
the problem of goods returned due to transport,
movement and storage-related problems. It is
odourless; it can withstand temperature variations
from –45° to +100°, while at the same time giving
good thermal insulation; it is not subject to attack
from atmospheric agents nor from chlorine
salts; it has a very low water absorption level
and notably reduces the transmission of steam.
These factors contribute to make Polyethylene
an excellent material for packaging, also in
critical storage conditions such as long term
storage or storage in unfavourable weather
conditions. All of the SISTEMPACK range of
products are completely recyclable and conform
to the parameters expressed by the new European
Parliament regulations concerning the principles
for packaging disposal and recycling.

Das Polyäthylen ist ein biegsamens aber
gleichzeitig leichtes und widerstandfähiges
Material. Dank seinem elastischen Gedächtnis
verhält es sich wie ein Stossdämpfer, der
einen konstanten und einwandfreien Schutz
gegen Stöße bietet, wodurch das Problem
der Warenretouren wegen Schwierigkeiten
beim Transport, bei der Warenbeförderung
und –lagerung auf einschneidende Weise
gemindert wird. Das Material ist geruchlos,
widersteht Temperatuschwankungen von -45°
bis + 100°C und gewährt gleichzeitig eine gute
Wärmeisolierung, ist wetterbeständig und kann
auch vom Chlorsalz nicht angegriffen werden,
seine Wasseraufnahme ist sehr gering und die
Übertragung des Wasserdampfs wird beträchtlich
reduziert. Diese Umstände tragen dazu bei, dass
der Polyäthylenschaum als ein ausgezeichnetes
Verpackungsmaterial auch in schwierigen
Umständen hinsichtlich der Lagerung, wie
verlängerte Aufbewahrung der Waren oder
schwierige Umgebungsbedingungen, angesehen
wird. Die ganze Produktpalette SISTEMPACK
ist komplett recyclebar und entspricht den
Parametern hinsichtlich der neuen Richtlinien,
die vom Europäischen Parlament bezüglich der
Grundsätze betreffend Entsorgung und Recydling
der Verpackungen erlassen wurden.

Le Polyéthylène est un matériau à la fois flexible,
léger et résistant. Grâce à sa mémoire élastique,
il se comporte comme un amortisseur en mesure
d’assurer une protection constante et parfaite
contre les chocs, réduisant ainsi de façon
significative les retours de marchandises, dus
aux problèmes liés au transport, à la manutention
et au stockage des marchandises. Il est inodore,
supporte des écarts de température de -45 °C à
+100 °C, offrant dans le même temps une bonne
isolation thermique. Il est inattaquable par les
agents atmosphériques de même que par les
Sels de chlore. Il présente un très faible taux
d’absorption d’eau et réduit considérablement
la transmission de la vapeur d’eau. Ces facteurs
contribuent à faire du Polyéthylène un excellent
matériau d’emballage également dans des
conditions critiques de stockage, tels que les arrêts
prolongés ou les conditions ambiantes sévères.
Toute la gamme des produits SISTEMPACK est
totalement recyclable et répond aux paramètres
fixés par les nouvelles réglementations émises par
le Parlement Européen en matière d’élimination et
de recyclage des emballages.

El Polietileno es un material flexible pero al mismo
tiempo liviano y resistente. Gracias a su memoria
elástica, funciona como amortiguador que ejerce
una protección constante y perfecta contra
los golpes, reduciendo de modo significativo
el problema de las devoluciones, debido a los
problemas relacionados con el transporte, el
desplazamiento y el almacenamiento de las
mercancías. Es inodoro, soporta variaciones de
temperatura que van de -45° a + 100°C, ejerciendo
al mismo tiempo un buen asilamiento térmico,
resulta inatacable a los agentes atmosféricos y
a las Sales del cloro, presenta un porcentaje de
absorción de agua muy bajo y reduce notablemente
la transmisión del vapor de agua. Estos factores
contribuyen a que se considere el Polietilene
como un excelente material de embalaje aún
en condiciones críticas de almacenamiento,
como depósito de las mercancías por períodos
prolongados o condiciones medioambientales
adversas. Toda la gama de productos SISTEMPACK
es totalmente reciclable y responde a los
parámetros expresados por las nuevas normas
emanadas por el Parlamento Europeo, referidas
a los principios sobre la eliminación y reciclaje de
los embalajes.

ridurre i costi relativi ai ritorni per danneggiamento
dei beni trasportati. Ecco perché all’interno
della divisione SISTEMPACK è stata creata
una struttura specifica, che si occupa della
progettazione e della realizzazione degli Imballi
Tecnici, in grado di proporre alla propria clientela
lo studio personalizzato dell’imballaggio affinché
ogni oggetto possa viaggiare protetto in un vero e
proprio sistema ammortizzato.
Il nostro Laboratorio è in grado di fornire specifiche
simulazioni che permettono di valutare l’efficacia di
una soluzione.

Companies increasingly require a personalisation
of packaging, with the aim of reducing costs relating
to the return of goods damaged during transit. That
is why a specific structure has been created inside
SISTEMPACK where Packaging Technicians plan
and create a personalised packaging plan for the
client so that all objects may travel protected by a
true shock absorption system.
Our Laboratory is able to provide specific
simulations which permit us to evaluate the
effectiveness of each solution.
