Front Euroliners™
The brackets use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up with the valve
cut out in the front liner. Loosen the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and tap the
brackets (AM BK 20) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Adjust the half nut s
(AM NO 01) until the Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim and half nut face.
Now place the front Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed studs from the bracket through
the holes in the liner. Adjust the half nut (AM NO 01) until the Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim
and half nut face. Screw on to the exposed thread the full nuts (AM NO 13) using the tool (AM TOL 01)
provided to tighten full nuts down (AM NO 13) onto the Euroliner/wheel. Place the front centre cap (AM
20 / A FLC) onto the front Euroliner (AM 20/ A FL) secure with the retaining screws (AM COMP 20)

Rear Euroliners™
The stud extenders (AM SE 04) use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will
line up with the valve cut out in the rear liner. You do not need to remove any wheels nuts, screw the
stud extenders (AM SE 04) on the exposed threads of the chosen four opposing wheel studs.
Now place the rear Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed tube extenders through the holes
in the liner. Screw on to the exposed thread the full nuts (AM NO 13) using the tool (AM TOL 01)
provided to tighten full nuts down onto the Euroliner/wheel. Place the rear centre cap (AM 20 / A RLC)
onto the rear Euroliner (AM 20/ A RL) secure with the retaining screws (AM COMP 20)
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use of a very
small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.
Attention: - Due to the nature of the stainless steel it is impossible to remove all sharp edges.
Therefore we strongly recommend the use of industrial gloves at all times.

Front Euroliners™
First remove the TIR ring / cover (if fitted) and refit the wheel nuts.
Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to use, making sure the threads are clean and
undamaged. This will line up with the valve cut out in the front liner. Screw the Jam nut and cap (AM JM
0425) on to the exposed thread showing past the wheel nuts (3 full threads minimum) . Use the tool
provided to tighten the jam nut and caps (AM TOL 02)
Rear Euroliners™
Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to use, making sure the threads are clean and

Front Euroliners™
First remove the TIR ring (if fitted) / cover and refit the wheel nuts

brackets (AM BK 36) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely.
Now place the front Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed studs from the bracket through
the holes in the liner. Place the front Euroliner (AM 01 B FL) onto the remaining threads (min 3 full
threads) of the bracket. Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 0125) with the tool provided (AM
TOL 01) Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps.

exposed thread showing past the wheel nuts (3 full threads minimum
Screw the Tube extenders (AM SE 01) to the two opposing wheel nuts using the tool provided (AM TOL
01). Place the front Euroliner onto the front wheel, this will show the tube extenders through the liner
and fit the jam nut and cap (AM JM 0125). Use the tool provided (AM TOL 01) to tighten the jam nut
and caps
Rear Euroliners™
Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to use, will line up with the valve cut out in the
rear liner. Remove the original wheel nuts and screw on the shallow wheel nuts (AM NO 4).
Now screw the tube extenders (AM SE 01) to the exposed thread showing past wheel nuts using the
tool provided (AM TOL 01). Place the rear Euroliner onto the rear wheel, this will show the tube
extenders through the liner and fit the jam nuts. Use the tool provided (AM TOL 01) to tighten the jam
nut and cap (AM JM 01).
*If there is no thread showing past the end of the wheel nuts please read the following : -Around 20%
of Mercedes 709, 612, 614 are fitted with short rear wheel studs. In these instances shallow rear wheel
nuts need to be fitted. This kit can also be used on Mercedes 609 with additional stud extender (AM TE
03) and fitting tool (AM TOL 02)

Now fit the half nut (AM NO 1) on top of the bracket (AM BK 22). Set this 7 to 10 mm lower then the
liner, this will allow the liner to pull down tight. Place the front Euroliner (AM 21 B FL) on the wheel, this
will show the stud extender (AM SE 05) thread through the liner. Now fit the Jam nut and caps (AM JM
0125) torque using the tool provided (AM TOL 02) Remember do not over tighten the jam nuts

Front Euroliners ®
To attain the best fit and longevity of the Euroliners you must first re-move any excess paint layers from the face of
the bolt circle (Around the wheel nuts)
The front Euroliners™ Outer (AM 225 FL Cover) fits to the wheel using 5 of the 10 wheel nuts. First remove 5
wheel nuts (every other one) Now place the front Euroliners™ Outer (AM 225 FL Cover) on to the exposed wheel
stud thread, centralising the holes over the top of the remaining wheel nuts. (remember to line up the valve hole cut
out) Hold the front Euroliners™ Outer central and replace the original wheel nuts using a wheel brace (not an air
ratchet) and then tighten in the normal way. To fit the Euroliners™ TIR Cover (AM AP 255-23), you will need to
remove 4 opposing wheel nuts. Next place the front Euroliners™ TIR cover (AM AP 225-23) on top of the front
Euroliners™ Outer (AM 225 FL Cover) on to the exposed studs. Replace and tighten the original wheel nuts
securely using a wheel brace (not an air ratchet) Push on the 10 multi-fit nut caps (AM 404.870.0) ensuring they fit
squarely and securely. (going all the way home, covering the wheel nut thrust washers)
Please Note: There are many different wheel nuts in shape and size. When a 30mm nut is fitted it is more difficult
to centre than a 33mm, due to the size of the thrust washer. Please ensure that the wheel nut thrust washers are
very free to spin. If they are not this will buckle the Euroliners™.
Rear Euroliners ®
The rear Euroliners™ are universal, which enables it to fit all 22.5” diameter wheel rims (e.g 22.5 x 7.50 / 22.5” x
8.25 / 22.5 x 9.00) The reason for this is are 1.) It is very easy to remove the Euroliners™ for inspection and
service. 2.) it fits all 22.5” steel road wheel rims.
The rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover) use 4 opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line
up with the valve cut out in the rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover). Remove the 4 chosen opposing wheel nuts
and fit the rear brackets (AM BK 225 B) . Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Now fit the half nuts
(AM NO 225) onto each of the rear brackets (AM BK 225 B). Set this approx 4-7 mm lower then the rear
Euroliners™, this will allow the Euroliners™ to pull down tight. Remember to make sure that they are sat squarely
and flat in the wheel. Place the rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover) on the rear brackets (AM BK 225 B), this will
show the stud extender thread through the rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover) next place the rear Euroliners™
Centre on top of the rear Euroliners™ cover (AM 225 RL Cover). Next screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 01)
with the tool provided (AM TOL 02) Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps. This will secure both
parts of the rear Euroliners™ onto the wheel

remove 4 opposing wheel nuts. Next place the front Euroliners™ TIR cover (AM AP 225-23) on top of the front
Euroliners™ Outer (AM 225 FL Cover) on to the exposed studs.
Replace and tighten the original wheel nuts securely using a wheel brace (not an air ratchet) Push on the 10 multifit nut caps (AM 4048700) ensuring they fit squarely and securely. (going all the way home, covering the wheel nut
thrust washers)
Please Note: There are many different wheel nuts in shape and size. When a 30mm nut is fitted it is more difficult
to centre than a 33mm, due to the size of the thrust washer. Please ensure that the wheel nut thrust washers are
very free to spin. If they are not this will buckle the Euroliners™.
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use of a very small
amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.
Attention: - Due to the nature of the stainless steel it is impossible to remove all sharp edges. Therefore we
strongly recommend the use of industrial gloves at all times.

Rear Euroliners ®
The rear Euroliners™ are universal, which enables it to fit all 22.5” diameter wheel rims (e.g 22.5 x 7.50 /
22.5” x 8.25 / 22.5 x 9.00) The reason for this is are 1.) It is very easy to remove the Euroliners™ for
inspection and service. 2.) it fits all 22.5” steel road wheel rims.
The rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover) use 4 opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will
line up with the valve cut out in the rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover). Remove the 4 chosen opposing
wheel nuts and fit the rear brackets (AM BK 225 B) . Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely.
Now fit the half nuts (AM NO 225) onto each of the rear brackets (AM BK 225 B). Set this approx 4-7 mm
lower then the rear Euroliners™™, this will allow the Euroliners™ to pull down tight. Remember to make
sure that they are sat squarely and flat in the wheel.
Place the rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover) on the rear brackets (AM BK 225 B), this will show the stud
extender thread through the rear Euroliners™ (AM 225 RL Cover) next place the rear Euroliners™ Centre on
top of the rear Euroliners™ cover (AM 225 RL Cover). Next screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 01) with
the tool provided (AM TOL 02) Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps. This will secure both
parts of the rear Euroliners™ onto the wheel
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use of a very
small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.

Front Euroliners™
First remove the TIR ring / cover (if fitted) and refit the wheel nuts.
Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to use, making sure the threads are clean and
undamaged (This will line up with the valve cut out in the front Euroliner). Remove the four opposing
wheel nuts and fit the brackets (AM BK19 D), and re-tighten the original wheel nuts.
Place the front Euroliner over the wheel, locating the bracket tower through the holes in the Euroliner.
Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 0125, front) using the tool (AM TOL 01) provided to tighten
the jam nuts.
Rear Euroliners™
Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to use, making sure the threads are clean and
undamaged (This will line up with the valve cut out in the rear Euroliner). Remove the four opposing
wheel nuts and fit the brackets (AM BK19 D), and re-tighten the original wheel nuts.
Place the rear Euroliner over the wheel, locating the bracket tower through the holes in the Euroliner.
Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 01, rear) using the tool (AM TOL 01) provided to tighten the
jam nuts.
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use of a very
small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.
Attention: - Due to the nature of the stainless steel it is impossible to remove all sharp edges.
Therefore we strongly recommend the use of industrial gloves at all times.

The brackets (AM BK 23 B) use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up
with the valve cut out in the front liner. Loosen the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and
tap the brackets (AM BK 23 B) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Screw the
bullet stud extenders (AM SE 05) onto the bracket (AM BK 23 B) using the tool provided (AM TOL 04).
Now fit the half nut (AM NO 23) on top of the tube extender. Set this 7 to 10 mm lower then the liner (fig
2), this will allow the liner to pull down tight. Place the front Euroliner (AM 23 B FL) on the wheel, this will
show the stud extender thread through the liner. Now fit the Jam nut and caps (AM JM 23) torque using
the tool provided (AM TOL 02) Remember do not over tighten the jam nuts
Rear Euroliners™
The brackets (AM BK 23 B) use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up
with the valve cut out in the rear liner. Loosen the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and
tap the brackets (AM BK 23 B) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Screw the
bullet stud extenders (AM SE 05) onto the bracket (AM BK 23 B) using the tool provided (AM TOL 04).

of the bracket. Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 0125) with the tool provided (AM TOL 01)
Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps.

Front Euroliners™

show the wheel thread through the liner. Replace the original wheel nuts, remember to tighten them
securely. Now push on the front nut caps (AM JM 05-LNF-F)
Rear Euroliners™
Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to use, making sure the threads are clean and
undamaged. This will line up with the valve cut out in the rear liner.
Remove the two opposing wheel nuts, place the rear Euroliners™ onto the rear wheel, this will show the
wheel thread through the liner. Replace the original wheel nuts, remember to tighten them securely.
Now push on the rear nut caps (AM JM 05-LNF-R)

Front Euroliners™

brackets (AM BK 35F) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Adjust the half nuts
(AM NO 01) until the front Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim and half nut face.
Now place the front Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed studs from the bracket through
the holes in the liner. Adjust the half nut (AM NO 01) until the Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim
and half nut face. Place the front Euroliner (AM 35 FL) onto the remaining threads (min 3 full threads) of
the bracket. Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 17) with the tool provided (AM TOL 01)
Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps.
Rear Euroliners™
Remove any four opposing wheel nuts, fit the brackets (AM BK 35 R) and re-tighten. Place the rear
Euroliner™ over the wheel, locating the two mounting bracket studs through the holes in the
Euroliner™, now put the jam nut and caps (AM JM 01) on the bracket, securing the Euroliner™ rear in
place. By using the tool provided to tighten the jam nuts (AM JM 01).
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use ofa very
small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.

Front Euroliners™
First remove the TIR ring (if fitted) / cover and refit the wheel nuts
The front liner uses two opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up with the
valve cut out in the front liner. Remove the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and place
the front liner onto the exposed wheel studs. Replace and securely tighten the original wheel nuts back
on the exposed wheel studs, which will secure the liner underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel
nuts securely.
Now fit the push-fit the caps (AM JM 14) on to the exposed original wheel nuts. It may be necessary to
push these on using the jam nut fitting tool (AM TOL 01), to ensure the caps fit squarely and securely.
Rear Euroliners™
The rear liner uses two opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up with
the valve cut out in the rear liner. You do not need to remove any wheel nuts on the rear wheel.
Now place the rear liner onto the remaining threads (min 3 full threads) showing past the wheel
nuts.
Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 13) on to the exposed thread showing through the
rear liner. Tighten the jam nut and caps using the tool provided (AM TOL 01).
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use ofa very
small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.

Front Euroliners™
The brackets use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up with the valve
cut out in the front liner. Loosen the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and tap the
brackets (AM BK 16) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Adjust the half nuts
(AM NO 01) until the front Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim and half nut face.
Now place the front Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed studs from the bracket through
the holes in the liner. Adjust the half nut (AM NO 01) until the Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim
and half nut face. Place the front Euroliner (AM 21 B (M.A.N) FL) onto the remaining threads (min 3 full
threads) of the bracket. Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 0125) with the tool provided (AM
TOL 01) Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps.
Rear Euroliners™
The brackets use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up with the valve
cut out in the rear liner. Loosen the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and tap the
brackets (AM BK 16) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely. Now screw on to the
bracket stud the stud extender (AM SE 07) then the extension (AM SE 05) using the tool provided (AM
TOL 01).
Now place the rear Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed studs from the bracket through
the holes in the liner. Adjust the half nut (AM NO 01) until the Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim
and half nut face. Place the rear Euroliner (AM 21 B (M.A.N) RL) onto the remaining threads (min 3 full
threads) of the bracket. Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 01) with the tool provided (AM TOL
01) Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps.
Please note: Wheel nuts should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use of a very
small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.
Attention: - Due to the nature of the stainless steel it is impossible to remove all sharp edges.
Therefore we strongly recommend the use of industrial gloves at all times.

Front Euroliners™
First remove the TIR ring / cover (if fitted) and refit the wheel nuts.
The jam nut and caps use the exposed thread showing past the wheel nuts ( 3 full threads minimum)
There is no need to remove any wheel nuts. Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to
use, will line up with the valve cut out in the front liner. Screw on the (AM JM 03, front right side) and
the (AM JM 04, front left side) Place the front liner over the wheel, locating the two exposed wheel
studs through the holes in the liner, using the tool provided to tighten the jam nuts on to the exposed
thread of the wheel studs.
Rear Euroliners™
The tube extenders use the exposed thread showing past the wheel nuts ( 3 full threads minimum)
There is no need to remove any wheel nuts. Check that the two opposing wheel studs you are going to
use, will line up with the valve cut out in the front liner. Screw on the (AM TE 02, rear right side) and
the (AM TE 01, rear left side) Place the rear Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed tube
extenders through the holes in the liner, using the tool provided to tighten the jam nuts (AM JM 01,
rear right side) and the (AM JM 01, rear left side) on to the exposed thread of the tube extenders.
DO-NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE TUBE EXTENDERS OR THE JAM NUTS They will remain tight due to the
engineering of the product, but should be checked after 50 miles and periodically there after. The use
of a very small amount of anti-ceasing grease is recommended on assembly and servicing.
*If there is no thread showing past the end of the wheel nuts please read the following: The vehicle
manufacturer used three different types of wheel nuts between 1994-1997 The Euroliners will easily fit
all years if the correct wheel nuts are fitted.
It is possible to make fitting easier by replacing the wheel nuts with shallow ones.
(LDV No’s AAR 2637, AAR 2638) This will expose more thread and allows the
Euroliners™ to fit correctly. PS. Many of our customers have told us the cheapest
way to achieve this is by visiting their local commercial vehicle dismantlers.

Front Euroliners™
First remove the TIR ring (if fitted) / cover and refit the wheel nuts
The brackets use four opposing wheel studs, check the ones you want to use, will line up with the valve
cut out in the front liner. Loosen the wheel nuts on the chosen opposing wheel studs, and tap the
brackets (AM BK 36) underneath. Remember to re-tighten the wheel nuts securely.
Now place the front Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed studs from the bracket through
the holes in the liner. Place the front Euroliner (AM 30 B FL) onto the remaining threads (min 3 full
threads) of the bracket. Now screw on the jam nut and caps (AM JM 0125) with the tool provided (AM
TOL 01) Remember do-not over tighten the jam nut and caps.

hand) using the tool (AM TOL 03) provided to tighten full nuts down onto the Euroliner/wheel. Fit nut
covers (AM JM 06) onto the full nuts.

DO-NOT REMOVE ANY WHEEL NUTS Screw the stud extenders (AM SE 11, rear left hand / AM SE
12, rear right hand) on the rear wheel. They use the exposed thread of two opposing studs on the
wheel. Now place the rear Euroliner over the wheel, locating the two exposed tube extenders through
the holes in the liner.
Adjust the half nut until the Euroliner fits snugly on to the wheel rim and half nut face. Screw on to the
exposed thread the full nuts (AM NO 03, front right hand / AM NO 10 front left hand) using the tool (AM
TOL 03) provided to tighten full nuts down onto the Euroliner/wheel. Fit nut covers (AM JM 06) onto the
full nuts.

RUGGINE NEI DISCHI EUROLINER
1. Euroliners™ sono realizzati al 100% in acciaio 304 e NON è possibile che si verifichino problemi di ruggin. 2. È sicuro al 100% che le possibili cause siano imputabili alle ruote, per fattori tra quali: errata equilibratura, fissaggio, curvatura, deformazione e cuscinetti 3. La ruggine deriva dall’acciaio dei cerchioni e dallo sfregamento del bordo dei cerchioni con i dischi Euroliners 4. Questo può succedere per diverse ragioni, bilanciamento del peso errato. 5. I cerchi‐ruota in acciaio possono essere fuori equilibratura, facendoli quindi oscillare e vibrare e provocare polveri di sfregamento. 6. I cerchi‐ruota in acciaio possono essere piegati o deformati, questo può provocare polveri e vibrazioni. 7. Gli Euroliners™ possono essere erroneamente istallati, rimuoverli e rimontarli correttamente seguendo le indicazioni del libretto istruzioni. 8. Durante il fissaggio degli Euroliners™ applicare sempre un piccolo quantità di grasso alle filettature dei fissaggi. 9. Nel caso sia visibile ruggine ai bordi degli Euroliners™ significa che non sono stati posizionati correttamente, sarà visibile una piccola parte molto logora sul bordo dei cerchi in acciaio, questo è provocato dalla pasta di ruggine che si è attaccata ai bordi degli Euroliners™. Controllate TUTTE le possibili opzioni sopra indicate e risolverete il problema della ruggine al 99,9% !!
