INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER CONFIGURATION
This Handbook is intended to provide the guidelines of the Internet Explorer 6 Browser Configuration for the
Internet Service.
The following screenshots belong to the Italian version of the Program.
In the text is provided a translation of the entries in Italian to give you an hint to find the corresponding entry
in your Microsoft Internet Explorer language.
1. Open the Internet Explorer browser
2. Select "Opzioni Internet" (Internet Options) from the "Strumenti" (Tools) menu
3. Click on the “Connessioni” (Connections) tab
4. Select the entry named “Non utilizzare mai connessioni remote” (Never Dial a Connection)
5. Press the “Impostazioni LAN” (LAN Settings) button

Select “Utilizza un server proxy” (Use a Proxy server for your LAN)
Set the “Indirizzo” (Address) field, putting in the value 172.16.252.1
Set the “Porta” (Port) field by putting the value 3128
Press the "OK" button to save changes
