La MVM propone a tutti i clienti e a chi sia interessato, un corso
personalizzato: è sufficiente concordare un appuntamento e lo
staff tecnico ti seguirà per un giorno, a titolo completamente
gratuito, per darti un supporto tecnico. I corsi sono rivolti in modo
particolare a chi sta valutando l’ apertura di un centro di affilatura;
la MVM sa consigliare quali sono le macchine più adatte per i vari
metodi di affilatura.
Il vantaggio del corso di affilatura personalizzato è la presenza di
un tecnico che ti seguirà a tempo pieno, fornendoti tutte le
informazioni teorico/pratiche specifiche per ogni esigenza.
Questo corso è completamente gratuito ed è rivolto a vecchi
e nuovi clienti ed è prenotabile in ogni giorno della
settimana presso la nostra sede. A fine corso verrà
rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione.

Per quanto riguarda la Lasdremash in Russia, nonostante la
situazione economica che ben si conosce, la MVM non ha voluto
disperdere il lavoro fatto sino ad oggi, e per cui la presenza in
questa fiera ci sembra sia fondamentale per consolidare la nostra
presenza in questo paese difficile ma comunque in espansione.
Regarding the Lesdrevmash in Russia, despite the economic
situation that is well known, MVM does not want to undo the work
done to date, and so our presence at this fair is crucial in order to
strengthen our presence in this still expanding country.

La partecipazione a questa fiera ci ha riservato la sorpresa di una
grande affluenza di pubblico interessato, evidenziando che in
Germania ci sono chiari i segnali della ripresa. Abbiamo ottenuto
un grande successo e stiamo ancora raccogliendo i frutti della
nostra partecipazione. Ribadiamo la grande affluenza di
pubblico e a tale proposito la MVM ha intrapreso una politica di
prezzi finalizzati all'evento e molti sono stai i clienti sensibili a
questa strategia, e tanti sono stati i clienti che hanno deciso di
acquistare una nuova macchina.
Participation at this exhibition brought us in contact with a large
number of customers, showing that in Germany there are clear
signs of recovery. We have achieved a great success and we are
still reaping the benefits of our participation. We reiterate the
large number of visitors to our stand and in this regard MVM
embarked on a pricing policy aimed at the event and many
customers were responsive to this strategy, and decided to buy
new machines.

OPEN FIELD HIGH POWER MAGNETIC WORK SURFACE
Il piano magnetico a campo aperto è un supermagnete, con
una forza magnetica circa 10 volte superiore ai piani
magnetici permanenti a leva o elettromagnetici.
Ideale per magnetizzare in modo estremamente facile e
veloce piccoli utensili in metallo duro (HM) e acciaio super
rapido (HSS). Disponibile anche la versione per coltelli da
pialla sagomati tipo Variplan.
I magneti in Neodimio sono incastrati su una piastra in
bronzo B14 antiusura. Le 2 battute in bronzo a 90° sono
estraibili per rettificare la superficie del magnete. E’
possibile staffare questo accessorio sulla tavola magnetica
o meccanica di qualsiasi macchina da rettifica.

The open field magnetic work surface has a force about 10
times that of a normal permanent magnet.
Extremely easy to use and ideal for firmly holding small
tools of hard metal (HM). Also available for straight knives
shaped like Variplan. Neodymium magnets are embedded
in a bronze B14 plate. The 2 bronze bars at 90° can be
removed for grinding the surface of the magnet.
And this accessory can be utilised on any mechanical or
magnetic table of any grinding machine.

rettifica di utensili in metallo duro tipo widia (HM) utilizzati per la
lavorazione del legno. Il piano ha una forza di trazione molto
elevata in quanto i coltellini vengono posizionati direttamente sopra
i magneti e di conseguenza si possono riaffilare anche pezzi di
dimensioni molto ridotte. E' particolarmente adatto per affilatrici
lineari e lapidelli, in quanto la base di appoggio è parallela alla
superficie magnetica.
The open field permanent magnetic chuck is suitable for the
grinding of carbide tools (HM) used in woodworking.
The base has a very high tensile strength and the inserts are
positioned directly over the magnets and can be reground.
This also applies to inserts of very small size. It particularly suitable
for linear grinding machines and vertical spindle grinding machines.

Dopo che la MVM è diventata leader
mondiale nel settore delle Doctor
Bledes e coltelli circolari per le
bobinatrici nel settore tissue, la
MVM si è posta l'obbiettivo di fare
altrettanto nel settore dei cippatori in
legno sia per quanto riguarda la
produzione di pannello che per
quanto riguarda la produzione di
cippato utilizzato per le centrali di
produzione elettrica.
Per la produzione primaria di
cellulosa la MVM sta consolidando
la collaborazione con le ditta Andritz
a cui ha fornito parecchie affilatrici in
particolare per il mercato Cinese e
Sudamericano.

In Italia esistono oltre un centinaio di impianti di teleriscaldamento
alimentati a biomasse, in particolare a cippato, e il loro numero
cresce ogni anno. Alcuni di questi sono abbinati ad un
cogeneratore per la produzione anche di energia elettrica. Sono
concentrati soprattutto lungo la fascia alpina, in particolare in
Trentino Alto Adige e Lombardia, ma alcuni impianti sono stati
realizzati anche in zone del Centro e del Sud, come in Toscana e
Basilicata.
In Italy there are over a hundred of district heating plants powered
by biomass, in particular wood chips, and their number is growing
every year. Some of these are combined with a cogeneration unit
for the production of electricity also.
They are concentrated mainly along the Alpine belt, particularly in
Trentino Alto Adige and Lombardy, but some plants have also been
built in central and southern areas, such as in Tuscany and
Basilicata.
