ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO FRESE PER FORATURA CARTONGESSO
Le frese di foratura sono accessori ad uso manuale per la predisposizione dei pannelli in gesso
e cartongesso al montaggio degli apparecchi da incasso Reggiani. La loro conformazione è stata
studiata esclusivamente per un utilizzo manuale, quindi è vietato l’abbinamento ad utensili
motorizzati.
In particolare ogni fresa è composta da due elementi:
la maniglia cod. 0.10099.0000, comune a tutti i diametri, e le frese vere proprie aventi codici:

Prima di procedere al loro utilizzo è necessario assemblare i diversi elementi come mostrato nelle
figure sottostanti.
Inserire il perno di centraggio “B” nella bussola filettata “A” ed avvitare il tappo “C” (fig.1).
Assemblare i tre elementi manico “B”, fresa “C” e perno di centraggio “D” mediante viti e bullone “A” forniti in dotazione (fig.2).
La fresa assemblata pronta all’uso si presenterà come in (fig.3).
Terminato il montaggio della fresa è possibile procedure al suo utilizzo per riprodurre un foro del
diametro d’incasso corrispondente all’apparecchio da installare.
Il corretto uso di questo utensile richiede di afferrare il manico con entrambe le
mani e ruotare, alternativamente, la fresa per un 1/4° di giro in senso orario e 1/4°
di giro in senso antiorario.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING CUTTERS FOR MAKING HOLES IN PLASTERBOARD
The hole cutters are manual accessories to prepare plaster and plasterboard panels for mounting
Reggiani recessed luminaires. They are designed exclusively for manual use.
Their use with motorised tools is therefore prohibited.
In particular, each hole cutter consists of two elements, the handle, code 0.10099.0000, common to all diameters, and the cutters themselves with the codes:

Before using, the various components must be assembled as shown in the figures below.
Insert the centering pin “B” into the threaded bush “A” and screw on cap “C” (fig. 1).
Assemble the three elements “B” handle, “C” cutter and “D” centering pin using the screws
and nut “A” provided (fig. 2). The assembled cutter ready for use can be seen in (fig. 3).
After assembling the cutter, it can be used to cut a hole with a diameter corresponding to the
luminaire to be installed.

To use the tool correctly, hold the handle in both hands and turn the cutter a quarter turn clockwise then a quarter turn anticlockwise alternately.
