ISTRUZIONI PER LE DICHIARAZIONI DI VALORE
Si riassume per punti il da farsi per richiedere la dichiarazione di valore del
titolo/i di studio.
1. recarsi al Maistraatti locale (www.maistraatti.fi) e richiedere una fotocopia o
più fotocopie del Suo diploma/diplomi originale/i e sulla quale/i fare apporre
l'Apostille.
2. contattare un traduttore ufficiale (trova la lista nel nostro sito web) per far
tradurre a Sue spese il diploma/i (non serve la traduzione dell'Apostille).
3. inviare il tutto al settore consolare dell'Ambasciata d´Italia unitamente alla
fotocopia del Suo passaporto ed al modulo di richiesta per la dichiarazione di
valore. Per la spedizione del documento pronto in Italia al Suo indirizzo,
servono 12 euro (per posta raccomandata) mentre per la Finlandia basta
allegare alla documentazione una busta preaffrancata con il Suo indirizzo in
Finlandia. Per motivi di studio la dichiarazione di valore è gratis, mentre per
motivi di lavoro la dichiarazione di valore costa 41,00 euro + le spese postali.
Il pagamento può essere effettuato in contanti oppure on line seguendo le
seguenti istruzioni:
PAGAMENTO ONLINE DEI DIRITTI CONSOLARI Al fine di migliorare
l’offerta dei servizi in favore degli utenti, dal 14 maggio 2012 sarà possibile
effettuare il pagamento dei diritti consolari non più solo in contanti bensì
anche on line tramite bonifico bancario sul conto corrente n. 182030-32714
intestato a Italian Embassy – Helsinki, utilizzando il seguente codice IBAN:
FI40 1820 3000 0327 14 Nell’effettuare il pagamento andranno compilati i
seguenti campi: Causale: dovrà essere indicato l’atto richiesto (es.
dichiarazione di valore per lavoro) ed il nominativo della persona alla quale
l’atto stesso verrà rilasciato; Numero di riferimento: 18610. Ogni ulteriore
informazione è disponibile rivolgendosi all’Ufficio consolare tra le ore 14:30 e le

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ISSUE OF A “Dichiarazione di Valore”
You have to request a copy of your Finnish diploma with the apostille from
your local Maistraatti www.maistraatti.fi and then an official translation of the
diploma into Italian (see the list of the official translators). However, if your
diploma is in English, you can contact only Liisa Laakso-Tammisto. You will
have to provide for the translation costs yourself and for her fee you have to
talk to her. However, on our part, the declaration of value is tax-free for
people applying to a University. In order to enter the labour market in Italy the
tax for the declaration of value is 41,00 euros.
Once the documents are translated you mail them to the Embassy together
with a copy of your passport (your signature must be visible) and the form in
Italian filled in and signed. If you want us to mail the certificate back to you in
Finland you have to provide the envelope with sufficient stamps and your
address on it. Instead, if you want us to mail the documents to your Italian
address, we will need twelve (12) euros in order to use registered letter.
ONLINE PAYMENT OF THE CONSULAR FEES In order to improve the
provision of services to users, by 14 May 2012 you will be able to make the
payment of consular fees not only in cash but also online via bank transfer to
the account no. 182030-32714 payable to Italian Embassy - Helsinki, using the

Cause: indicate the required act (eg declaration of value for work) and your
