Ha raggiunto lo Studio nel 1995, dopo un periodo di alcuni anni di lavoro nell’industria e dopo
cinque anni in cui è stato esaminatore presso
l’Ufficio Brevetti Europeo. È socio dello Studio
dal Gennaio 2000.
È laureato in Ingegneria meccanica ed è particolarmente esperto nella gestione di portafogli di
diritti industriali di grandi aziende.
È iscritto agli Albi degli Agenti di Brevetto Italiani ed Europei e allo speciale Elenco per i Design Comunitari. Ha una notevole esperienza in
procedimenti presso l’Ufficio Brevetti Europeo e
nel contenzioso brevettuale.
Parla l’italiano, il francese, l’inglese e il tedesco.
È membro delle Associazioni EPI, FICPI ed è il
Segretario Italiano del Collegio dei Consulenti
in Proprietà Industriale.
Dal giugno 2001 è il socio responsabile dell’ufficio di Milano.

He joined the Company in 1995, after a work
experience in the industry and five years as an
examiner at the European Patent Office.
He became partner of the Company in 2000.
He graduated in mechanical engineering
and has gained experience in managing IP
Portfolios of large companies.
He is a registered Italian and European patent
attorney and is qualified to act before the
Community Design Office.
He is highly experienced in proceedings
before the EPO, and in patent litigations. He
speaks Italian English, French and German.
He is a member of EPI, FICPI and is secretary
of Collegio dei Consulenti in Proprietà
Industriale (Italian Section of FICPI).
Since June 2001 is responsible partner of the
Milan office.
