Inverse Reply Algorithm (IRA), June 2015: After an Auto-Associative learning phase it is
possible to set up the coordinates of the final attractor, and a GenD algorithm will try to find
out the best setting of the variables able to optimize it.
The Generalized Hyper Composition Algorithm (GHC), June 2015: After an Auto-Associative
learning phase with any algorithm, another algorithm can be used in query batch mode with
hidden units activated. A new D-Matrix {Variables+Records) x Variables} is generated and a
new Auto CM, and/or any other Auto-Associative algorithm, can learn the Hyper Composed
dataset and project it into a weighted graph (directed or undirected).
The Recall One Shot (ROS), May 2015: This equation may be used after the learning phase of
any Auto-Associative algorithm, in order to recall new input pattern for completion and/or
scenarios simulation (suggestion by Roberto Benzi).

a. Multilayer Back Prop;
b. Supervised Contractive Map.
Optimal Window: a new technique to find out the optimal length for a temporal series (May
2014).
Selfie ANN: Selfie algorithm (June 2014) learns the position of each Entity in relation to any
other. In this way the position of each Entity is learned in a collective and convergent modality
by the other Entities. When a new point appears in a specific position, all the trained Entities
will try to modify its position in relation to the logic that they have previously learned (the
Hyper Surface computed). During the test phase we may have 3 typical cases: Normal case 1:
The new point has the same position of someone of the trained entities: in this case the new
position assigned to it will be similar to its original position (according to the training
error).Normal case 2: The new point has different coordinates from any of the trained
entities: in this case the new position assigned to it will be different to its original position, in
order to maximize the function learned. Relevant case: The new point has different
coordinates from any of the trained entities, but this time its position remains the same.
Consequently, this new point belong to the learned function more that the trained Entities. All
the new points with different coordinates from any of the trained entities, whose position
remain unchanged during the test phase, have to be considered the Hidden Entities of the
computed function. These new points belong to the function more than the trained Entities.
Consequently, they have to be considered the kernel of the function itself.
Gauss Net (October 2014): Supervised ANN with the first layer is trained with Gaussian
nodes,and the second layer tries to minimize the square error.
Supervised NewRecirculation (SV-NRC) (October 2014): Supervised ANN composed by an
Unsupervised New Recirculation Neural Networks (NRC) and a Multilayer Preceptron (MLP).
Both ANNs are trained together and in independently. The Hidden layer of MLP provides
dynamically the Input vector for the MLP.
Temporal TWC (T TWC). (December 2014). When the coordinates of the points are ranked in
a temporal series, the T TWC is suitable to be applied. All the TWCs from 3 points to N need
to be calculated incrementally. The average of the TWCs is the Temporal TWC.
Predictive Twisting Theory (P TWT) (December 2014). Using PVT for the pre-processing of
data generated by TWT is possible to train an ANN to predict:
a. The next positions (x,y) of all the GPS points assigned;
b. The next shape of the whole landslide (look at Figure 1a and 1b).
Active Twisting Theory (ATWT) Each point of the grid becomes active moving the points

TWC Meta Distance (September-November 2012)
TWC (Massimo Buscema, September 2012) :
a. TWC Theta (θ): TWC(θ) is new scalar field given by the proximity of any geometrical
point to the Non Linear MST;
b. TDM Path: Consider every point of the path connecting, in TWC(γ), each point to any
other , passing through the mass centre. For each one of these new points their distances
from each of the assigned points is calculated and all those distances are saved in a new
dataset. TDM_C is applied to this new dataset to find the optimal networks of excitations
and the optimal networks of inhibitions among the assigned points.
c. Meta TWC(α): the recursive iteration of the normalized matrices of distances to find all
the possible paths of entropy minimization is applied.
A_KNN (Adaptive KNN) July 2012: KNN is a powerful classification algorithm, with many
positive features and some weakness. The first weakness of KNN is to be too much sensitive
to the noisy attributes of the assigned dataset; The second weakness is that KNN results are
very dependent from an arbitrary value of K; The third weakness is that KNN results are very
sensitive to the metric used to build the distance matrix.
Meta-Distance ( May 2012): The algorithm K-CM, or any other algorithm based on the
philosophy KNN, once trained on the sample of Training, and 'able to represent in a semantic
map weighing the records of the sample of Testing, on each of which, as already seen , it
redefines the values of the input vector (typing) and assumes the classification (recognition).
The specific algorithm by which you make this projection takes the name of "Meta-Distance".
In formal terms, it calculates the Euclidean distance of each record of testing (input + target
assumed) from each record used for the training (inputs + real target).
"Supervised Metrics Machine" (SMMS) is an evolutionary algorithm (GenD) found that the
combination of iterative great distances (Meta nth DISTANCES), calculated with different
metrics, such as to maximize the first neighbors of an MST with respect to the class
(supervision) it belongs to each Node-Record.
The advantages of the SMM are different:
a. Identifies the sequence of combinatorial artificial metrics that more 'natural metric to
approximate the dataset supervised;
b. Relates to all records in a dataset of MST which clarifies the relationship and allows further
statistical characterization;
c. Place each new record in STD testing training, sometimes changing it appropriately,
clarifying its position in the tree and its similarity 'with which other training.

“TDM Clustering” TDM(C): specific equations are applied to any
Dataset of
Transformations, generated:
a. by a Multivariate Temporal Process);
b. by any Associative Memory Recall Process.
TDM(C) main goal is to define the two main cause-effect networks among the variables:
a. The direct graph of the cause-effect excitatory connections;
b. The direct graph of the cause effect inhibitory connections.
The new two Matrices, the excitatory and the inhibitory one, are non symmetric matrices.
They describe the direct (sparse) graph of the analyzed dynamics.
These graphs show also the natural clustering of the assigned dynamics (where the Variables
that are never source and target of any transformation are isolated).
(Febbraio 2012).
Lines of Energy Minimization (L.E.M.): a squared matrix representing the I/O parameters of
interaction of the variables of a data matrix is given:
a. The open minimal path from any variable to any other is calculated;
b. Each path represents the Line of Energy Minimization by means each variable is
transformed into others.
c. The transformations Lines of Energy Minimization of each variable is saved and the
frequency of transformation of each variable is counted;
d. A new squared matrix, with null main diagonal, representing the frequencies by means any
variables is transformed into any other is represented;
e. A direct graph representing this transformation process is projected.

New algorithm for calculation of the TWC: each distance (i, j) is calculated as the average of
the sum of the other distances. The matrix generated is not symmetric. The iterative procedure
of the sum of negative exponential growth of the parameter "Alpha" minimizes the entropy of
the system of points awarded, by defining the coordinates (x, y) of the new point of origin of
the process as possible. (June 2011 - Colorado - USA).

multivariate analyzes a sequence of signals, generated from the same source, considering it as a
complex dynamic system asynchronous and non-linear, in which the behavior of each channel
can only be understood in relation to all others. The central idea of the method IFAST is the
