RACE ORGANISATION
The meeting will take place at Riccione Swimming Baths and will
be held in two swimming pools - one of which is outdoors and
the other one indoor - both measure 50 x 25 metres and have 10
lanes. For the entire duration of the event, the 25-metre 5-lane
indoor pool will be available for pre-race warm up.

HOTEL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Hotel reservations will be processed if accompanied by a deposit equivalent to the first night stay for every person for whom a booking is made. The deposit must to be sent by June 3rd 2009. Promhotels will confirm your reservation in writing, with the hotel name and address and will request the balance
payment by June 22th 2009.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit and balance payments can be sent by bank transfer. The copy of the payment should be sent by fax to Promhotels along with the reservation

All athletes who are membership card holders of a national
or overseas club and/or team for 2008/2009 can take part in
the “Italo Nicoletti” trophy in the following categories:
MALE CATEGORIES
NOVICES B 99/98 - NOVICES A 97/96 - Boys (1) 95 Boys (2) 94/93 - Juniors 92/91 - Absolutes 90 or earlier
FEMALE CATEGORIES:
NOVICES B 2000/99 - NOVICES A 98/97 - Girls 96/95 Juniors 94/93 - Absolutes 92 or earlier
• each club can register an unlimited number of athletes.
•Athletes in BOYS/GIRLS, JUNIORS and ABSOLUTES categories
can take part in 5 individual races of their choice in the
distances indicated in the race plan.
• athletes in the Novices B can take part in 3 of the following
races: 50-100-200SL 100DF 100DR 100RN 200MX.
• athletes in the Novices A can take part in 4 of the following races:
50-100-200SL 100-200DF 100-200DR 100-200RN 200MX.
• on Friday 03/07 and Saturday 04/07 the qualifying heats will be
held in the morning and the finals in the afternoon, sub-divided
by categories and sex in separate pools (3/7 males outdoor and
females indoor – 4/7 females indoor and males outdoor);
the final race with 8 athletes will take place in the afternoon
in the outdoor swimming pool.
• on Sunday 05/07 qualifying heats will be held in separated pools
(males indoor and female outdoor) and then the finals of the 50
backstroke - 50 breaststroke - 50 butterfly.
• the organisers reserve the right to hold the 400 medley and
400 freestyle races based on registration times without taking
into consideration the categories of athletes; the results tables
will subsequently be drawn up per category as per the
regulations.
• the event will use the Emilia Romagna GUG/FIN (Race Officials Group/Italian Swimming Federation) and FIC (Italian Rowing Association) timing services, which are fully automatic.
• the organising club reserves the right to close registration
ahead of time; should this occur, all clubs to send registration
forms after the deadline date will be notified.
• the organisers decline any responsibility for anything that
may happen to competitors, coaches, third parties or items
before, during or after the event.
• for anything not provided for by the present regulations, FIN
and FINA regulations apply.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
PRIZES FOR CLUBS AND COACHES
Registration must be made online or filling in the specific excel
form on the web site http://www.sportinlinea.it/TrofeoNicoletti,
where the regulation of the Trophy is indicated.
Registration forms must be sent to the following e-mail address:
[email protected], the mobile telephone number has to be
absolutely indicated as reference to contact in case of problems
with the registration.
Other accepted formats: FIN teso or VNUOTO.
Other kinds of files and registration per fax will be not accepted.
• trophies will be awarded to the first 6 placed clubs,
based on the total points won by the Novices B and A.
• the club that comes first, based on the total points won by all the
categories excluding the Novices B and A, will be awarded the
“Italo Nicoletti Trophy 2009”.
• all clubs that finish in the top six places will be awarded a trophy.
REGISTRATION FEE
• the first three athletes in each race and category will be awarded
Euro 6,00 per athlete/race (Euro 7,00 for 400 freestyle and 400
medals and sports gear/equipment by Arena Italia s.p.a.

IMPIANTO DI GARA
Il Meeting si svolgerà presso lo Stadio del Nuoto di Riccione
e sarà organizzato su due vasche di cui una open ed
una indoor entrambe da mt. 50x25 10 corsie; per tutta
la durata della manifestazione, sarà a disposizione per il
riscaldamento pre-gara la piscina da mt 25 – 5 corsie
presente in vasca indoor.

Ogni Società potrà iscrivere un numero illimitato di atleti.
Le categorie RAGAZZI-JUNIORES e ASSOLUTI potranno partecipare
a 5 gare individuali a scelta tra le distanze riportate nel programma
gare.
Gli Es. B possono partecipare a 3 gare tra le seguenti:
50-100-200SL 100DF 100DR 100RN 200MX.
Gli Es. A possono partecipare a 4 gare tra le seguenti:
50-100-200SL 100-200DF 100-200DR 100-200RN 200MX.
Nelle giornate di venerdì 3/7 e sabato 4/7 le gare saranno svolte
in batterie a teste di serie alla mattina suddivise per categoria
e sesso in vasche separate (3/7 maschi dentro e femmine fuori
- 4/7 femmine dentro e maschi fuori); le finali ad 8, si svolgeranno
al pomeriggio in vasca open.
Nella giornata di domenica 5/7 sono previste le batterie in vasche
separate( maschi indoor e femmine in vasca open), a seguire le finali dei 50 DR - 50 RA - 50 FA.
Gli organizzatori, si riservano il diritto di fare disputare le serie dei 400 misti e 400 SL. in base ai tempi di iscrizione, senza tener
conto delle categorie degli atleti; le classifiche, verranno succes
sivamente redatte per categoria come da regolamento
La manifestazione si avvarrà del G.U.G./FIN dell’Emilia Romagna,
e servizio di cronometraggio della F.I.C., completamente automatico.
La Società organizzatrice si riserva il diritto di chiudere
anzitempo le iscrizioni; nel caso che ciò avvenisse, saranno avvisate tutte le società che avranno fatto pervenire le proprie
iscrizioni oltre al termine previsto.
L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per quanto possa
accadere a concorrenti, tecnici, terzi e cose, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione.
Per quanto non previsto dal presente regolamento, varranno le vigenti norme FIN e FINA.

assegnato il “Trofeo Italo Nicoletti 2009”
Alle Società classificate fino al sesto posto, saranno assegnati
trofei.
I primi tre atleti classificati per ogni gara e categoria, saranno
premiati con medaglia e materiale sportivo della Ditta
Arena Italia s.p.a
Saranno premiate le migliori prestazioni tecniche maschile e
femminile, in base al punteggio tabellare: cat. ESORDIENTI.
A Euro 30.00 – cat. RAGAZZI Euro 40.00 – cat. JUNIORES
Euro 50.00 – cat. ASSOLUTI Euro 100.00
Agli atleti maschio e femmina, che avranno ottenuto la miglior
prestazione tecnica assoluta, verrà assegnato un soggiorno
gratuito di una settimana per due persone, (pensione completa),
presso l’Hotel Gambrinus di Riccione (periodo da concordare con
la direzione dell’Hotel) www.hotelgambrinus.com
All’allenatore della Società prima classificata, verrà assegnato un
premio in danaro del valore di Euro 1.000.00, al secondo
Euro 600.00, al terzo Euro 300.00, al quarto Euro 200.00,
al quinto Euro 100.00.
In caso di pari punteggio, farà fede il medagliere.
Al termine della manifestazione saranno premiate le Società,
i Tecnici, e le migliori prestazioni tecniche
Alla Società che si aggiudicherà la manifestazione per tre anni non consecutivi, la Polisportiva Comunale Riccione, assegnerà
definitivamente il Trofeo del valore di Euro 2.500.00
I punteggi saranno attribuiti dal 1° all’8° classificato come
di seguito riportato: 10P al 1° - 8P al 2° - 6P al 3° - 5P al 4° 4P al 5° - 3P al 6° - 2P al 7° - 1P all’8°
Agli atleti che miglioreranno i records della manifestazione,
verrà assegnato un premio del valore di Euro 15.00 per la
cat. ESORDIENTI A - Euro 25.00 alla cat. RAGAZZI Euro 40.00 alla cat. JUNIORES - Euro 100.00 alla cat. ASSOLUTA

MODALITA’ DI PRENOTAZIONE E CONFERMA
La prenotazione verrà accettata solo se completa di un acconto pari alla prima notte per ogni persona prenotata da effettuarsi contestualmente all’invio
della richiesta di prenotazione e comunque non oltre il 3 giugno 2009. Sarà cura di Promhotels confermare per iscritto la prenotazione indicando nome e
indirizzo dell’hotel riservato e richiedere il versamento dell’importo a saldo entro il 22 giugno 2009.
