Gli armadi frigoriferi della serie MPR sono particolarmente indicati per la conservazioni di farmaci,
materiale biologico e presidi medico-chirurgici vari a temperature di +4°C.
Frigoriferi con controllo elettronico a microprocessore della temperatura mediante centralina dotata di
display digitale; la centralina consente l'impostazione della temperatura desiderata. La centralina e'
dotata delle seguenti segnalazioni di allarme acustico e visivo: temperatura di massima (5ºC sopra la
temperatura impostata), temperatura di minima (5ºC sotto la temperatura impostata o 0ºC),
sovratemperatura (sopra i +40ºC), di porta aperta, di interruzione di corrente e di sensore della
temperatura non funzionante. Allarme remoto.
Display digitale per l'impostazione e la lettura della temperatura.
I comandi sono protetti mediante un tasto "lock" che evita eventuali manomissioni.
La centralina e’ dotata di batteria a tampone che ne consente il funzionamento anche in caso di
mancanza di corrente ed il mantenimento in memoria dei dati.
Campo di temperatura da +2 gradi a +23 gradi centigradi assicurato in ambienti con temperature da
0 a +35ºC; il controllo della temperatura assicura una precisione di +/- 0,5 gradi.
Illuminazione interna mediante lampada fluorescente da 40 W (1410) e da 20W (720).
Realizzato internamente in acciaio inox con angoli arrotondati per una facile pulizia; isolamento in
poliuretano.
Doppia porta (1410) e singola (721) dotate di finestre di ispezione con cristallo multistrato
impenetrabile al calore e alla luce: doppia serratura a chiave per modello 1410 e singola serratura per
modello 721.

fase: il ciclo di defrost è automatico ed è attivato mediante dispositivo di controllo della temperatura
dell'evaporatore.
Doppia ventola (per 1410) per omogeneizzare la temperatura e per ripristinare velocemente le
condizioni interne: singola ventola per modello 721.
Dotati di triplo foro di passaggio per cavi o sonde.

Registratore grafico della temperatura (opzionale) a diagramma settimanale/mensile con motore al
quarzo. Accuratezza di registrazione: +/-1°C. Scala della temperatura da –40° a +10°C.
Alimentazione mediante corrente elettrica o batteria autonoma della durata garantita di un anno, per
la registrazione continua della temperatura.
Il registratore è dotato di allarme acustico in caso di scostamento della temperatura da un valore
prefissato. In dotazione rotolini di carta diagrammata per la registrazione della temperatura durante
12 mesi.

It is common knowledge that product should be
stored in stable conditions below ambient
temperature. Domestic refrigerators are capable of
storage at +4°C, but they suffer from the following
drawbacks:
1. Temperature varies every time the door is opened
2. Temperature rises during defrosting
3. Cabinet temperature is easily affected by ambient
temperature, with the risk of contents freezing if
ambient drops below 0°C
4. Temperature setting by dial is inaccurate (no digital
temperature indication)
SANYO has built solutions for all these problems into
its medical refrigerators, which have been well
received in hospitals, laboratories and research
facilities around the world.

The shelves can be arranged to
accommodate tall apparatus such as
fraction collectors. These shelves are
deep enough and strong enough (50kg
load for the MPR-721, 40kg for the
MPR-1410) to hold most apparatus.
Drawer type (MPR-721R/1410R)
The “R” models are fitted with pull-out
drawers. With a profile of 100mm and
530mm front to back, these drawers
are deep enough to hold large bottles

The MPR-721R is shipped with five
drawers, while the MPR-1410R is

Temperature Stability
SANYO’s temperature control system
with thermistor monitor and
microprocessor control reliably
maintains cabinet temperature at the
set level and is unaffected by ambient
temperature. Forced air circulation
ensures that the cabinet temperature
returns to the set point quickly after
door openings and remains uniform
throughout the cabinet.

compressors. These purpose-built

The interior layout flexibility of EnviroCenters makes them ideal for running
experiments that require stable cool
conditions, as well as storage.
Standard alarm & safety features
Enviro-Centers are fitted with buzzers
and flashing lights to warn of high
and low temperature problems. In the
event of an irregular rise in cabinet
temperature, the heater automatically
shuts off and forced air circulation

Large Capacity
With a modular width of 770mm the
MPR-721 offers a capacity of 684
litres (MPR-721R: 671 litres), while
the 1440mm wide MPR-1410 offers a
capacity of 1370 litres (MPR-1410R:
1365 litres). The interior is spacious
enough to accommodate column
chromatography apparatus or large
volumes of reagents, test samples
and biologicals.
Wide temperature range
With a temperature range of 2°C to
23°C, Enviro-Centers are ideally
suited for tests that require a stable,
cool temperature.
Large fans
The 120mm diameter fan ensures an
even temperature throughout the
cabinet (MPR-1410/R models have a
double flow system with two fans).
Heat spots from powered test
apparatus are minimized and pulldown characteristics after door
openings are outstanding.
HFC Refrigerant & CFC free
insulation
SANYO biomedical equipment is
designed for low environmental
impact.
The MPR-721 and 1410 series use
HFC refrigerant, and the foamed-inplace insulation is also CFC free.
Cycle defrost
In the 5°C range, frost build-up on
the evaporator is inevitable. This can
affect the performance of the heat
exchanger. SANYO has solved this
MPR-1410R
problem with a cycle defrost and
evaporator temperature sensor system.
This system runs automatically, so there is
no need to turn off the power for
defrosting. Temperature rise during defrost
is minimal. The evaporation heater also
doubles as protection against drops in
cabinet temperature caused by a low
ambient temperature.
Other features (MPR-721/721R)
New concept features have been added to
the MPR-721 and 721R. The filterless
condenser cuts down on cleaning
maintenance. All glass doors now include
a protective film to prevent shattering in
the event of accidental collisions.
