Entrambe le giranti assiali I 220 & I 340 sono state ideate e progettate per ruotare a basso numero di giri
ed essere quindi utilizzate in locali dove vi sia la necessità di muovere grossi volumi d’aria, senza tuttavia
creare correnti che potrebbero danneggiare colture e/o infastidire persone ed animali.

Dopo aver sottoposto le nostre giranti a numerosi test, abbiamo riscontrato che:
1. Il movimento d’aria generato, riducendo sensibilmente la presenza d’insetti ed evitando eccessi di caldo/
freddo, migliora la qualità della vita degli animali allevati. Ne consegue un incremento di produttività e
qualità del latte, uova, carne, etc. ed un conseguente incremento dei guadagni dell’allevatore.
2. Entrambe le giranti sono molto silenziose, quindi non creano alcun disturbo a persone e animali.
3. Il loro utilizzo è indicato anche nei ricoveri all ‘aperto.

Le giranti I 220 & I 340, ruotando ad un basso numero di giri, producono un movimento d’aria costante che
permette di:
1. Mantenere una temperatura adeguata, evitando eccessi di caldo / freddo
POSSONO ESSERE UTILIZZATE DURANTE LA STAGIONE ESTIVA E DURANTE QUELLA INVERNALE.
2. Non creare correnti d’aria
3. Evitare i danni che le temperature eccessive potrebbero arrecare ai macchinari.

EMMECOM fan models I 220 & I 340 shave both specifically designed to revolve at low rpm and to be used where
a big volume of air must be moved without creating airstreams which are very troublesome for men, animals
and growing.

Both our fans have been tested in several farms and the relevant results have been very satisfactory.
1. The air movement generated from I 220 & I 340 has improved sensibly animals‘ quality of life affecting not
only air temperature but also reducing the number of bugs which irritate and tease them. As a direct consequence an increase in productivity and earnings has been found.
2. Being the fans so quiet neither workers nor animals get disturbed.
3. EMMECOM are recommended for half-open and open farms also.

ISTRUZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO
Nel caso in cui la girante venga installata orizzontalmente, il supporto del motoriduttore deve essere
dotato di una flangia libera per impedirne la caduta nel caso in cui il bullone dell’albero del riduttore si
allentasse. In alternativa, il motoriduttore deve essere dotato di ghiera e rondella con linguetta di sicurezza.
Sempre per ragioni di sicurezza, la girante deve essere installata ad un altezza minima dal suolo.
Detta altezza è calcolata in base al diametro della girante stessa. Per ottenere quest’altezza minima, occorre
dunque sommare 2m alla metà della misura del diametro della girante. Pertanto, l’altezza minima da terra
di una girante con un diametro di 7 m sarà: 2m+(7m:2)=2m+3,5m=5,5m.
Per procedere all’istallazione di questa girante si dovrà quindi misurare un’altezza minima dal suolo
di 5.5 m.
PRIMA DI PROCEDERE ALL’ASSEMBLAGGIO E AL MONTAGGIO DEL PRODOTIO, CONSULTARE
ATTENTAMENTE IL/I LIBRETTO/I DI USO E MANUTENZIONE FORNITO/I ASSIEME AL PRODOTTO.
Le giranti sono fornite smontate per facilitarne l’imballo ed il trasporto.
Quando la girante è in funzione non deve entrare in contatto con persone, animali e/o cose.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
I 220 & I 340 are fixed horizontally, to prevent them to fall down in case the shaft’s fixing bolt might become loosen, the moto-reducer support must be provided with a free-flange device or with washer and spacer complete
with a safety tab.
For safety reasons, when fixed horizontally, the fan must have a minimum ground clearance which should be
calculated as follows: 2m + half the diameter of the fan.
For example: the minimum ground clearance of a 7m diam. fan is 5,Sm (2m+3,Sm).
KEEP THE MANUALS PROPERLY AND CONSULT THEM BEFORE ASSEMBLING, INSTALLING AND/OR DOING
ANY MAINTENANCE.
I 220 & I 340 are usually supplied disassembled for obvious reasons.
People, animals and things must be prevented from getting in touch with the device while it is working.
