General specifications
Hoods manufactured by Max Fire meet the following requirements:
AISI 304 stainless steel or lacquered wood structure.
6-micron anodized aluminium filters with 5 layers of meshes
to best capture greasy fumes, stainless steel greaseproof filters, stainless steel filter covers.
Extraction throughout the full filter surface or perimetric extraction pattern.
Extraction motor with a capacity of 600 to 800 m3/h.
Controls with mechanical/electronic/diaphragm-style push-button panel.
Throttle valve to prevent fumes to flow back into the system.
Flue with 120/150Ø hose supplied with clamps.
Lighting with halogen lamps, neon dichroic lamps or incandescent lamps.
Hoods can be extended up to 300cm.
120/150Ø upper or side fumes outlet fitting, with 120Ø reduction fitting supplied.
Side steel grate with the same shape as the hood (used to cover the hole)
