It all starts with the science of the perfect beef for a thick-cut steak. Our exclusive Wagyucross is organic fed under the highest quality control standards, to produce an ultra-premuim
beef of exceptionally fine texture, with a high (but not too high that it doesn’t melt) marble
score, all achieved without sacrificing flavour.
Our meat is aged to intensify the the beefy taste, then simply rubbed with salt and herbs
and cooked over a charcoal grill in the traditional Tuscan method. The result is the perfect
balance of taste, texture and tenderness. Enjoy!
