La nostra struttura opera nel campo della lavorazione e produzione di manufatti in alluminio e ferro e acciaio, avvalendosi di un’articolata
struttura produttiva in grado di studiare, prototipare e produrre serramenti in alluminio, complementi per mobili, e “removable pavings”.
I nostri grigliari pressati costituiscono un prodotto industriale di largo uso in tutti i comparti merceologici ed in generale nella realizzazione
di tutte le superfici soggette a notevoli carichi puntuali sia industriali che civili.
Il materiale di produzione utilizza nastro decapato o piatti commerciali di Acciaio Fe 360, Fe 430 e fe 510 ed acciaio INOX AISI 304 e 316 in
settori come l’edilizia civile pubblica e privata, le forniture industriali, la cantieristica navale e portuale, le piattaforme Off-shore, forniture
militari, soppalchi, strutture industriali di sostegno, pensiline, strutture per camminamenti e coperture.
Our company deals with the manufacturing and production of aluminium, iron and steel articles, with a well-organized productive structure
which is able to plan, make prototypes and produce aluminium doors and windows, furniture accessories and removable paving. Our pressed
gratings are widely used in all industrial categories and, more generally, they are employed in the production of surfaces which are built to
carry considerable localized loads for industrial as well as civil purposes.
The production material employs pickled steel strips as well as Fe 360, Fe 430 and Fe 510 steel plates, besides AISI 304 and 316 stainless
steel plates which are employed for private and public construction, industrial supplies, the shipbuilding industry, offshore platforms, army
supplies, suspended platforms, industrial support structures, scaffolding and sheeting.

Descrizione
È un prodotto industriale di largo uso in tutti i comparti merceologici nella realizzazione di “removable pavings” e in generale
in tutte le superfici soggette a carichi industriali o civili soggetti a notevoli carichi puntuali. I grigliati Global Producing sono
costituiti da piatti metallici messi a coltello tenuti da tondi di
acciaio e formanti, con essi, una maglia; la funzione dei tondi è
di mantenere in posizione i piatti e di ripartire i carichi nell’ambito della maglia stessa.
La giunzione tra i piatti e i tondi è ottenuta mediante deformazione plastica a pressa delle asole sui piatti in cui sono inseriti
i tondi evitando completamente il processo di saldatura che
genera stati tensionali aggiuntivi, punti di innesco di cricche,
quindi distacchi, e di corrosione.
Questo tipo di grigliato deve la propria fortuna all’assenza di
saldature ed è stato studiato proprio a tale scopo in funzione
delle esigenze che si generano nelle zone di verniciatura degli
stabilimenti automobilistici; infatti in tali zone le pavimentazioni devono permettere il gocciolamento dei prodotti verniciati
e il recupero.
Dopo un determinato numero di ore lavorate i grigliati intasati
devono poter essere rimossi, ripuliti dai depositi di vernice mediante bruciatura, sabbiati e rimessi in ciclo: ciò non è possibile
con le griglie elettrosaldate perché la bruciatura a fuoco generando gradienti termici provoca il distacco delle saldature.
L’assenza delle saldature si è dimostrata una scelta vincente
in altri usi le cui condizioni climatiche e ambientali aggressive
comportano l’ossidazione accelerata.
Dimensione e forma
Le dimensioni di produzione standard sono le seguenti: larghezza variabile da mm 300 a mm 1.000; lunghezza massima fino a
mm 3.000 (prossimamente fino a mm 6.000). Dimensioni maggiori si ottengono unendo più pannelli.
Normalmente i Clienti chiedono forniture su specifica commessa e a misura esecutiva con forme quadre, rettangolari, circolari, ellittiche, ecc.; il grigliato Global Producing è essenzialmente
fornito su commessa.
Le maglie del pannello hanno le seguenti dimensioni: larghezza
variabile da mm 15 per l’antitacco fino a mm 120; altezza della
griglia da mm 50 o mm 100.
La dimensione dei piatti portanti varia, in funzione dei carichi

Description
It is a product of large use in every situation when compartments of commodities are called for. It is used in removable
flooring and generally in all the surfaces subject to substantial
industrial and civilian loads.
Gratings by Global Producing are made of flat metal plates assembled on their edges and held together by round steel rods,
hus forming a grid. The function of the round rods is to keep
the plates in their position and to divide the load equally within
the grid.
The union between the plates and the rods is achieved by deforming through pressing of the holes in the plates in which the
rods are inserted. This method eliminates the welding process
that creates additional stress and cracks that in turn can cause
corrosion and separations.
This type of grating owes its merits to the absence of welding.
Originally it was engineered to fill the needs of the painting
departments in the automobile industry. In those areas the flooring must allow the paint to drip through for relcycling. Alter

la possibilità, che questi grigliati permettono, di ruotare il grigliato stesso sulla struttura di supporto.
Materiali
Il materiale di partenza è nastro decapato o piatti commerciali
in acciaio Fe 360, Fe 430 e Fe 510; il tondo è in FeB 44K per
entrambi i tipi di diametri; a richiesta è usato acciaio Inox in
AISI 304 e 316.
In particolare i piatti o nastro in Fe 510 permettono, a parità di
carico, di ottenere un grigliato più leggero e più resistente alle
sollecitazioni ambientali aggressive.
Qualità e ambiente
La Global Producing si è dotata di un Sistema della Qualità
congruente con le ISO 9001 per rispondere attivamente alle esigenze dei propri Clienti; i materiali semilavorati e i servizi di

Normally the Customers ask us to produce units to their specifications with square, rectangular, round, elliptical grids. The
gratings by Global Producing are essentially furnished on specific order.
The mesh of the panels has the following dimension: width variable from mm 15 all the way to mm 120.
Thickness of the grating (width of the platess) from mm 5O to
mm 100.
The dimensions of the supporting platcs vary according to expected load, its size and the material. It starts with plates of
mm 20x3 and up to mm 120x1O. We use round rods of mm 8 in
diameter in plates mm 60 high. In those up to 100 mm high we
use rods of mm 12 in diameter. On larger units we use a double
row of 12-mm rods in diameter in an alternate pattern.
Materials
We start with a pickled ribbon or commercial plates in steel Fe
360, Fe 430 e Fe 510.
The round rods in all diameters are of FeB 44K steel.
On request we can use stell Inox AISI 316.
It should be noted that the plates and ribbons in Fe 510, at
parity of load, would produce lighter gratings more resistant to
adverse environmental situations.
Our quality and environment
To answer the needs of our Customers, 5teel Tech is equipped
with a Quality Control System that conforms with ISO 9001. Our
semifinished units and their galvanising and painting processes are performed by providers equipped with Quality Control
Systems. This is to assure Global Producing Customers of continuity of performance of our products and services.

Producing - Clienti non abbia soluzioni di continuità ai fini delle
prestazioni del prodotto e del servizio di fornitura.
Per quanto è relativo all’ambiente la Global Producing ha in
corso un’analisi ambientale del sito necessaria alla definizione
della propria politica ambientale e del conseguente programma
ambientale.
In merito al grigliato la fabbricazione di questo tipo di prodotto
comporta un risparmio del 70% di energia elettrica rispetto ad
analoghi grigliati elettrosaldati; non ci sono fenomeni di combustione per cui non c’è formazione di gas (tipo NO C02 SO)
nè consumi di acqua per raffreddamenti di semilavorati o del
prodotto finito.
Stato della fornitura
I grigliati sono forniti allo stato grezzo e a richiesta zincati a
caldo, passivati, verniciati con zincatura inorganica o con polveri epodissiche in forni di verniciatura.
Sono venduti a mq. o a pezzo; sono imballati, regettati con distinte separate per ogni singola dimensione e carico.

As for the environment Global Producing is presently carrying
out a survey of our facilities necessary for defining our environmental policy and program.
Regarding the process of manufacturing of our products, it
saves 70% of electric energy when compared to electrically
welded gratings; the total absence of combustion prevents the
generation of gases of the types NO, CO and NO and doesn’t
need any water to cool our products through the manufacturing
process.
How our products are furnished
Our gratings are usually furnished unpainted. On request we
can galvanise, passivate and paint them in oven with inorganic
zinc or epoxy powder.
Our grating are sold by mq. or by the section and are packed
with separate specifications for each item charged.

Il nostro ufficio tecnico è a vostra disposizione per ottimizzare l’uso del
grigliato evitando il più possibile scarti nella fase di taglio. Qualsiasi
forma architettonica o industriale può essere adeguatamente
ispezionabile, nel caso di passaggi pedonali, o oppurtunamente
protetta con appositi parapetti; un ulteriore sicurezza di utilizzo
di questi prodotti, è data dalla possibilità di disporre di maglie
antiscivolo. Il fissaggio alle strutture è assicurato mediante ganci
appositamente studiati per il bloccaggio dei pannelli.
Tolleranze di montaggio del grigliato
Grating assembly tolerances
N.B. Le luci indicate possono variare a seconda delle
tolleranze di costruzione. I fori circolari richiedono una luce
di almeno 50 mm. Si consiglia l’esecuzione tiere dei fori
con diametro inferiore a 100 mm.
N.B. Lighls vary upon conslruction tolerances. Round holes
require 50 mm light, at least. We suggest making holes
with a diameter lower than 100 mm at building yard.

Global technical staft assists customers working out the minimum
cut losses. Both architectonic or industriai shapes can be throughly
inspected by pedestrian passages which can be provided with
parapets and anti-sliding meshes, for safety purposes.
The anchor to the structures is assured by the same anchor clamps
which block panels.

In auto:
Autostra A14 - Uscita S. Benedetto del Tronto direzione Pescara fino
all’incrocio con la Strada Bonifica del Tronto. Ci troviamo a Colonnella
dopo circa 4 Km dallo svincolo, presso la Zona Industriale. Vallecupa
By car:
A14 Motorway S. Benedetto del Tronto exit Drive towards Pescara as
far as the junction with the “Bonifica del Tronto” main road.
Turn right at the junction and follow the road for about 4 km. Our
premises are in Colonnella, in the Vallecupa Industrial estate.
Autostrada A14:
Uscita S. Benedetto del Tronto direzione Ascoli Piceno (raccordo autostradale Ascoli Mare) - Uscita Monsampolo del Tronto svoltare a
sinistra e raggiungere la Strada Bonifica del Tronto e percorrerla per
circa 3 Km.
