Materasso in espanso composito con sponde di contenimento laterali
Il materasso composito KM03 è formato da:
- una supeficie d’appoggio in schiuma viscoelastica espansa densità 50 Kg./m3
lavorata a onde con spessore di cm. 6
- una struttura portante in poliuretano espanso a cellule aperte densità 35 Kg/
m3 con sponde di contenimento laterali lavorate in assenza di collanti e con
sagomatura obliqua per fermare la schiuma viscoelastica. Spessore cm. 8
- a tre sezioni per meglio adattarsi al sistema basculante del letto.
Altre caratteristiche del materasso:
- i poliuretani sono stati prodotti all’origine senza l’impiego di C.F.C.
(clorofluorocarburi)
- la schiuma viscoelastica ha subito un trattamento per ostacolare la formazioni
di acari, batteri, muffe, microbi e assicurare una protezione chimica agli odori
- la schiuma viscoelastica e il poliuretano espanso non contengono lattice
(Latex free)
Materasso in poliuretano espanso con lavorazione ovoidale
Il materasso KM06 è realizzato in:
- poliuretano ventilato espanso a cellule aperte densità 30 Kg/m3
- lavorazione ovoidale
- utilizzabile su entrambi i lati
- a sezione unica
- non foderato.
Altre caratteristiche specifiche del poliuretano espanso:
- è stato prodotto all’origine senza l’impiego di C.F.C. (clorofluorocarburi)
- non contiene lattice ( Latex free)
Materasso in fibra cava siliconata
Il materasso KM19 in fibra cava siliconata è sagomato a cilindri, ermeticamente
chiuso con rivestimento in cotone sanforizzato. L’interno contiene fibra 100%
di poliestere 14 denari, con le seguenti caratteristiche:
- cava, a più canali, per una idonea resilienza e traspirabilità;
- coniugata con fili di silicone per permettere un rapido ritorno alle sollecitazioni
del peso corporeo;
- siliconata per evitare l’ammassamento e mantenere le caratteristiche di
elasticità;
- in nessuna fase di lavorazione viene a contatto con le proteine del lattice di
gomma naturale.
La quantità di fibra cava coniugata siliconata è tale da consentire una buona
risposta al carico.
L’esterno è realizzato in cotone sanforizzato, un tessuto irrestringibile.
Materasso composito a scarichi differenziati amovibili
Il materasso composito KM20 a scarichi differenziati amovibili è formato da:
- una struttura portante in poliuretano espanso densità 40 Kg/m3 con sponde
laterali di contenimento realizzate unitamente alla scocca (non incollate);
spessore cm. 8.
- una superficie d’appoggio lin schiuma viscoelastica espansa divisa in tre parti :
a) zona testa, superficie liscia, in densità 21 Kg./m3
b) zona tronco-bacino, a punta di piramide tronca, in densità 50 Kg./m3 resilienza

c) zona piedi lavorata a punta di piramide tronca in densità 50 Kg./m3 resilienza 2
- fodero di contenimento in jersey per non disperdere l’assetto del materasso.
Altre caratteristiche del materasso:
- i poliuretani sono stati prodotti all’origine senza l’impiego di C.F.C.
(clorofluorocarburi)
- le schiume viscoelastiche hanno subito un trattamento per ostacolare la
formazioni di acari, batteri, muffe, microbi e assicurare una protezione chimica
agli odori
- i poliuretani utilizzati non contengono lattice ( Latex free)
Composite foam mattress with side containment panels
The KM03 composite mattress is made up of:
- a wave-patterned viscoelastic foam support surface with a density of 50 Kg./
m3 and a thickness of 6 cm
- a load-bearing structure made of open-cell polyurethane foamwith a density
of 35 Kg/m3 that has glue-free side containment panels with a slanted shape
to block the viscoelastic foam in place. Thickness 8 cm
- three sections to better adapt to the bed’s tilt system.
Other characteristics of the mattress:
- the polyurethanes were produced without the use of CFCs
(chlorofluorocarbons)
- the viscoelastic foam has been treated to prevent the formation of dust
mite colonies, bacteria, mould, microbes and to ensure a chemical protection
against odours.
- the viscoelastic foam and polyurethane foam are latex free

Polyurethane foam mattress with oval-shaped pattern
The KM06 mattress is made of:
- ventilated open-cell polyurethane foam with 30 Kg/m3 density
- oval-shaped pattern
- can be used on both sides - single-section
- unlined.
Other specific characteristics of the polyurethane foam include:
- produced without the use of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons)
- it is latex free

Silicone hollow fibre mattress
The KM19 silicone hollow fibre mattress is cylinder-shaped, and hermetically
closed with preshrunk cotton cover. The interior contains 100% 14 denier
polyester fibre, with the following characteristics:
- Hollow, and multi-channel, for ideal resilience and breathability;
- conjugated with silicone wires to allow for quick rebound
from the stresses of body weight;
- siliconised to prevent amassing and preserve elasticity;
- it does not come in contact with natural rubber latex proteins
during any stage of processing.
The amount of conjugated silicone hollow fibre is such that a good response
to load is provided.
The exterior is made of preshrunk cotton, a shrink-proof fabric.

Composite mattress with removable differentiated discharge elements
The KM20 composite mattress with removable differentiated discharge elements
consists of:
- a load-bearing structure made of polyurethane foamwith a density of 40 Kg/m3 that
has side containment panels that are part of the body (not glued); thickness 8 cm.
- a viscoelastic foam support surface divided into three areas:
a) head area, smooth surface, with 21 Kg./m3 density
b) a truncated pyramid torso-pelvic area, with a 50 Kg./m3 density and grade 5
resilience
c) a truncated pyramid foot area, with a 50 Kg./m3 density and grade 2 resilience
- jersey containment lining to preserve the structure of the mattress. Other
characteristics of the mattress:
- the polyurethanes were produced without the use of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons)
- the viscoelastic foams have been treated to prevent the formation of dust mite
colonies,
bacteria, mould, microbes and to ensure a chemical protection against odours.
- the polyurethanes used are latex free
