DICHIARO altresì di possedere l’esperienza e la preparazione professionale per assistere in sicurezza allo svolgimento delle manifestazioni in oggetto; di impegnarmi in ogni cautela necessaria ad evitare danni fisici e materiali; di essere a conoscenza e di rispettare tutte le norme nazionali e internazionali che disciplinano lo svolgimento della mia professione nell’ambito delle manifestazioni motoristiche; di rispettare gli ordini di sicurezza impartiti lungo tutto il percorso del rally dagli Ufficiali di Gara, dalle Forze dell’Ordine e dal personale di servizio; di assumermi ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per danni che dovessi subire durante lo svolgimento della manifestazione; di assumermi ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per danni che dovessi arrecare a persone, cose, animali; di sollevare da ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità civile e penale il Comitato Organizzatore, il Direttore di Gara, il Capo Ufficio Stampa e qualsiasi altra persona dell’Organizzazione, Istituzione, o Associazione Nazionale ed Internazionale per quanto sopra esteso. IL PASS STAMPA E’ STRETTAMENTE PERSONALE ED E’ SEVERAMENTE VIETATA LA CESSIONE A TERZI DELLO STESSO. STATEMENT: I am aware of the danger that motorsports in general (and rally in particular) entail and of the danger in following such events. Moreover, I state that I possess the professional training and experience needed to be able to follow the races of the event in question safely; and that I will use the utmost caution so as to avoid all physical harm or material damage; furthermore, I am aware of local, national and international regulations regarding the execution of my profession in the context of interest and commit to respect instructions and safety provisions in all parts of the rally as instructed by Race Officials, Law and Order Units (Carabinieri, Polizia di Stato, etc.) and by the Staff of the rally itself. I take all and every liability for any harm or damage I may cause to persons, animals and objects and relieve the Organizing Committee, the Clerk of the Course, Press Office Chief and any other person of the Rally Organization or any other Institution or Association as mentioned above of all Civil and Penal responsibility. The mere sending of this accreditation request is not, in any case, the acceptance of the request by the Press Office. __________________,__________ SIGNATURE___________________________________________ (1)WITHOUT SIGNATURE OF INTERESTED IN THIS SECTION, THE ACCREDITATION IS NOT ACCEPTED RISERVATO A FOTOGRAFI E VIDEOPERATORI CON ATTIVITÁ ESCLUSIVAMENTE COMMERCIALE: Con la presente prendo atto che per l’utilizzo a fini commerciali del materiale foto/video realizzato in occasione di Rallylegend dal sottoscritto e dai miei collaboratori accreditati, il Comitato Organizzatore richiede il versamento, a titolo di uso dei diritti di immagine relativi a Rallylegend, di Euro 100,00 per i fotografi e di Euro 200,00 per i video produttori, che saranno versati al momento della procedura di accredito. Mi impegno inoltre a non utilizzare, a nessun titolo, il marchio Rallylegend (marchio registrato) sul materiale foto/video prodotto e sui contenitori degli stessi. ___________________, li ____________________ __________________________________________________ Firma RESTRICTED TO PHOTOGRAPHERS AND CAMERA OPERATORS WITH COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ONLY: By this I take note that for the commercial use of the photo/video material produced during Rallylegend by myself and my accredited staff the Organizing Committee requires the payment of Euros 100.00 for photographers and Euros 200.00 for video producers, in respect of use of image rights relating to Rallylegend. The fee will be paid during the accreditation procedure. Moreover, I also commit not to use Rallylegend brand (trademark) under no circumstances on the photo/video products and their cases. ___________________, ____________________ __________________________________________________ Signature IMPORTANTE LE RICHIESTE DI ACCREDITO DEVONO ESSERE INVIATE TASSATIVAMENTE ENTRO SABATO 1 OTTOBRE. LE RICHIESTE CHE PERVERRANNO DOPO TALE TERMINE NON VERRANNO ACCETTATE. IMPORTANT ACCREDITATION REQUESTS MUST BE SENT WITHIN SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1TH. THE REQUESTS SENT AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
