REGOLE DI ACCREDITAMENTO
1) Le richieste attraverso il sito www.bormioonline.com/skiworldcup dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre il
23 dicembre 2016. Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di rifiutare singole richieste che non corrispondano ai criteri di ammissione. L’accreditamento last minute, senza richiesta on-line, verrà concesso solo in
casi eccezionali, a partire dal 25 dicembre 2016 dalle ore 18.00.
2) L’accredito verrà consegnato solamente dietro esibizione di una tessera giornalistica emessa dall’Ordine Nazionale Giornalisti Nazionale o Internazionale (AIPS o Altro)
3) Le aree media (sala stampa, area traguardo) sono aree di lavoro per giornalisti. Gli spazi sono limitati.
Per garantire condizioni di lavoro ottimali a tutti i giornalisti, il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di
rifiutare l’accredito a giornalisti di testate non strettamente legati alle tematiche sportive invernali.
4) Per chi non avesse un accredito FIS, sono richieste conoscenza e consenso alle disposizioni della Fe derazione Internazionale. Un modulo apposito sarà disponibile in sala stampa o scaricabile dal link:

5) L’accredito consentirà l’accesso solo alle aree evidenziate sul badge. Non sarà trasferibile e dovrà essere esibito anche senza specifica richiesta agli organi di controllo.
6) Non potranno essere accreditati accompagnatori senza richiesta specifica della testata.
7) In nessun caso saranno accreditati rappresentanti d'agenzie o organizzazioni pubblicitarie, relazioni
pubbliche e di marketing. Il comitato organizzatore non rilascerà accrediti e accessi STAMPA a manager di
atleti, uffici stampa di sponsor, fornitori, etc. .
8) Gli accessi in pista per la carta stampata saranno regolati e consegnati direttamente dal direttore di
gara FIS, al termine delle riunioni dei capi squadra.
9) Fotografi: rammentiamo che l’accesso in pista è regolato dalle disposizioni emanate dalle Federazione
Internazionale Sci. Non potranno essere concessi accessi a fotografi non contemplati dalle liste FIS. Ci
sarà, in ogni caso, un’area riservata in zona arrivo.
10) Gli accrediti Radio-TV e Web saranno vistati dal detentore dei rispettivi diritti Infront.

ACCREDITATION RULES
1) Applications must be submitted by December 23 th. 2016. The organizing committee reserves the right
to refuse applications which do not conform with general regulations. On-site accreditation will be garan ted in case of exception starting on December 26 th. 2016 from 18.00 p.m. .
2) Accreditations may be handed out only after presenting a valid press card.
3) The press room is a reserved working area for journalists and photographers. Our capacity in the press
room and in the media corral is limited. In order to offer the press best possible conditions we can only ac credit members of media that are related to the ski sport specifically or winter sports in general. We could
ask you to provide more details about your coverage in order to allow us to accept your request.
4) If you are not a FIS accreditation card holder, you have to agree to the FIS accreditation regulations by
signing

document
of
understanding
that
you
may

at the press center.
5) Accreditation is personal and not transferable and limited to the areas specifically identified on the
card. Furthermore, it is required that the badge be shown at each inspection point.
6) Accompanying people cannot be given accreditation without a specific request of the editor-inchief.
7) Advertising, public relations agencies or similar companies will not be accredited as media, nor will the
LOC issue any press accreditation to athletes managers, representatives (press officers or otherwise) of
sponsors, suppliers, etc. .
8) Course access is governed by FIS Race Director. Special Cards will be released upon request every day
after the team captains meeting.
9) Photographers: we would like to draw your attention to the fact that on-course access is governed by
FIS rules and, therefore, the Organizing Committees will be unable to grant any access to photographers
not listed by FIS. However, special photographer stands will be available in the arrival areas.
10) TV, Radio and multimedia accreditations should be cleared and approved by right holder Infront.
