Dedicato ai 30 anni d’amore di Argo e Chiara e alla loro vita assieme,
questo vino è il frutto dell’unione d’amore tra persone e la sapiente
combinazione dei vini rossi i friulani: un uvaggio ottenuto dalla
fusione di Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Schioppettino e Pignolo tre
dei migliori rossi autoctoni del Friuli Venezia Giulia. Questo è il vino
dell’amore, un vino rosso come lo è la passione.
Dedicated to the 30 years of love between Argo and Chiara and their
life together, this is the result of a perfect union between the love of
people and the combination of red wines of Friuli: a blend obtained by
the merger of Refosco, Schioppettino and Pignolo three of the Friuli
Venezia Giulia best quality red autochthonous grapes. This is the wine
of love, red like the passion.

Gradazione alcolica: 14% vol.
Residuo zuccherino: 14 gr/lt.
Uve prodotte nelle colline friulane e raccolte manualmente dopo un leggero
appassimento in pianta.
Pignolo 40%, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 30%, Schioppettino 30%
Vino affinato in barrique di pregiati legni francesi per 12 mesi.
Di colore rosso rubino molto carico ed elegante, profumo ampio e complesso,
fruttato, con sentori di prugne, confettura di ciliegia e note di tabacco, leggermente
speziato. Vino di grande corpo, morbido e ricco di tannini nobili, con un finale che
regala note di cacao, caffè e vaniglia.
Si abbina perfettamente con carni rosse, selvaggina, primi piatti robusti. Vino da
meditazione.

vine.
Pignolo 40%, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 30%, Schioppettino 30%
Wine aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months
Deep and elegant ruby-red in color, full and complex bouquet, fruity, with hints of
plum, cherry jam and hints of tobacco, slightly spicy. Full bodied wine, soft and rich
tannins, with an end that gives off hints of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.
It goes well with red meat, game, structured firs courses. Meditation wine.

Elysium Rosso 2013

Elysium in greco antico significa “luogo e condizione di beatitudine
serena, di sovrumana delizia”, un nome scelto da Argo e Chiara
per omaggiare la propria terra, che metaforicamente paragonano al
“Paradiso”, un luogo dove si vive in tranquillità e dove si producono
vini che portano alla beatitudine, al benessere, le stesse sensazioni che
lascia questo fantastico uvaggio di Pinot Noir e Cabernet Sauvignon,
quando lo si beve.
In ancient greek Elysium means “place of peaceful bliss condition of
superhuman delight”, a name chosen by Argo and Chiara to honor
their own land that they metaphorically liken to “Paradise” a place
where people live in peace and produce wines that lead to happiness
and wellness, the same sensations that gives this great Pinot Noir and
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, when you taste it..


Prodotto con uve Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) con passaggio in barrique per 6 mesi e
uve Pinot Nero (40%) vinificate dopo un leggero appassimento.
Di colore rosso rubino carico, questo grande vino si distingue per un profumo di
frutti rossi con leggere note floreali. Il gusto è intenso, di corpo robusto, bilanciato,
leggermente tannico.
Si abbina perfettamente con le carni, in particolare di stufati e arrosti ma anche
selvaggina, formaggi invecchiati e piatti della tradizione italiana.

Produced with Cabernet Sauvignon rapes (60%,) which have rested in barrels for 6
months, and Pinot Noir grapes (40%,), with vinification after a short grape drying.
Deep ruby-red in color, this great wine is distinguished by an aroma of red fruits
with slight floral notes The taste is intense, full bodied, balanced, slightly tannic.
It goes well with meat, especially stews and roasts but also game, aged cheeses and
traditional Italian dishes.

Syrtis Bianco 2014
Bianco IGT delle Venezie
Syrtis che prende nome da una zona vulcanica del pianeta Marte:
un vino maestoso e imponente, esplosivo come lo è un vulcano, è
un’eruzione di profumi e aromi, che lasciano una sensazione di estasi in
bocca e al naso ma anche un vino tutto da scoprire, da assaporare, come
accade quando ammiri le stelle e i pianeti da lontano.
Syrtis: its name derives from a volcanic area of the planet Mars: a
majestic and impressive wine, explosive as it is a volcano, is an eruption
of scents and aromas, leaving a feeling of ecstasy in the mouth and nose,
but also a wine to be discovered, to be savored, as happens when you
admire the stars and planets from afar.

Gradazione alcolica: 13% vol.
Residuo zuccherino: 5 gr/lt.
Prodotto con uve Chardonnay (60%) passate in barrique usate per 2-3 mesi e uve
Sauvignon (40%) fermentate in acciaio.
Di colore giallo carico, il profumo si caratterizza con dei sentori di frutta. Il gusto è
equilibrato, secco e fresco, con persistente retrogusto fruttato.
Si abbina perfettamente con antipasti, risotti, carni bianche e piatti di pesce; si
sposa in particolar modo con crostacei e frutti di mare dove dà il meglio di sé.

Deep yellow in color, its scent is characterized by hints of fruit. The taste is
balanced, dry and fresh, with persistent fruity aftertaste.
It goes well appetizers, risottos, white meat and fish dishes.
It does its best with shellfish and seafood.

Millesimato Brut
Il nostro millesimato è prodotto con uve MULLER THURGAU
provenienti da vecchie vigne coltivate a Guyot nelle colline di Ara
Grande ed e stato ottenuto con una fermentazione lunga denominata
anche metodo Martinotti-Charmat.
Di colore giallo paglierino brillante dai vaghi riverberi verdognoli,
spumeggiante effervescenza finissima e persistente.
Delizia olfattiva delicata e fine, con profumi che ricordano la pesca noce,
i fichi bianchi e la mela verde e che si confondono con note vellutate
e minerali. In bocca è freschissimo, ricco di struttura, dalle infinite
sfumature anche agrumate e lunga persistenza aromatica.
Nella loro frizzante esuberanza, le bollicine travolgono, sentimenti ed
emozioni.
Si esprime al meglio come aperitivo o con primi piatti delicati, pesce,
crostacei.
Servire a 6/8 C°
Our vintage sparkling wine, is produced with MULLER THURGAU
grapes gathered from old vines grown with Guyot system in the hills
of Ara Grande and obtained with a long fermentation according to the
Martinotti-Charmat method.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, fine and persistent
bubbly effervescence. Fine and delicate perfume, with aromas
reminiscent of peach walnut, white figs and green apple, blending with
velvety notes and minerals.
Very fresh in the mouth , full-bodied, with infinite aromatic hints,
citrus also, long and persistent aromatic taste.
In their sparkling exuberance, the bubbles overwhelm, feelings and
emotions.
Perfect on its own as an aperitif, it goes well with light first dishes, fish and
shellfish.

Vino Rosso Cuvée
Mosaico: come i grandi mosaici sono un insieme armonico di pietre
colorate, così questo grande vino è un insieme armonico di uve,
profumi e aromi.
Prodotto con uve Cabernet (60%) Merlot (25%) e Refosco (15%) .
Raccolte nei vigneti di famiglia situati nelle zone più vocate d’Italia e
vinificate dopo un leggero appassimento in pianta.
Di colore rosso rubino carico, questo grande vino si distingue per un
profumo di frutti rossi con leggere note floreali. Il gusto è intenso, di
corpo robusto, bilanciato, leggermente tannico.
Si abbina perfettamente con le carni, in particolare di stufati e arrosti ma
anche selvaggina, formaggi invecchiati e piatti della tradizione italiana.

NERO 2015
Vino Rosso Merlot varietale
Nero: Questo vino è prodotto con uve Merlot provenienti da diversi
vigneti di famiglia situati in terreni vocati per la produzione di uve rosse.
Le uve raccolte a maturazione avanzata conferiscono al vino un colore
rosso intenso che i nostri avi chiamavano “Nero”.
Di colore rosso rubino molto carico ed elegante, profumo ampio e
complesso, fruttato, con sentori di prugne, confettura di ciliegia e note
di tabacco, leggermente speziato. Vino di grande corpo, morbido e ricco
di tannini nobili, con un finale che regala note di cacao, caffè e vaniglia.
Si abbina perfettamente con carni rosse, selvaggina, primi piatti robusti,
formaggi invecchiati
e piatti della tradizione italiana.

Residuo zuccherino: 10 gr/lt.
Nero: this wine is made by Merlot grapes harvested from different
family vineyards situated in suitable land for the red grapes productions.
The grapes picked at advanced maturity gives the wine a deep red color
that our ancestors called “Nero”.
Deep ruby red and very elegant in color, full and complex bouquet,
fruity, with hints of plum and cherry jam and notes of tobacco, slightly
spicy.
Full-bodied wine, soft and rich in tannins, with an ending leaving cocoa,
coffee and vanilla hints.
It perfectly fists with red meats and game, Savoury first courses, aged
cheeses and traditional Italian dishes.

Vino Bianco Cuvée
Oro: Questo vino ha un colore giallo dorato ottenuto con uve bianche
raccolte a maturazione avanzata che ricorda il colore del prezioso
metallo, simbolo di purezza, valore e lealtà.
Prodotto con uve Chardonnay (60%) e uve Pinot Grigio (40%)
fermentate in acciaio, che provengono dai vigneti di famiglia situati nelle
zone più vocate d’Italia.
Di colore giallo carico, il profumo si caratterizza con dei sentori di frutta. Il
gusto è equilibrato, secco e fresco, con persistente retrogusto fruttato.
Si abbina perfettamente con antipasti, risotti, carni bianche e piatti di
pesce; si sposa in particolar modo con crostacei e frutti di mare dove dà il
meglio di sé.
Gradazione alcolica: 12,5% vol.
Residuo zuccherino: 5 gr/lt.
Oro: This wine has a golden yellow color given by the white grapes
harvested at advanced maturity, that reminds the color of the precious
metal, symbol of pureness, value and loyalty.
Produced with Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Grigio (40%) grapes
fermented in stainless steel tanks collected in the family vineyards
located in the best areas of Italy.
Deep yellow in color, its scent is characterized by hints of fruit.. The
taste is balanced, dry and cool, with persistent fruity aftertaste.
It fit perfectly with appetizers, risotto, white meats and fish dishes; it best
matches with shellfish and seafood.
