DTB WHITE ZINCPLATED RANGE
L’ancorante DTB costituito da un corpo in acciaio,
montato di una fascetta d’espansione a 3 segmenti
in acciaio inossidabile e dotato di filettatura lunga
consente fissaggi passanti su materiali compatti
quali calcestruzzo e pietra naturale.
Il dado e la rondella pre-montati facilitano la velocità
di posa e la particolare conformazione della fascetta
d’espansione impedisce la rotazione durante la fase
di serraggio.
Disponibile in tre versioni, consente una più ampia
scelta del tipo di ancorante da utilizzare in funzione
dell’applicazione da eseguirsi.
DTB anchor, made of carbon steel, assembled with
a three segment stainless steel expansion clip and
endowed with long thread allows through fixings on
stiff materials such as concrete and natural stone.
Pre-assembled nut and washer allow fast installation
and the shape of the expansion clip helps from rotation of the anchor while tightening the nut.
Available in three different versions DTB anchor
allows a wide choice of anchors for any kind of installation needed.

DTB_ZINCATO BIANCO implementazione della gamma
DTB_WHITE ZINCPLATED range implementation
La gamma DTB zincata bianca a partire da aprile 2008 sarà anche disponibile con esecuzione in
stampaggio a freddo.
White zincplated DTB range, starting mid april 2008, will be also available with cold-forged execution.
I diametri M8 - M10 - M12 ed M16 sono attualmente sottoposti a test presso laboratori autorizzati
per l’ottenimento del BTE (Benestare Tecnico Europeo), opzione 7, calcestruzzo non fessurato e
successiva marcature CE.
Diameters M8 - M10 - M12 and M16 are currently under testing by approved laboratory for obtaining ETAG
option 7 on non-cracked concrete and following CE marking.
La gamma DTB certificata avrà classe 6.8, dotata di filetto totale completamente rullato e di
fascetta di espansione a tre segmenti in ferro zincato bianco.
White zincplated DTB approved range will be produced in 6.8 steel class, endowed with rolled-made full
thread and white zincplated carbon steel clip.

SERIE DTB ZINCATO A CALDO
DTB HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED RANGE
Trattato con zincatura a caldo dello spessore minimo
di 45 micron, l’ancorante DTB offre elevata resistenza alla corrosione ed agli agenti ossidanti garantendo pertanto un’ottima protezione contro la ruggine.
Da utilizzarsi per fissaggi passanti su materiali compatti, in funzione delle caratteristiche anzidette, l’ancorante è espressamente indicato in tutte quelle
applicazioni localizzate per esempio in aree costiere.
Anch’esso dotato di fascetta d’espansione a 3 segmenti in acciaio inossidabile e di filetto lungo, viene
fornito con dado e rondella pre-montati.
La decennale esperienza DIMFIX nei mercati nordeuropei ha portato ad una ottimizzazione delle misure presenti in gamma, che oggi prevede anche il diametro M24 ed è in grado di dare una ottimale risposta tecnica a tutte le diverse necessità applicative.
Un volume di vendita in continua crescita ha permesso anche una ottimizzazione del processo produttivo
che ha portato alla revisione dei costi e dunque ad
una maggiore competitività del prodotto.
Coated by a minimum 45 microns zinc thickness,
DTB Hot Dipped Galvanized anchor provides high
resistance to corrosion and to oxidizing agents,
assuring higher protection against rust.
Aimed for through fixings on stiff materials, due to its
surface treatment, it is suggested for all those applications located for example on coastal areas.
The anchor is assembled with a three segment stainless steel expansion clip, it is fully threaded and delivered with nut and washer pre-assembled.

SERIE DTB ACCIAIO INOX - A2 A4
DTB STAINLESS STEEL RANGE - A2 A4
Il tassello DTB realizzato completamente con acciaio
inossidabile aisi 304 (aisi 316) costituisce una valida
alternativa nelle applicazioni ove sia richiesta alta resistenza agli effetti causati da agenti ossidanti. E’ indicato per fissaggi all’aperto e situazioni ricche di umidità.
La gamma comprende diametri dall’M6 sino all’M24
e, generalmente disponibile dal pronto, soddisfa le esigenze di tempestività nelle consegne e di alta competitività nei costi di istallazione.
Il filetto lungo, interamente rullato, garantisce maggiore precisione e dunque una miglior resistenza alla trazione rispetto a quello ottenuto per asportazione di
truciolo. Il prodotto, fornito di dado e rondella premontati è immediatamente pronto per una istallazione
veloce e sicura. Anche la versione inox a2 (inox a4)
soddisfa infatti la necessità di un’applicazione rapida
che viene effettuata senza spostare l’oggetto da fissare che può dunque essere forato contemporaneamente al supporto, garantendo un fissaggio immediato passante.
Dimensioni fuori catalogo, per lotti minimi concordabili, sono disponibili a richiesta del cliente.
DTB A2 (and A4) anchor is entirely manufactured
with components all in aisi 304 (aisi 316) stainless
steel and offers a valuable solution for applications
where high resistance to oxidizing agent is required.
It is recommended for outdoor fixings and moist
environments. The range includes diameters M6 to
M24 and it is normally available from stock, thus
complying with the requirement of quick delivery time
normally requested by the end-users and the need of
cost control of the designers. Rolled-made full thread
guarantees higher thread precision and therefore
better tensile resistance, much higher than the one
obtained by machine-turning process. The product,
supplied with pre-assembled nut and washer is
immediately ready for a fast and safe application. In
fact, this stainless steel version also complies with
the need of a quick installation and does not require
to move the object to be fixed which can be drilled
together with the base material, thus producing a
through and immediate fixing. Additional sizes can
be manufacured, minimum lots to be agreed,
according to customer’s specification and request.
