d’inscription. Les factures suivantes devront être payées nettes à reception.
Par signature, l’entreprise mentionnée sous point 1 s’engage à participer au Salon
international EPHJ – EPMT - SMT du 20 au 23 juin 2017 et respecter sans réserve le
Règlement d’exposition qui fait partie du présent contrat et dont il a pris
connaissance sur le site internet www.ephj.ch. L’EXPOSANT PRINCIPAL commandera
ultérieurement sur le shop Palexpo, les prestations techniques non incluses dans le
stand équipé, dont l’électricité obligatoire et, le cas échéant :

Der AUSSTELLER verpflichtet sich, eine Anzahlung von 30% des Miettarifs nach Erhalt
der Anmeldungsbestätigung zu überweisen. Die nachfolgenden Rechnungen sind bei
Erhalt netto zahlbar.
Mit Ihrer Unterschrift bestätigt die unter Punkt 1 aufgeführte Firma an der internationalen Messe EPHJ – EPMT – SMT vom 20. bis 23. Juni 2017 teilzunehmen. Sie
verpflichtet sich, das Ausstellungsreglement einzuhalten. Dieses ist integrierender
Bestandteil des vorliegenden Vertrags und kann auf der Webseite www.ephj.ch
eingesehen werden. Der HAUPTAUSSTELLER bestellt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt im Palexpo-Shop die technischen Leistungen, die nicht in der Basis-Standeinrichtung inbegriffen sind. Dazu gehört obligatorisch auch ein Stromanschluss und
gegebenfalls :

Les factures sont établies et payables en francs suisses. Tous les montants indiqués seront majorés de la TVA en vigueur. La version française du présent contrat fait foi.
Die Rechnungen sind in Schweizer Franken ausgestellt und sind ebenfalls in Schweizer Franken zu begleichen.
Die angegebenen Beträge sind zuzüglich der geltenden Mehrwertsteuer zu verstehen. Der Französische Text des vorliegenden Vertrages ist rechtsgültig.

The EXHIBITOR commits himself to pay 30% of the price of hiring upon confirmation of
registration. The subsequent invoices are payable net upon receipt.
By its signature, the company mentioned in point 1 commits to participating in the International EPHJ – EPMT - SMT from 20th to 23th June 2017. It undertakes to comply fully
with the regulations of the exhibition, which form an integral part of the present contract,
and with which it declares having familiarised itself via the website www.ephj.ch. At a later
date, the MAIN EXHIBITOR will order, via the Palexpo on-line shop, all the technical
services not included within the stand package, including the compulsory purchase of
electricity, and if necessary :

L’ESPOSITORE si impegna a pagare il 30% del prezzo di locazione alla ricezione della
conferma della registrazione. Le seguenti fatture devono essere pagate nette al netto
alla data di ricevimento.
Con la sua firma, la ditta indicata al punto 1, s’impegna a partecipare al Salone internazionale EPHJ – EPMT – SMT dal 20 al 23 giugno 2017, e di rispettare senza riserve
il regolamento d’esposizione che é parte del presente contratto e del quale ha preso
conoscenza sul sito Internet www.ephj.ch. L’ ESPOSITORE PRINCIPALE ordinerà ulteriormente sullo shop Palexpo le prestazioni tecniche non incluse nello stand attrezzato, tra le quali l’elettricità obbligatoria, se del caso :

legally binding version.
Le fatture sono fatturati e pagabili in franchi svizzeri. A tutti i totali indicativa aggiunta, sarà annessa la percentuale per l’I.V.A. corrente. La versione francese del
contratto sarà l’unica facente fede.
