+fortuna is a visual design studio: develops solutions
for publishing, corporate identity for events, museums
and companies, visual orientation systems, visual
identity for public institutions, retail, wayfinding,
web and information design. Working in the design
field and dealing with many different clients, +fortuna
has had the chance to improve the territorial identity
through a meticulous and colorful design.
Mainly engaged for developing exhibition design
projects, since 2008 to 2015 +fortuna has followed
the identity of the Glasstress road show exhibition,
an ambitious contemporary art project. In these years
the studio has curated the staging and the outfitting
for several road show locations around the world
(Venice, Riga, Stockholm, New York and Beirut).
Among the latest projects which worth mentioning,
the visual identity system for: Nato a Venezia in
the frame of the 54. Biennale d’arte di Venezia; the
retrospective exhibition of Bertil Vallien / Nine Rooms
during the 13. Mostra internazionale di architettura
di Venezia; Within Light / Inside Glass a travelling
exhibition between Venice and Lisbon (Vicarte)
and Tony Cragg. Sculptures and drawings, Hermitage
Museum, San Pieroburgo.

Paola Fortuna
Gloria Zanotti was born in San
Marino in 1981. After the degree
in architecture, she took a MA in
visual communication, focusing
on wayfinding design.
She has worked as teaching
assistant at the Università Iuav
di Venezia , in the “Design and
visual communication” course.
She won the first graphic prize
Paola Fortuna born in Trieste
on a November day when
the Bora wind was blowing.
Her childhood in the “city of
madness” profoundly influenced
her way of observing the world.
She graduated in architecture
at the Università Iuav di Venezia;
began her career as a visual
communication designer
with two significant meetings:
Pierpaolo Vetta (Tassinari
Vetta) and Gianluigi
Pescolderung (Tapiro).
In 1999 in she established the
facchinetti+fortuna studio in
Venice. In 2010 she went back
to Trieste where she founded
the +fortuna studio, a space
of experimentation and design.
She started collaborating with
Università Iuav di Venezia in
2003. She is a member of
the research group “Nuove
Frontiere del Design” for which
she made several projects,
including the publication
of “Musei e Superamento
delle barriere percettive”,
first prize in the “IIID Award”
international competition.
Two visual approaches
distinguish her profession
based on research and
innovation: artwork
and information design.
In 2016 her works were
presented at the XXI Triennale
International Exhibition of Milan
for the AWDA section and at
Adi Design Index publication
which gathers the best Italian
design.
Currently she is engaged as
professor at the Università
Iuav di Venezia , department of
Industrial design, teaching basic
design for visual communication.

She is still interested in exploring
new sides and borders of visual
communication.
Marta Vianello was born
in Venice in 1990. After the
degree in industrial design,
she took a MA in visual
and digital communication
at the Università Iuav di Venezia.
Fierce supporter of the press,
this passion grew up working
for Fedrigoni.
She was shortlisted for the ADI
Design Index in 2015 and for
the best graduation thesis
in 2016.
She loves reading adventure
tales, mainly those about
explorers.
Her work are bold and colourful.
She creates her designs by
drawing, cutting and finding
collage material and texture.
