Average production: 70.000 bottles
Harvesting method: Manually in 20-kg cases
Winemaking: fermented and matured in stainless steel vats at
controlled temperature to obtain a good extraction of polyphenol
content, bright colour and high organoleptic qualities of the product.
Aging: for several months in bottles before release to market.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Bottles Sizes:
0,750 lt in cardboard of 6 bottles
0,375 lt in cardboard of 12 bottles.

Winemaking: fermented in stainless steel vats for 2 weeks at controlled
temperature.
Aging: matured in wood for at least 15 months.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
