Culinary State Institute of Gardone Riviera in 1997.
While attending the “Caterina de’ Medici” Institute I got two “merit diplomas”, one from that
same School and the other one from FIC (Italian Federation of Cooks).
I was in the Italian Team at the “Taste of Canada 1997” competition (it involves High Schools
from all over the world).
I have attended almost 3 years at the “S.T.A.L.” University (Science and Technologies of Food)
Good knowledge of correct English and French, written and spoken; a little of Spanish.

Dear Sirs,
I’d like to explain the reasons why I’ve had many and sometimes short-time job
experiences.
While I attended school (5 years at High School and 3 years at S.T.A.L) I could only
get seasonal jobs (3-4 months in summertime and 2-3 weeks in winter). When I
prematurely got back from France, due to the military service (which was compulsory
at that time) I did two more seasons at “Villa Feltrinelli” by the Garda Lake and at the
“Caprice” in Switzerland.
Professionally speaking, 2003 was a very interesting year, giving me the chance to have great
work experiences, but only for a short period of time:
in Saudi Arabia I could work for few weeks for a sheik (I got this job thanks to a
prestigious Advertising Office). I was in charge of making a sort of creative
Mediterranean cookery in order to please the sheik himself.
Then I left for the United States and I stayed there for 3 months (I had a tourist card).
In May and June I worked at Galileo’s as an “extra” guy and I was appreciated for my
versatility. Meanwhile, I met two restaurant owners and we started off a brief
cooperation: they wanted to renew their image, and I was their man: I suggested new
courses, teaching them how to do them, from entrées to desserts.
At last, Mr. Busca and me previously agreed on working together on the opening of his
restaurant in Germany.

Since January 2004 I’m in Italy working as a freelance, where I edited my first book
(Taste: free your fantasy) in October 2004, an art project (Monochromes) in October
2006 and I’m working to my first video-project (Imager), ready in February 2009;
