La conversione di vasi e contenitori in VETRO, HDPE e METALLO verso il PET e il PP offre la
possibilità di esplorare nuovi mercati con soluzioni di packaging altamente competitive ed innovative.
Gli ambiti d’utilizzo sono molti, ad esempio: ALIMENTARE, FARMACEUTICO, CHIMICO, PITTURA/
VERNICI, GIOCATTOLI, CIBO PER ANIMALI, ALTRO.
Dal 2004 SIAPI ha iniziato a sviluppare la tecnologia “Bocca Larga” lanciando sul mercato la serie
di soffiatrici lineari SW ad 1-2-3-4 cavità per contenitori con imboccatura fino a 180 mm di diametro
e 12 l di capacità. SIAPI può indirizzare il cliente nell’individuare un pacchetto completo
che parte dalla fornitura della preforma per arrivare alla produzione del contenitore attraverso una
fase preliminare di prototipazione per validare l’applicazione. La tecnologia SIAPI permette anche la
produzione di contenitori dedicati al riempimento a caldo, utilizzando preforme sia in PET che in PP.

Converting GLASS, HDPE and METAL jars and containers to PET and PP makes it possible
to explore new markets with highly competitive innovative packaging.
Such containers can be used in many fi elds, such as: FOOD, PHARMACEUTICALS, CHEMICALS,
PAINT/VARNISH, TOYS, PET FOOD, OTHERS.
SIAPI has been working on “Wide Mouth” technology since 2004 and has launched on the market
the SW series of linear blow-molding machines with 1-2-3-4 cavities for containers with mouth
diameter up to 180 mm and a capacity of 12 litres. SIAPI can assist customers in fi nding a full
package that includes preform supply and container production through a preliminary prototyping
stage for application validation. SIAPI technology can also be used for producing hot fill
containers in PET or PP.
