I Siliconi da noi attualmente commercializzati sono bicomponenti del tipo RTV con vulcanizzazione a temperatura
ambiente. Prodotti di largo impiego nel settore della calzatura hanno durezza Shore A da 10±3 a 30±3 e sono
utilizzati sia per la riproduzione di tacchi, sia per la copiatura di suole ampie (RSBVD o RSTRP).
Possono essere miscelati con il proprio catalizzatore (dose: 5% del silicone) sia manualmente che con un agitatore
meccanico a bassa velocità per ridurre al minimo le occlusioni d’aria.
I distaccanti, in versione liquida e spray, sono prodotti utilizzati per favorire le difficili sformature dal modello in legno
o dalla copia in gesso.
Ranging from Shore A 10±3 to 30±3, RE.GE.CO bi-component RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanisation)
Silicones are widely used in the shoe industry, whether for heel or large sole (RSBVD o RSTR) impressions.
RE.GE.CO’s Catalyst (5%of silicone weight) can be added whether mixing by hand or by a low speed
vacuum mixer, to reduce air bubble entrapment. RE.GE.CO’s Demoulding agents, liquid or aerosol, are the
perfect solution for difficult release of wooden model or of plaster copy.
