Chers amis,
Je vous adresse cette brève circulaire à la suite des nombreuses invitations que j’ai
reçues dès que j’ai été élu.
J’aimerais tout d’abord vous dire que je suis très honoré de vos invitations et que je
participerais bien volontiers à tous les événements organisés par les clubs. Cela serait justifié
déjà par la portée et l’intérêt de ces évènements, mais aussi parce que cela me fournirait le
plaisir de vous rencontrer. Mais hélas, comme vous pouvez bien l’imaginer, ce n’est pas toujours
possible.
C’est pourquoi je me suis résolu à vous indiquer à quels événements j’envisage de
prendre part, compte tenu de mes engagements personnels.
Ainsi, les événements auxquels je pourrais participer sont:
- Anniversaires des clubs (25e anniversaires – 50e anniversaires et au-delà ….)
- Événements, conférences, congrès etc. ayant une importance internationale ou nationale;
- Assemblées de District.
Vous voudrez bien envoyer vos invitations, en plus de mon adresse personnelle,
également au Secrétariat du Panathlon ([email protected]) afin d’avoir toujours un
double contrôle et une bonne et prompte planification des invitations

Carissimi,
mi accingo a scrivere questa breve circolare a seguito dei numerosi inviti che ho
ricevuto da quanto sono stato eletto. Premetto che sono molto onorato e che parteciperei
molto volentieri a tutti gli eventi che organizzate nei vari club, innanzitutto perché spesso sono
di grande spessore ed interesse, ma poi anche perché sarebbe un piacere potervi incontrare o
re-incontrare …., ma come potrete ben immaginare, questo non sempre è possibile.
Così ho pensato di dare un riferimento specifico agli eventi ai quali, compatibilmente
con gli impegni personali, potrei partecipare, in modo da non dover dare riscontri negativi o
delusioni.
In via di principio gli eventi ai quali potrei partecipare sono:
-
Anniversari dei club (25ennali - 50ennali e oltre….)
manifestazioni, conferenze, congressi etc. che abbiano una rilevanza di portata
internazionale oppure nazionale di grande importanza;
Assemblee Distrettuali.
Vi prego di spedire gli inviti oltre che al mio indirizzo personale anche alla Segreteria
del Panathlon ([email protected]) affinché ci sia sempre un doppio controllo e gli
inviti possano essere subito calendarizzati.

Dear friends,
I’m going to write this short circular letter following the many invitations I have
received since my election. Let me start by saying that I’m very honored and that I would be
delighted to attend all events organized by clubs, firstly because they are of great interest and
depth but also because it would be a pleasure to meet you… but as you certainly know this is
not always possible.
For this reason I thought I could attend some specific events, depending on my
personal commitments, to avoid negative feedback or disappointments.
These are the events I could attend:
-
Club Anniversaries (25th 50th anniversaries –and beyond ….)
Events, conferences, congresses etc. having a national or international importance;
District Assemblies.
I kindly ask you to send all invitations both to my personal address and to the
Secretariat of Panathlon ([email protected]) in order to have a double check and to
be able to schedule your invitations immediately.

Estimados amigos panathletas,
voy a escribir esta breve circular después de las muchas invitaciones que he recibido
desde mi elección. Permítame empezar diciendo que me siento muy honrado y que realmente
participaría en todos eventos organizados por los clubes, en primer lugar porque son de gran
profundidad e intéres y porque siempre es un placer volver a reunirse... desafortunadamente
esto no es siempre posible
Así que que he pensado sería conveniente dar una referencia específica a los eventos
en que yo podría participar, compatiblemente con mis compromisos personales, para no deber
renunciar.
Los eventos son los siguientes:
-
Aniversarios de clubes (25° - 50° y más allá ….)
Eventos, conferencias, congresos etc. que tienen una importancia nacional o
internacional;
Asambleas Distritales.
Les ruego que envíen las invitaciones a mi dirección personal y también a la Secretaría
de Panathlon ([email protected]) para que siempre haya un doble control y las
invitaciones sean fijadas de inmediato en el calendario.
Gracias por su atención y por su colaboración. Aprovecho esta oportunidad para

Liebe Freunde,
auf Grund der zahlreichen Einladungen, die ich nach meiner Wahl erhalten habe,
schreibe ich Euch dieses kurze Rundschreiben. Ich setze voraus, dass ich mich sehr geehrt fühle
und gern an allen Veranstaltungen, die Ihr in den verschiedenen Clubs organisiert, teilnehmen
würde – vor allem, weil sie oft äusserst gehaltvoll und von grossem Interesse sind, aber auch,
weil es mich freuen würde, Euch zu treffen oder wiederzutreffen – aber wie Ihr Euch wohl
vorstellen könnt, ist das nicht immer möglich.
Deshalb habe ich überlegt, dass ich die Veranstaltungen, an denen ich teilnehmen
könnte, falls es mit meinen persönlichen Verpflichtungen vereinbar ist, speziell angeben möchte,
damit sich negative Antworten oder Enttäuschungen vermeiden lassen.
Im Allgemeinen könnte ich an den folgenden Veranstaltungen teilnehmen:
-
Clubjubiläen (25., 50. Jahrestag und darüber…),
Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen, Kongresse usw., die eine internationale oder sehr
wichtige nationale Bedeutung haben,
Distriktversammlungen.
Ich bitte Euch, die Einladungen ausser an meine persönliche Adresse auch dem
Sekretariat von Panathlon ([email protected]) zu senden, damit immer eine doppelte
Kontrolle erfolgt und die Einladungen in den Kalender eingetragen werden.
Ich danke Euch für Eure Aufmerksamkeit und Mitarbeit und sende Euch allen meine
herzlichen Grüsse und Wünsche für einen schönen Sommer.
