4 Aprile 2012 Weekly Corporate & Financial Monitor Area Pianificazione Strategica, Research & IR Weekly Rating Actions Le principali rating action dell’ultima settimana: Settore Finanziario − BANCA POPOLARE MILANO: Rating di lungo e breve termine “BBB-/A-3 in Credit Watch negativo (S&P) Stati sovrani, Regioni e Provincie: − COREA DEL SUD: Confermato rating A1, outlook a “positivo” da “stabile” (Moody’s) Settore industriale: − GENERAL ELECTRIC: Downgrade rating a ‘Aa3’ da ‘Aa2’, outlook stabile (Moody’s) − ITALCEMENTI: Rating ‘BBB-/A-3’ in Credit Watch negativo (S&P) − SAKS: Upgrade rating a ‘BB’ da ‘BB-’, outlook stabile (Fitch) WEEKLY CORPORATE & FINANCIAL MONITOR 4 APRILE 2012 pag. 2 I Corporate CDS 5 anni America ed Europa sotto osservazione Andamento in linea con quanto segnalato nell’ultima rilevazione per i prezzi dei Corporate CDS europei e americani. In Europa i rialzi si concentrano ancora nel settore Carta/Prodotti Forestali, dove il CDS Norske Skog raggiunge i 1.870bps, M-real OYJ a 790 e Stora Enso a 380bps. Nell’ultima settimana numerosi gli incrementi anche nel comparto delle Telecomunicazioni, con Portugal Telecom a 805bps (+90bps da inizio marzo), ma anche Telefonica segna un deciso allargamento, arrivando a prezzare 325bps, ai massimi da inizio anno. In ulteriore incremento anche i CDS British Airways a 745bps e SAS a 1.290bps. Da segnalare infine nell’ultimo mese una serie di aumenti nel settore Petrolio/Gas: CDS Repsol prezza 242bps, Gas Natural 248bps (+51bps per entrambi nell’ultimo mese), CDS Total a 82bps, così come CDS ENI, ora a 146bps. Tra i Corporate CDS italiani sotto osservazione, spicca però l’aumento del CDS TELECOM, +37bps in sette giorni (il prezzo è 339bps). In America CDS YRC Worldwide (Trasporti) a 2.841bps, guida i rialzi dell’ultima settimana (+302), ma gli aumenti interessano molti settori sotto osservazione. Segnaliamo in particolare Home Builders, con i CDS KB Homes a 748bps, Standard-Pacific a 498bps e Beazer Homes a 937bps, e Vendite al Dettaglio: CDS Sears Holdings a 1.190bps, Safeway a 171bps, JCPenny a 372bps. Infine CDS Avon Products (Consumo) che ha accumulato 65bps nell’ultimo mese: prezza 268bps. Tra i Sovrani 520 europei due soli incrementi da segnalare: +9bps sul CDS Italia che ora prezza 460 387bps, +6bps sul CDS Paesi Bassi a 115bps. Ancora in calo invece i CDS Irlanda 400 (-51bps) e Portogallo (-127bps), che scendono rispettivamente a 560bps e 340 1.069bps. Pochi i movimenti di rilievo anche sui prezzi dei Sovrani Emergenti: tra 280 questi, modesto incremento sul CDS Croazia (+8 a 400bps), Russia, ora a 185bps, e Kazakhstan a 206 (+6bps per entrambi). In leggera risalita anche il CDS Egitto, a 569bps. Sono ancora le banche italiane a segnare gli allargamenti più consistenti (+28bps in media): a guidare i rialzi è nell’ultima settimana il CDS BMPS, +49bps, prezza 444bps. +37bps sul CDS BAPO, ora a 527, +27bps per UBI a 356bps. Pari incremento di 14bps sui CDS Intesa e Unicredit: 340bps il prezzo del primo, 361bps il secondo. Anche per le banche spagnole incrementi sostenuti, in particolare nel confronto mensile (+98bps in media): BBVA prezza 373bps, Santander 360bps. Più contenuto il rialzo sui CDS delle banche francesi: +18bps per BNP e Natixis, rispettivamente a 215 e 208bps. Credite Agricole a 260, SocGen a 277bps. Per le olandesi ING e Rabobank +23bps, rispettivamente a 207 e 139bps. Segnaliamo infine l’allargamento dei CDS Dexia, tornato sui livelli di un mese fa a 604bps, e Danske Bank, ai massimi a 288bps. Ancora in calo il CDS Alpha Bank, a 1.621bps. Meno marcati i rialzi sui bancari americani.
