Our bar program follows classic cocktail culture - where drinks were simple yet full of flavor and focused
on the taste profile of each spirit - but with Italian inspiration. Cocktails at Fiola Mare represent the
spirits and flavors evoking the lightness and simple elegance of the sea, fresh and housemade
ingredients, along with history from Italy and accents of American and global culture. In addition to a
full bar, we are able to customize a signature cocktail for your group. Below are a few examples of the
