OPERAZIONI DOGANALI E ALTRE INDICAZIONI COLLEGATE ALL’ACQUISIZIONE DI
MATERIALE POSTO IN VENDITA DALLA GSC
Tutto il materiale posto in vendita dalla GSC è di proprietà delle Nazioni Unite e come tale soggetto a regime
d’importazione temporanea.
Per poter consegnare all’acquirente i lotti posti in vendita, la GSC deve poter esaminare i documenti originali
comprovanti l’avvenuto adempimento degli obblighi doganali. Pertanto, prima di poter ritirare i materiali, è
necessario presentare alla GSC uno dei seguenti documenti:
1. Per i paesi comunitari, la ricevuta di pagamento dello sdoganamento.
2. Per l’esportazione in un paese extracomunitario, il documento per l’esportatore.
3. Qualora l’acquirente volesse perfezionare l’importazione in altra dogana posta in uno dei paesi
comunitari, modello T1.
Se i materiali acquistati per l’introduzione nel mercato comunitario sono destinati al riciclo o
smaltimento verrà richiesta la presentazione in Dogana dei seguenti documenti:
a. Iscrizione all’Albo delle aziende autorizzate alle attività di riciclo in conformità al Regolamento Europeo
n. 259/93, e successive modifiche ed integrazioni;
b. Dichiarazione che i materiali destinati al riciclo o allo smaltimento sono conformi alle disposizioni del
Decreto Legislativo 22/97, art.33, e successive modifiche ed integrazioni.
Tutti i dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici ed il materiale per le comunicazioni radio e telecomunicazioni posti in
vendita sono conformi agli standard CE. A tal riguardo si evidenzia che, ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo 615/96
attuativo della direttiva 89/336/CEE, tutti i dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici ed il materiale per le comunicazioni
radio e telecomunicazioni dovranno risultare conformi agli standard CEE al momento della distribuzione e/o
impiego sul territorio della Comunità Europea.
Si rende noto che il materiale posto in vendita non contiene sostanze tossiche o potenzialmente dannose per lo
strato di ozono, in conformità al Regolamento (CE) 1005/09 “Sostanze che riducono lo strato di ozono”.
Per quanto riguarda i veicoli, la GSC non è in grado di fornire i documenti d’immatricolazione, le dichiarazioni
di conformità né i certificati d’origine. Gli acquirenti che intendano registrare i veicoli in Italia o negli altri paesi
membri dell’UE, dovranno ottenere tali documenti autonomamente.

CUSTOMS OPERATIONS AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONS FOR GSC’s SALE OF ASSETS
All materials listed on the ITB for Sale of Assets are United Nations property and therefore are liable to a
temporary import status.
So as to release the ITB materials to the successful bidder, GSC shall verify the original document proving
that all customs related obligations have been carried out. Therefore, prior to collecting materials, the buyer
must provide GSC with one of the following documents:
1.
Customs duties receipt of payment for EU destinations.
2.
The exporter’s relative form for export outside the EU.
3.
The form T1, if the exporter should wish to settle customs clearance obligations in the Customs Office
of a different town, but within the EU territory.
To obtain customs-clearance for materials destined to be recycled or disposed of within the EU, the
following documents must be submitted to the Customs Office:
a.
Copy of registration as an authorized recycling company as per Council Regulation (EEC)
259/93/EEC, and subsequent modifications and additions;
b.
Declaration confirming that the materials to be recycled or disposed of are in conformity with the
subject to the disposition as per Italian Legislative Decree 22/97, art.33, and subsequent modifications
and additions.
All electrical and electronic items offered for sale are EC compliant. Nevertheless we wish to highlight that,
in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 615/96, which implements the Council Directive 89/336/ECC, all
electrical and electronic apparatus and radio communication must be provided with CE Declaration of
Conformity prior to being made available for distribution and/or utilized within the EU territory.
All items offered for sale are free from any toxic materials that reduce the ozone layer in accordance with
Regulation EC 1005/09 “Regulation on Ozone Depleting Substances".
GSC is unable to provide Registration Documents, Declarations of Conformity and Certificates of Origin
for the vehicles offered for sale; buyers who intend to register these vehicles in Italy or in any other EU country
shall have to obtain the required documents by other means.
