La plupart des gîtes présentent leurs
tarifs "toutes charges incluses".
Dans le cas contraire, mentionné
dans le descriptif, la location du
gîte comprend au minimum :
• 8 Kwh d’électricité par jour, 500
litres d’eau froide par jour. (En
présence d’appareils à gaz, une bouteille de gaz butane sera également
fournie pour la durée du séjour).
• Les surplus de consommation sont
à la charge du locataire qui s'en
acquittera avant son départ.
• Si le chauffage n'est pas inclus
dans les tarifs de location, le propriétaire pourra vous spécifier le
mode de facturation (consommation
réelle avec relevé de compteur ou
somme forfaitaire).

Most gîtes show their rates ”allinclusive”. If this is not the case,
it will be stated in the description.
The rental of the gîte includes
at least :
• 8 kWh of electricity per day and
500 litres of cold water per day.
(If there are any gas appliances,
a bottle of butane gas will also
be provided for the duration of
the stay).
• Extra consumption will be charged to the tenant, who will pay
this charge before leaving.
• If heating is not included in
the rental rates, the owner may
specify how the charge is calculated (actual consumption or fixed
charge).

In den meisten Ferienwohnungen
und –häusern (Gîtes) werden,
“Alles-Inklusive-Preise“ praktiziert.
Andernfalls steht in der Beschreibung,
dass die Unterkunftsmiete mindestens
• 8 kWh Strom pro Tag und 500
Liter kaltes Wasser pro Tag umfasst.
(Wenn Gasgeräte vorhanden sind, wird
ebenfalls eine Butangasflasche für die
Dauer des Aufenthaltes geliefert).
• Was darüber hinaus verbraucht wird,
geht zu Lasten des Mieters, der die
anfallenden Kosten vor seiner Abfahrt
bezahlt.
• Wenn die Heizung nicht im
Mietpreis inbegriffen ist, kann Ihnen
der Eigentümer die Zahlungsart
detaillieren (Nettoverbrauch mit
Zählerablesung oder Pauschalpreis).

carico del locatario, che provvederà
