For the most experienced runners it will not be
the race of their lives, probably.
For many passionates of mountain running,
however, the Transcivetta Karpos remains
the biggest challenge of the season. A goal
to achieve, a proof of their capacity to go
beyond the limits. The team-mate choice,
the training, the trail check, the emotions lived
long before the race. All of this is adrenaline,
determination and tenacity which turn into
pure happiness once on the finnish line, after
over 23 kilometers of biggest effort examining
own muscles, body and mind. And then? You
will cherish the memory of having completed
the race along the slopes of one of the most
beautiful mountain of the Dolomites and it will
stay in your heart throughout the year, until
the race's next edition.
The Transcivetta Karpos race is a dream for
many children yet participating in their first local races, right around the corner, in their villages. They consider the Transcivetta Karpos
race as something reserved not only for adults
but for the ones that are really big. Shall I be
able to finish this race as the real champions
do? Will I raise the hands towards the sky while
crossing the finish line in Piani di Pezze', ha-
ving achieved my personal challenge which will
make me happy for the whole year?
And so? Why to wait? Thinking of the youngest,
the Organizing Committee, has a pleasure to
announce the first edition of Transcivetta Karpos Kids which will take place on the 17th of
July 2016! The trail for kids will be 2,5 km long
and with a very moderate height difference,
leading along the green meadows of Piani di
Pezze' (Alleghe).
The youngest athletes will compete in the afternoon, right after the end of the adults' race
in order that all kids can have their supporters
there and enjoy their applause!
Yes, we want to make the children dream come
true. While wearing the finisher t-shirt and boasting with the medal hung in their room, the
kids will wait to run the adults' race in the future, being convinced however, that in a certain
way they, themselves, have been already big!

The circuit goes through the meadows of
Piani di Peze' which can be reached by cablecar. The trail is 2,5 km long and with a minimal
height difference. Kids between 5 and 12
years of age are welcomed to participate.
Prizes for the best three girls and boys. Start

2016 manifestazione di marcia in alta montagna a coppie si svolgerà in 2 versioni :
• prova COMPETITIVA
• prova NON COMPETITIVA
1) LE ISCRIZIONI si effettuano
online sul sito Internet: www.transcivetta.it
compilando l’apposito modulo e inviandolo
via mail,
o via fax al nr. 0437 721456 unitamente
alla ricevuta del bonifico:
a) per l’iscrizione alla prova “COMPETITIVA”
inviare via mail o fax prima del ritiro del pacco gara copia di attestato medico sportivo dedicato all’attività agonistica (D.M.
18.02.1982) valido alla data del 15 luglio
2016, è possibile consegnare il certificato
al momento del ritiro dei pettorali solo in via
eccezionale e previo accordi con la segreteria gara, in caso di mancata consegna la
coppia passerà alla prova “non competitiva”.
b) La coppia può in alternativa iscriversi
alla manifestazione “NON COMPETITIVA”,
in questo caso alle medesime condizioni di
iscrizione avrà diritto a tutti i servizi dell’evento ad esclusione della presenza nella
classifica agonistica. Verrà comunque stillato un documento relativo alla “non competitiva” in ordine di pettorale con i tempi
rilevati all’arrivo della coppia e il diploma di
partecipazione, in caso di scelta di tale modalità cortesemente specificare sul modulo
di iscrizione mettendo la croce sul relativo
spazio. Ogni coppia partecipante è libera
di coprire il percorso al passo che ritiene
opportuno e in base al proprio stato fisico
di preparazione. Con l’iscrizione la coppia
partecipante dichiara a tutti gli effetti all’organizzazione la propria idoneità fisica allo
svolgimento della prova e solleva gli stessi
da tutte le responsabilità civili e penali conseguenti in caso di incidente di qualsiasi tipo.
2) Quota di iscrizione
fino al 31 Marzo 2016 importo € 70,00 a
coppia con possibilità di scelta per la taglia
del capo tecnico .
Dopo tale data e cioè dal 01/04/2016 il costo sarà di € 80,00 a coppia.

3) È possibile controllare la propria iscrizione online sul sito www.transcivetta.it nella
pagina ISCRIZIONI dove si potrà inoltre vedere il numero di pettorale.
4) Le iscrizioni si chiuderanno sabato
02 luglio ore 18,00 e comunque al raggiungimento delle 1000 coppie. Non è ammesso il cambio o la sostituzione di uno o
entrambi i concorrenti la coppia dopo le ore
18,00 del 14 luglio 2016.
NB. Dopo la chiusura iscrizioni è facoltà del
C.O. accogliere ulteriori iscrizioni.
5) Pacchi Gara e Pettorali, da Mercoledì
13 Luglio 2016 a Sabato 16 Luglio 2016,
consegna pacco gara e ritiro pettorali presso le Scuole Elementari D. Rudatis in via

Agordo (BL) presso i parcheggi Luxottica e
partenza Bus per Listolade.
6) La partenza verrà data in località Listolade alle ore 09:00 per la “COMPETITIVA”, dopo 15 minuti e cioè alle 09:15 per
la “NON COMPETITIVA”. Tempo massimo
stabilito in ore 6.30 dalla partenza. Raduno in zona stadio del ghiaccio di Listolade
(Agritrurismo ValCorpassa) dalle ore 08:00.
Punzonatura al Rifugio Tissi.
7) Controlli: lungo il percorso verranno
stabiliti dei posti di controllo presso i quali i
componenti la coppia dovranno transitare
con un distacco massimo di trenta secondi
pena la squalifica.
8) Rifornimenti: durante il tragitto in
corrispondenza dei Rifugi Capanna Trieste,
Vazzoler, Tissi, Coldai e all’Arrivo ristoro finale.
9) Percorso: la marcia si svolge seguendo
per la maggior parte il percorso dell’Alta Via
delle Dolomiti n. 1, come indicato in rosso sulla cartina, sfiorando lo zoccolo della
Torre Trieste, il Rifugio Vazzoler, la Torre Venezia, si snoda lungo la Val Civetta sotto la
grandiosa parete Nord –Ovest, salendo fino
al panoramico Rifugio Tissi. Si passa quindi
al Rifugio Coldai per concludere ai Piani di
Pezzè di Alleghe.
10) Cancello di chiusura al Rifugio Tissi
alle ore 13.00 e cancello di chiusura al Rifugio Coldai alle 14.30 (dopo questi orari
non viene più garantita l’assistenza ai con-
correnti).
11) Cronometraggio e classifiche: TDS
Timing Data Service - Le classifiche saranno espresse solo per la versione agonistica
mentre per la non competitiva sarà comunicato un elenco di arrivo in ordine alfabetico
con il tempo impiegato.

12) Possono iscriversi tutti, uomini e
donne. Qualora il concorrente sia un minore, età minima di partecipazione 12 anni
compiuti, i genitori o chi ne fa le veci, dovranno firmare una dichiarazione liberatoria
inviandola via mail o fax al momento dell’iscrizione.
13) Se il minore ha meno di 15 anni
potrà effettuare la marcia solo se, oltre alla
dichiarazione liberatoria, sarà iscritto con un
maggiorenne.
14) Con l’atto di iscrizione i concorrenti
sollevano il comitato Organizzatore della
manifestazione da qualsiasi responsabilità
civile e penale a persone e cose, per incidenti o danni, che possono verificarsi prima,
durante e dopo la manifestazione in relazione alla stessa.
Il C.O. comunque dichiara di aver stipulato
l’assicurazione per la responsabilità civile
per i rischi derivanti dall’organizzazione della
manifestazione stessa. Il C.O. non assicura i
partecipanti alla Transcivetta Karpos 2016.
15) Ogni componente della coppia avrà
diritto a: quattro ristori lungo il percorso, un
ristoro all’arrivo e Pasta Party, gadget tecnico, passaggio in Telecabina per il rientro ad
Alleghe centro e un passaggio in bus navetta dalla zona park alla partenza di Listolade
e per il Rientro da Alleghe ai parcheggi di
partenza - assistenza medica - servizi igienici - trasporto indumenti personali P/A.
16) E’ obbligatorio indossare il pettorale sul
davanti, costantemente in vista per facilitare le punzonature lungo il percorso. E’ obbligatorio restituire il chip all’arrivo.
17) I sacchi degli indumenti personali (ricordarsi di allegare al sacco il cartellino relativo
al nr. di pettorale) dovranno essere consegnati al personale addetto alla partenza in
località Listolade, vedi segnaletica, prima
della partenza. I sacchi stessi potranno
essere recuperati dai concorrenti in zona
arrivo.
Il Comitato Organizzatore non assume alcuna responsabilità per denaro o oggetti di
valore depositati nei sacchi vestiario.
18) Il concorrente autorizza l’utilizzo
gratuito e incondizionato di immagine
relative alla propria persona riprese durante l’evento.
19) Eventuali reclami, accompagnati
dalla tassa di € 50,00 dovranno essere
presentati entro 30 minuti dopo la gara,
in forma scritta nei termini previsti dal
R.T.F. in caso di accoglimento la tassa
verrà restituita.
20) Con l’iscrizione e il versamento della quota corrispondente, i concorrenti
dichiarano di accettare senza limitazioni il
presente Regolamento.
Dichiarano inoltre di essere in possesso del
certificato medico abilitante previsto dalle
disposizioni vigenti (D.M. 18.02.1982) e sollevano il Comitato Organizzatore da qualsiasi responsabilità anche per incidenti, danni
a terzi o proprietà altrui. Tramite l’iscrizione
i partecipanti consentono l’inoltro dei dati
personali a terzi a scopo di ulteriore elaborazione si sensi della legge sulla privacy.
21) Premiazioni e Premi, alla scadenza
del tempo massimo stabilito, verrà come di
consueto effettuata la premiazione dei partecipanti con le modalità previste dal C.O. e
con l’assegnazione dei premi a sorteggio.

grande collaboratore scomparso tragicamente.
- Trofeo Lorenzini dott. Stefano assegnato al concorrente più giovane arrivato
al traguardo in ricordo di un grande amico
sportivo

1) THE ENROLLMENT can be done online on the website: www.transcivetta.it by
filling in the form and sending it by email or
by fax to the number +39 0437 721456 together with the receipt of the credit transfer:
a) To enroll in the “COMPETITIVE” race send
a copy of your sport medical certificate
(D.M. 18.02.1982) valid through July 15th
2016 by email
or fax before picking up your Competitor's
package. It is possible on special occasions
to give your sport medical certificate to the
personnel at the race bib delivery only by
contacting the race office in advance. If the
sport medical certificate won’t be provided,
the pair will be moved in the non competitive
section.
b) The pair can otherwise enroll in the “ NON
COMPETITIVE” section. In this case, with the
same enrollment conditions, all the race
services will still be granted with the exception of the presence in the competitive
version final results. There will still be a document with the time of the non competitive
runners and the Certificate of Participation.
If you choose for this version of the race
please specify it on the special box in the
form. Each pair of runners if free to choose
their own pace based on their conditions.
By enrolling, the pair declares their physical
fitness to the organizers of the event and
discharges the organization from all the
civil and criminal liabilities due to all sort of
accidents.
2) Entry fee up to March 31st 2016 is €.

After that date, from April 1st 2016, the fee

4) The enrollment procedure will close on July 2nd at 18:00 or, after reaching
1000 pairs of competitors. It is not possible
to change the members of the pair after July
14th 2016 at 18:00.
Note: Once the enrollment is closed it is up
to the organizers to accept new enrollments
5) Competitor’s Package and race
bib delivery: From Wednesday, July 13th
2016 to Saturday, July 16th 2016, Competitor’s Package and race
bib delivery at the D. Rudatis Elementary
School located in Via delle Scuole in Alleghe. More information can be found calling

On Sunday July 17th 2016 in Agordo hours
06:00/08:00, the delivery of the Competitor’s Package and race bib will take place
at the “ZUM BRILLENBAR RESTAURANT ,"
Località Valcozzena 328 Agordo (Belluno)
where the Luxottica parking is, and where
the bus leaves for
Listolade.
6) The START is in Località Listolade at
09:00 for the “COMPETITIVE” version, 15
minutes later, at 09:15 for the “NON COMPETITIVE” VERSION. The maximum time is
6.30 hours from start. The gathering at the
start is at the ice rink in Listolade (Agritrurismo ValCorpassa) from 08:00. There will be
a race bib stamping at Rifugio Tissi.
7) Checkpoints: along the route there will
be checkpoints that must be crossed with
a maximum of 30 seconds in time between
the two competitors of the same pair however the pair will be disqualified if this criteria
is not followed.
8) Refreshments: along the route at the
Rifugio Capanna Trieste, Vazzoler, Tissi,
Coldai and at the arrival there will be refreshments available.
9) Route: For the biggest part of the route
it follows the Alta Via delle Dolomiti no.1, as
it is shown with the colour red on the map,
passing close to the Torre Trieste, the Rifugio Vazzoler, Torre Venezia. The route goes
across the Val Civetta, under the magnificent North-West wall of Mount Civetta,
climbing up to the scenic Rifugio Tissi. The
Rifugio Coldai will be passed before arriving
at Piani di Pezzè di Alleghe.
10) The time gate at Rifugio Tissi closes
at 13.00 / The time gate at Rifugio Coldai
closes at 14.30 (after those times the assistance to the runners is not granted).
11) Timing and placings: TDS Timing Data
Service - The placings of the competitors
will only be published for the competitive
version while for the non competitive version there will be an alphabetical list of the
runners with their race times. The certificate
of participation will be available to all the
runners on this website: www.tds-live.com
12) The event is open to men and women. If a competitor is under the age
of 18 (minimum age 12) the parents or
guardian will have to sign a releasing form
which allows their son or daughter to take
part in this event. This form will have to be
sent by email or fax once signed up.
13) If one of the participants is younger
than 15 years old, the participation to the
event of the younger of pair can only be allowed if the other member of the pair is older
than 18.
14) When enrolling, the participants discharge the organization from all the civil
and criminal liabilities to any person or belonging, for any accidental damages that
may occur before during or after the event.
The organizer declares to have drawn up an
insurance policy for the civil liability and for
the risks deriving from the event itself. The
organizer does not insure the participants of
Transcivetta Karpos 2016.
15) Each member of the pair has the right
to: 4 refreshment points along the route, a
final refreshment and ‘Pasta Party’ at arrival,
a technical gadget, a cable-car transfer to
Alleghe city centre, a bus transfer from the
parking to the start line in Listolade and from
Alleghe to the parking,
Medical Assistance, WC Toilettes, Personal
belongings/clothes transport from start to
arrival.
16) It is compulsory to wear your race bib on
the front of the body, and at all times it must
be kept visible to aid the stamping process
by making it easier. It is compulsory to return
the chip at arrival.
17) The bags containing your clothes (remember to attach the label with your bib
number to the bag) must be delivered to the
personnel at the start in Località Listolade
(signs will be placed before the start line).
The bags can be collected from the pairs at
the arrival. The organization does not take
any responsibility on money or valuable belongings left in the clothing bags.
18) The participant allows the free and un-
conditional right to use the images taken during the event that may include
himself.
19) Any complain, accompanied by a tax
of €. 50,00, must be presented within 30
minutes after the race, in a written form
as described in the R.T.F. If the complaint
is accepted, the tax will be given back.
20) By enrolling and paying the entry
fee, all the participants accept with no limitations to these rules. The participants
declare they are in possession of the
sport medical certificate ordered by the laws
in force (D.M. 18.02.1982). They discharge
the organization from any responsibility
even from incidents and damages to a third
party. By enrolling the participants allow the
treatment of their personal information by a
third party for the purpose of data processing in compliance with the law on privacy.
21) Prize-giving and Prizes: At the end
of the maximum race time, a prize-giving will
take place following the organization’s procedures and a prize draw.

- First 10 pairs belonging to the MALE –
FEMALE – MIXED lists
- Trophy Eliana De Zordo, given to the 1st
male pair arrived at Rifugio Coldai, remembering Eliana who tragically disappeared in
an excursion in Patagonia.
- Trophy Fiorenza De Toni, given to the 1st
female pair arrived at Rifugio Tissi remembering Fiorenza, a great walker and sportswoman.
- Trophy Sandro Tome, given to the 38th
pair arrived at Rifugio Tissi, remembering
Sandro, a great assistant who tragically
disappeared.
- Trophy Lorenzini Dott Stefano, given to
the youngest participant, remembering a
great friend and sportsman.
- Trophy Bracco to the first three female
pairs.
- Trophy Bracco Giovani&Sport, given to
the first boy and girl young runner.

and the official reasons behind those, will
be published at the arrival on the day of the
event.
