omincia così uno dei percorsi di Zavoli nel mondo della
comunicazione. Grammatura importante, stampa di qualità, immagini d’impatto da tutto il mondo. E 3000 copie,
distribuite non solo alle officine della rete Zavoli, ma tutte
quelle impegnate a montare impianti Gpl in Italia.
“Nel nostro settore non l’aveva fatto nessuno” specifica Cesare Pollini, General Manager di Zavoli. “Abbiamo valorizzato il
nostro marchio e la sua presenza all’interno dell’Officina”.
Ma poiché anche le migliori idee sono destinate ad essere ulteriormente sviluppate, è stato naturale pensare ad una rivista on line “Anche perché” precisa ancora Pollini “il 75% circa del nostro fatturato è frutto del mercato estero. Il nuovo
Zavolista Web sarà di ricco di informazioni e di facile lettura,
e poi raggiungerà un numero maggiore di officine, non solo in
Italia ma in tutto il mondo, e per questo abbiamo predisposto
una doppia versione italiano inglese”.
Gli strumenti legati al web sono inoltre particolarmente interessanti da un punto di vista del marketing. La loro forza risiede anche nel fatto che ogni contatto, ogni visualizzazione, ogni
lettura, possa essere visualizzata e contabilizzata. “Sapremo”
sintetizza Pollini “ in quanto avranno letto ciascun numero della nostra nuova rivista on line”.
Dallo Zavolista allo Zavolista Web, la scelta di continuare a
comunicare per raccontare, in maniera sempre più precisa, il
mondo degli impinati Gpl, in Italia e nel mondo.

Zavoli’s Italian workshops’ network, but generally to every
wor­kshops engaged in the installations of LPG and CNG systems in Italy. “In our field nobody ever did this” says Cesare
Pollini, Zavoli’s general manager. “We appraised our brand
and its presence inside the workshop”.
And since the best ideas are bound to be further develo­ped,
it came spontaneous to plan an on-line magazine, “also considering” Pollini points out, “that about 75% of our sales volume comes from the international market. The new magazine
Zavolista Web will be rich in information and easy to read, It
will reach more installation workshops, not only in Italy but
all over the world. For this reason the same publication comes in Italian and English language”.
Web instruments are particularly interesting tools from a
marketing point of view. Their power deriving from the fact
that each contact, each visualisation, each reading could be
visualised and recorded. “We will learn” Polli­ni summarizes
“how many people have read each issue of our new on-line
magazine”. From Zavolista to Zavolista Web, Zavoli’s commitment to communicate, in order to describe with increasing accuracy the world of LPG and CNG systems in Italy and
in the rest of the World.

Il mercato dell auto, continua ad avere
un trend negativo. Le immatricolazioni
per le auto a benzina, segnano un
negativo del 12%, mentre quelle diesel
un segno negativo del 4%.
I
n controtendenza le immatricolazioni di auto bifuel, che
stanno riscuotendo sempre maggior successo, dovuto
al costo del carburante decisamente più interessante,
ed a politiche ecologiche che l’Italia persegue da diversi
anni, incentivando gli acquisti delle auto “green” con forti
sconti, soprattutto su veicoli di piccola e media cilindrata
e su veicoli commerciali.

for gasoline cars mark a -12%, while
diesel-powered cars a -4%.
On the opposite, registrations of bi-fuel vehicles are
booming, due to a very appealing fuel cost and to green
politics Italy pursues from several years now, subsidizing
the purchase of “green” vehicles with strong discounts,
especially on low-medium power vehicles and commercial
ones.
The positive data. A +7% for LPG/petrol vehicles, a +16%
for CNG/petrol vehicles, and a sound +136% for CNG
vehicles. Despite the very low price of LPG and CNG, the
after-market sector (conversion of second-hand cars) in
the first half of 2013 recorded a 28% negative trend for
LPG conversions, and to 5% for CNG conversions. This is
the result of a generalised economic crisis, which didn’t
allow users to invest money in the conversion of their
car, regardless of the decreasing cost of the conversion
equipment (both, CNG and LPG). Moreover, the Italian
government did not allocate the promised subsidies from
the Economic Development Ministry Fund.
I dati positivi. Un +7% per le auto gpl /benzina, +16% per
le auto a metano/benzina, ed addirittura +136% per le
auto a metano. Malgrado il costo molto conveniente del
gpl e del metano , il mercato dell’after market , ovvero
delle trasformazioni delle auto usate, nel primo semestre
del 2013, ha registrato un segno negativo per il gpl
pari al 28%, del 5% e per le trasformazioni a metano.
Risultato di una crisi generale, che non ha permesso agli
utenti, nonostante una sensibile diminuzione dei prezzi
dell’impianto, gpl o metano, di poter “ investire” soldi per
la trasformazione dell’auto. Ed il governo italiano non ha
stanziato i promessi incentivi del fondo del Ministero

esclusivo, Zavoli raggiunge il pubblico americano
ormai sempre più deciso a risparmiare denaro e
salvaguardare l’ambiente, senza compromessi di qualità.
Con 1438 stazioni di rifornimento CNG e 250.000 veicoli
a metano circolanti (1,45% del totale mondiale), gli Stati
Uniti rappresentano un paese con enormi potenzialità. Le
attuali risorse di gas naturale infatti garantirebbero già
l’autosufficienza energetica agli Stati Uniti per i prossimi
120 anni, ma nuove falde vengono scoperte ogni giorno.
Il risparmio alla pompa rispetto al carburante benzina
è di $ 2,12 per gallone equivalente, ma rifornendosi
direttamente da casa propria (con soluzioni “home” come
PHIL o FMQ prodotte dal Gruppo FSS, di cui Zavoli fa
parte) questo risparmio aumenta ancora (più o meno
considerevolmente a seconda dello Stato). Una famiglia
con tre auto che percorrono circa 25.000 miglia all’anno
può infatti risparmiare fino a $ 49,800 all’anno!

Ottenute le necessarie omologazioni E.P.A. e dopo la
recente presentazione in Des Moines, Iowa, i primi ordini
sono già arrivati per la Zavoli, e già nel 2014 si attendono
conversioni per circa 2500 veicoli. La sfida è ora quella
di estendere uniformemente la rete di installatori
autorizzati e di includere anche il GPL nell’offerta al
pubblico USA….il sogno Americano continua!

Through Zebulon Innovation, Zavoli’s exclusive
distributor for the US, Zavoli reaches the American
public, today even more determined to save money
and protect the environment without compromising on
quality.
With 1438 CNG filling stations and 250.000 NGV (1,45%
of the total worldwide), the US represent a Country with
enormous opportunities. In fact, the existing resources
of natural gas would already guarantee to the US the
energetic self-sufficiency for the next 120 years, and
new layers are discovered every day.
At the pump there is an immediate saving of $2.12 per
gallon compared to gasoline. And by refuelling at home
(with “home solutions”, such as the PHIL or the FMQ,
produced by FSS Group – to which Zavoli belongs),
savings increase even more (in different proportion,
according to each State). A family with three cars, each
one driving about 25.000 miles a year, would save up to
$49,000 per year on the fuel bill!
Obtained the essential EPA certifications, and after the
recent launch in Des Moines (Iowa), Zavoli has already
received substantial orders. and forecasts indicate
conversions for approximately 2500 vehicles in 2014.
The new challenge for Zavoli is to expand the network of
licensed installers, and to include LPG in the offer ...the

I
l nuovo iniettore per impianti sequenziali fase
gassosa gpl/metano. JET è in grado di soddisfare
le più sofisticate esigenze del mercato garantendo
allo stesso tempo una grande praticità d’installazione
(rimane la modularità del modello precedente), un design
accattivante, prestazioni altamente performanti ed
estrema velocità nei cicli di apertura e chiusura. JET,
il nuovo prodotto è stato concepito con l’intento di
mantenere le caratteristiche del suo predecessore, ma
apportando nuove tecnologie finalizzate a migliorare le
performance in termini di portata, silenziosità, resistenza
alle impurità.
La produzione è realizzata con una linea completamente
automatizzata che garantisce un’alta produttività, ma
soprattutto parametri qualitativi decisamente superiori
grazie ai molteplici e severi passaggi di collaudo che ne
certificano l’assoluta affidabilità tecnica.
JET è il prodotto Zavoli che equipaggerà anche i kit delle

Jet, the new injector for LPG and CNG sequential
systems. The JET can satisfy the most demanding market
requests, offering ease of installation (with the same
modularity of the former Pan), an appealing design, high
performances and very fast opening and closing cycles.
The new product has been designed with the intention of
keeping the good characteristics of the former injector,
and introducing new technologies able to improve
performances in terms of flow rate, noise reduction and
resistance to impurities.
The JET’s production lines are completely automated,
allowing high productivity and, most importantly, a
superior quality. The many and severe tests certify the
absolute technical reliability of the new injector.
The JET is the ZAVOLI product which will alto equip kits
produced by other companies belonging to Fuel System
Solutions group, world leaders in the production of

sarla con ZLI Liquid è facile: Funziona, e bene, il
nuovo impianto Zavoli per il nuovo Kia Sportage
1.6 GDI . Grazie ai suoi due serbatoi distinti, puoi
infatti viaggiare sia a gas sia a benzina semplicemente
premendo un pulsante per cambiare da un carburante
all’altro. Quando il GPL è esaurito, il passaggio a benzina
avviene automaticamente, in modo rapido e senza
problemi; te ne accorgerai solo dal breve suono del segnale
di avviso. Anche le prestazioni non variano, svolgendo il
suo lavoro come nelle attese del consumatore.
l’avvio a freddo sarà sempre a GPL, o meglio il sistema di
alimentazione è sempre a GPL fino a che non finisce il GPL
nel serbatoio.
Il serbatoio GPL è alloggiato nel vano della ruota di scorta
per mantenere intatta la capacità di carico del bagagliaio
e il rifornimento avviene come per le auto a benzina o
diesel. La pompa si ferma automaticamente quando il
serbatoio è riempito all’80%, limite prescritto dalla legge
per dare le più ampie garanzie di sicurezza.
La risposta del motore è quella prevista, ottimale in
tutte le condizioni di guida in cui il test è stato eseguito
a dimostrazione che la ricerca di Zavoli ha fatto un nuovo,
concreto passo avanti.

It’s easy to use it with ZLI Liquid: It works really well the
new Zavoli conversion system dedicated to the new KIA
Sportage 1.6 GDI.
Thanks to its two separate fuel tanks the Sportage is
capable to run on petrol or gas simply by operating the
change-over button to switch from one fuel to the other.
The Sportage automatically and smoothly switches back
to petrol when it runs out of LPG, and you can only notice
this through the beeping sound produced by the change-over
switch. Moreover, the performances of the vehicles remain
the same, successfully meeting the expectations of the
most demanding customer.
The Sportage starts and operates on LPG until it runs out
of Gas.
The LPG tank perfectly fits in the spare tire booth, thus
keeping unaltered the vehicle’s original loading capacity. The
refuelling operation is the same of petrol or diesel vehicles.
The pump automatically stop when the tank capacity reaches
its 80%, a limit prescribed by international regulations in
order to guarantee the highest safety standards.
The engines reacts very well in every driving condition we
tested the vehicle on, a clear indication Zavoli’s research
and development activity has just made an important and
successful step forward.

avoli promuove i propri prodotti anche con
l’organizzazione di convegni e la partecipazione
alle fiere di settore. L’Azienda crede nelle relazioni
con i clienti e nell’eccellenza del prodotto e delle sue
applicazioni. Per questo crea momenti di incontro
organizzando per le officine installatrici sia meeting
informativi sulle novità dei propri impianti sia corsi di
formazione per accrescere anche le competenze tecniche
degli stessi.
Nei primi mesi dell’anno, durante i meeting che si sono
svolti nelle principali città italiane, è stato presentato
il kit Bora con l’inserimento dei nuovi iniettori Pan-Jet,
l’impianto ad iniezione liquida ZLI per motori ad iniezione
diretta e l’impianto Dual-Fuel Diesel Metano.
Gli incontri continueranno nei prossimi mesi fino a coprire
l’intera rete delle officine italiane Zavoli Gas Point.
Allo stesso modo la Zavoli è sensibile anche al risparmio
energetico e all’impatto ambientale, tema sentito come
necessità anche da numerosi governi. Per questa ragione
l’Azienda partecipa a fiere per promuovere ed investire
nel cosiddetto trasporto alternativo in tutto il mondo.

Zavoli promotes its products also through organising
conventions and partaking to international trade fairs.
The Company believes in the relationship with the
customer and in the excellence of products and their
applications. This is the reason why we always create
meeting opportunities and events for our installers,
presenting news about our products and offering
professional courses to improve their technical and
installation skills. In the first half the year, through
events organised in any principal Italian city, Zavoli
presented the BORA kits and the new Pan JET injectors,
the “ZLI” – ZAVOLI liquid injection system for direct fuel
injection engines - and the dual fuel system diesel-CNG.
The events will continue during the next months, as it is
Zavoli’s intention to cover the entire network of Zavoli
Gas Points, our network of specialised Italian installation
workshops. At the same time, Zavoli is sensitive to energy
saving and environmental issues. Very popular topics
and huge concerns from many governments. This is also
the reason why Zavoli takes part in international trade
fairs, to promote and invest in the so-called alternative
transports all over the world.

’Officina Vignola, a Verona, è conosciuta
specialmente come installatrice di impianti a gas.
“Forniamo tanti altri servizi, che si sono aggiunti
negli anni, ma quando abbiamo iniziato, nel 1978, ci siamo
subito occupati di gas, e per questo siamo sicuramente
molto conosciuti”.
Lo conferma Vincenzo Vignola, fondatore e titolare. Oggi
è composta da 4 persone, impegnate a pieno ritmo.
“Quando ho conosciuto i prodotti Zavoli” racconta
Vincenzo “installavo un’altra marca. Ora il rapporto tra
