Schedule a Service Call
Having issues with your system? Want to run a test or make sure your system is working
properly? Whatever issue you’re having, Alarm Depot is here to service your needs.
If you would like to schedule a service call within the next 72 hours or have an urgent
request, you must contact our Customer Service department directly at 305-471-7950.
This email form is only to schedule service calls with a minimum of 72 hours advance
notice.
To verify your account and process your request you must supply the following information
regarding your Alarm Depot account. You will receive a phone call and email verifying your
request.
Please note that ALL fields are required. If you do not enter a value into any of the fields below
you will receive an error warning and be asked to complete the form.
