Radiant Fund announces acquisition of a 3,3MW Solar PV portfolio

Radiant SICAV - Clean Energy Fund, through its sub-fund Radiant Clean Energy announces the
acquisition of 50% of a Solar PV portfolio for a total of about 3,3MW in addition to a framework
agreement for the potential acquisition of additional PV Plants from Terni Energia Group, a leading
operator listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange. Radiant, through its subsidiary
Renewable European Investment Italy 3 - REI III S.r.l., closed the transaction benefiting from the
expertise of its Specialist Advisor Green Arrow Capital.
With this new operation, Radiant continues its
infrastructures aligned with the investment strategies.

Radiant SICAV - Clean Energy Fund is managed by BGB Weston, a London based alternative investment
management firm, founded by Lorenzo Gallucci, with over €.1 Billion of assets. The Fund has the objective of
