NICOLA GRECO
Amministratore Delegato di Permasteelisa S.p.A.
Nicola Greco è nato a Roma il 15 ottobre 1949.
Laureato con lode in Ingegneria alla Università degli studi di Roma la Sapienza nel
1973, da giugno 2007 è Amministratore Delegato del Gruppo Permasteelisa.
Ha iniziato la sua carriera lavorativa nel 1974 alla Technipetrol (TPL) S.p.A. di Roma
- società operante sul mercato dell’Engineering & Contracting nazionale ed
internazionale nei settori sia Impiantistico che Infrastrutturale - oggi Technip Italy
S.p.A., parte del Gruppo Internazionale Technip S.A. di Parigi, svolgendo diversi ruoli
tra i quali ingegnere di processo, project engineer, project manager, Vice Direttore
Generale fino a diventarne Chief Executive Officer nel 1994.
Attualmente è anche Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Permasteelisa
Interiors S.r.l. (da aprile 2008) e membro del Supervisory Board di Josef Gartner
GmbH (da agosto 2008).
Dal 2003 al 2008 è stato Presidente dell’OICE, Associazione Nazionale delle Società
di Ingegneria ed Architettura Italiane, aderente a Confindustria, che raggruppa e
rappresenta circa 500 Aziende di Ingegneria, Architettura e Consulenza tecnicoeconomica italiane. In tale ruolo ha anche promosso la costituzione della
Federazione Confindustriale Federprogetti, di cui è stato Vice-Presidente.
Dal 1998 al 2000 è stato Consigliere Nazionale dell’ANIMP (Associazione Nazionale
Impiantistica Industriale).
E’ inoltre componente del Consiglio di Amministrazione della SITIE S.p.A. di Ferrara.
E’ sposato e ha quattro figli.

Chief Executive Officer of Permasteelisa S.p.A.
Nicola Greco was born in Rome on October 15th, 1949.
Graduated with honours in Engineering from “La Sapienza University” of Rome in
1973, he has been Permasteelisa Group Chief Executive Officer since June 2007.
He started his career in 1974 at Techinpetrol (TPL) S.p.A. in Rome (today Technip
Italy S.p.A.), a company operating in the Engineering & Contracting sector, both in
the industrial and in the infrastructural fields. Technip Italy S.p.A is part of the
international group Technip S.A. with HQ in Paris where he held different positions,
among them: process engineer, project engineer, project manager, deputy general
manager up to Chief Operating Officer (appointed in 1994).
Currently he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Permasteelisa Interiors
S.r.l. (since April 2008) and Member of the Supervisory Board of Josef Gartner
GmbH (since August 2008).
From 2003 to 2008, President of OICE, an association belonging to Confindustria,
representing over 500 Italian engineering, architectural and technical-economic
consulting organizations. In this role, he promoted an important internationalization
project in favour of the participating organizations, fostering the “Federazione
Confindustriale Federprogetti” of which he was Vice-President.
National Advisor at ANIMP (Associazione Nazionale Impiantistica Industriale) from
1998 to 2000.
Furthermore he is member of the Board of Directors of SITIE S.p.A. (Ferrara).
He is married and he is the father of four children.
