PRESENTAZIONE DELLA SOCIETA'
INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY

innanzitutto La ringraziamo di avere preso in considerazione i nostri portoni sezionali per il suo
acquisto. SEIP è punto di riferimento industriale nel settore delle chiusure civili e industriali.
La produzione SEIP è garanzia di affidabilità e sicurezza.

fanno di SEIP il partner ideale per la vendita e l'installazione di chiusure.
Nella sede di Remedello (Bs) vengono progettati, testati e prodotti la maggior parte dei componenti
delle chiusure Seip, che si propone quindi a pieno titolo in qualità di produttore di chiusure differenziandosi
da assemblatori e montatori, che di SEIP stessa sono potenziali clienti di prodotti pronti per
l'installazione in cantiere.

Most of the SEIP door components are designed, tested and produced in the production site in
Remedello (near Brescia) SEIP therefore has decided to work as a door manufacturer, not just as
an assembler. Actually the companies that assemble doors are potential customers of SEIP, since
they can buy products are ready to be installed.

conformità alle norme CE sui cui sono riportati i dati tecnici di
fabbricazione; sono inoltre forniti il manuale di istruzioni ed il Certificato
di Conformità alle Direttive Europee e ai suoi relativi emendamenti.

directives and they are provided with the CE Ruling conformity
plate which INDICATES the manufacturing technical data; moreover
the instruction manual and the Declaration of Conformity to the

CARATTERISTICHE PORTONI
INDOOR FEATURES
I portoni sezionali industriali della serie SI standard hanno dimensioni in larghezza fino a
7500 mm e in altezza fino a 5500 mm. Fornibili in versione motorizzata o manuale, questi
portoni sono prodotti con pannelli aventi spessore 42 mm in doppia lamiera zincata e
preverniciata spessore 0,5 mm coibentati con poliuretano ad alta densità, a doghe passo
120 mm e finitura interna ed esterna con goffratura effetto stucco. I pannelli sono inoltre
dotati di rinforzo interno per un fissaggio sicuro di cerniere e carrelli laterali zincati. Tutti i
portoni sono dotati di dispositivi di sicurezza in caso di rottura funi o molle.
Disponibili in architrave standard di 450 mm o a richiesta con scorrimento parzialmente o
totalmente verticale. I portoni aventi larghezza superiore a 5500 mm prevedono nella versione
standard cassette laterali maggiorate, doppi carrelli laterali e rotelle di scorrimento a gambo
lungo.
I portoni possono essere allestiti in varie tipologie:
A - con pannello semplice
B - con pannello con oblò
C - con pannello con porta pedonale
D - con pannello con griglia o in una combinazione di queste versioni.
The width of industrial sectional doors of series SI standard can reach 7500 mm and their
height can reach 5500 mm. They can be provided in a manual or motorized version and they
can be composed by panels with a thickness of 42 mm which are made of a double galvanized
pre-painted plate with a thickness of 0,5 mm. These panels are insulated with high-density
polyurethane, their slats have a 120 mm width and the external and internal finishing is
embossed with a stucco effect. Moreover the panels are provided with an internal reinforcement
to fix the hinge and the lateral galvanized carriages in a safe way. All the doors are provided
with safety devices for spring or cable breaking.
It is possible to get a 450 mm standard lintel or a customized lintel with partially or totally
vertical sliding. If the door is wider than 5500 mm, bigger lateral raised panels, double lateral
carriages and long stem track rollers are provided as standard.
The doors can be equipped with different type of panels:
A with a simple panel
Bwith a panel provided with an opening
Cwith a panel provided with a wicket door
Dwith a panel provided with a grid or with a combination of these versions.

INSULATED PANEL FEATURES
Dall'esperienza Marcegaglia di leader nel settore della produzione di pannelli coibentati per
l'edilizia nasce la gamma Marcegaglia di pannelli per portoni sezionali industriali e
residenziali. Acciaio zincato e preverniciato di qualità garantita, ma anche rivestimenti
superficiali in materiali plastici per una'ampia scelta di finiture di pregio architettonico.

I pannelli sono confezionati in pacchi da 17 pezzi
cadauno e imballati con polietilene estensibile con
protezione sulle testate. Tutti i colli sono dotati di
protezione superiore ed inferiore in polistirolo
espanso e sono supportati da stocchi in polistirolo
per facilitarne il sollevamento.
Each panel pack includes 17 panels and the panels are
protected with polyethylene stretch wrap with a
protection of the heads. All the packages are provided
with an upper and a lower protection of expanded
polystyrene and they are supported by polystyrene
blocks for an easy lifting.

MANIGLIA DI SOLLEVAMENTO ESTERNA
Maniglia di sollevamento. L'ergonomia della cava garantisce una presa
perfetta e comoda. La maniglia è incassata nel pannello e non sporge
esternamente (la parte interna è compresa nelle forniture standard).
EXTERNAL LIFTING HANDLE
Lifting handle. The handgrip is ergonomic and it ensures a perfect and
comfortable grasp. The handle is built in the panel and it does not project
externally (the internal part is included in the standard supply).
CHIAVISTELLO
Per aumentare la sicurezza del portone è possibile montare eventuali sistemi
di chiusura a catenaccio con chiavistello eventualmente anche lucchettabili.
DOOR BOLT
To increase the door safety it is possible to assemble a door bolt even with
a padlock.
RINFORZO ANTIVENTO DA 75 mm
E' montato su portoni con larghezza maggiore a 4510 mm e in tutti i
portoni con porta passo-uomo. I portoni senza passo d'uomo sono idonei
per una spinta del vento di 60 km/h.

It is assembled on doors with a minimum width of 4510 mm and on all the

PORTA PEDONALE
Porta pedonale con telaio in alluminio anodizzato; è prevista in due
dimensioni: 800 mm (730 di passaggio) e 1200 mm (1200 di
passaggio) di larghezza. E' possibile inserire una porta pedonale nelle
porte sezionali con altezza minima di 2000 mm e larghezza massima

WICKET DOOR
Wicket door with anodizing aluminium frame; two widths are
available: 800 mm (730 mm passage) and 1200 mm (1200 mm
passage). It is possible to insert a wicket door in the sectional
door with a minimum height of 2000 mm and a maximum width
of 5500 mm, both in centered and offset position. The frame is
available in two standard colours: RAL9010 and RAL9005, but it is
possible to receive RAL colours on demand or wood effect frame.
It is possible to install it only on smooth or ribbed panel, not on
raised panels. It is inserted in the door cover and it can be
opened only outward. The supplied hinges are made of steel.
Accessories such as emergency exit bar and magnetic contacts
are available too. It is also possible to get a wicket door with low
threshold with a 17 mm trip. It is available only with the door in
centered position.

The door structure is made up of a frame
and a counter frame of anodizing
aluminium that can be kept natural or
painted white (RAL 9010), and it is provided
with infill panels except the raised ones,
lateral gaskets, complete door lock and
emergency exit push bar. In the door infill
panels an opening can be inserted on
demand too. The size and the opening
system comply with the current safety
standards.

PORTA USCITA DI SICUREZZA

Qualora si necessiti di un elevato livello di aerazione, SEIP propone il modello PANORAMA GRIGLIATO,
dotato di griglie inserite nei telai in alluminio che costituiscono il pannello. Il modello PANORAMA è
disponibile anche nella variante VETRATA: il telaio in alluminio sostiene in questo caso sezioni in
metacrilato o vetro, garantendo un elevato livello di luminosità. SEIP garantisce la possibilità di
optare per soluzioni totalmente grigliate o vetrate, oppure un mix tra le due versioni, o ancora un
mix tra i pannelli PANORAMA e i normali pannelli coibentati.

If high ventilation is required, SEIP proposes PANORAMA model WITH GRIDS which is provided
with grids inserted in the aluminium frames making up the panels. PANORAMA model can be also
GLAZED: the aluminium frame supports methacrylate or glass sections, ensuring a high luminosity
level. SEIP ensures the possibility to choose whether to assemble only grids or glazed panels or
both or to mix PANORAMA panels and normal insulated panels.
