Zenith Shop Design ha partecipato attivamente, nel
segno del comfort e dell’innovazione, alla progettazione
e realizzazione della galleria commerciale del nuovo
ipermercato Conad Leclerc di Santo Stefano Magra

Il nuovo Centro Commerciale “La Fabbrica” di Santo Stefano in Val di Magra, caratterizzato da ambienti accoglienti,
innovativi e funzionali, ospita 37 negozi, ristorante, caffetteria, bar, gelateria, pizzeria e parafarmacia.
L’obiettivo del progetto era di realizzare un grande spazio
commerciale dal forte appeal e nello stesso tempo rivalutare un’ex area industriale (la Fonderia Sirma) ristrutturata,
creando un legame tra passato e presente.
Nella riqualificazione, grande attenzione è stata quindi data
ai materiali: legno, per creare un’atmosfera calda, abbinato
a materiali più tecnologici, come marmo, ferro e lamiera.
I prototipi suggeriti da Zenith Shop Design - azienda che
appartiene a Cefla Arredamenti Group - sono le lamiere di
alluminio e le lamiere stirate per la copertura degli impianti
in grado di offrire al pubblico un impatto visivo hi-tech e di
creare volumi tecnici che mascherano gran parte dell’impiantistica.
Nelle colonne sono state impiegate lamiere stirate e rivestimenti in legno grezzo, trattati con vernice opaca per
evidenziare il look industriale, rafforzate da appositi batticarrelli per evitare gli urti.

commerciale di Zenith Shop Design - “ha permesso la realizzazione di un nuovo complesso commerciale che si estende
su una superficie di 4300 mq e dà lavoro a 130 addetti”.

The “La Fabbrica” shopping centre at Santo Stefano in Val
di Magra, Italy, is characterized by innovative settings that
are as functional as they are stylish. La Fabbrica houses 37
shops, as well a restaurant, cafe, bar, ice-cream parlour,
take-away pizzeria, and an OTC pharmacy.
The aim of the project was to create a large, stylish shopping centre and at the same time, renovate a former industrial district (Fonderia Sirma), to create a link between the
past and present.
In renovating the area, much attention was paid to the choice of
materials: wood covering for the columns create a warm, informal atmosphere combined with more technological materials
such as marble, iron and aluminium.
The prototypes proposed by Zenith Shop Design - part of
Cefla Arredamenti Group - were the aluminium sheeting
and the expanded metal sheeting system coverings: these
offer an outstanding hi-tech visual impact and create technical spaces that mask much of the building systems.
To underline the renovation aspect and maintain a theme
of continuity the columns also feature metal lathing and
rough wooden coatings, finished with a coating of matt
paint, to highlight the raw, industrial look of the materials all
reinforced with bumpers to prevent knocks.
