RISPETTARE SCRUPOLOSAMENTE LA SUCCESSIONE DELLE OPERAZIONI DI SEGUITO
ELENCATE:
1.
Unire tra loro i fianchi (A-B), il cappello (C) e la schiena (D) stringendo con forza i tiranti inseriti nelle
apposite sedi. Fissare dal retro, con viti autofilettanti, la schiena al cappello.
2.
Agganciare il pensile cappa (E), l’eventuale pensile a giorno (F) e l’eventuale pensile scolapiatti (I) alla
relativa barra di sostegno pensile (G-H) preventivamente fissata alla schiena (D); quindi agire sulle viti di
regolazione delle attaccaglie.
3.
Inserire gli elementi base (J-K-L) avendo cura di fissarli tra loro tramite le apposite viti di unione;
applicare il profilo compensativo in alluminio (N) con del silicone al bordo inferiore della schiena (D),
fissare il ricoprimento operativo in acciaio (M).
4.
Portare in bolla ed allineare la struttura dell’armadiatura monoblocco (A-B-C-D) agendo sui piedini dei
fianchi (A-B), quindi portare in bolla gli elementi base (J-K-L) agendo sui piedini di regolazione delle
relative gambette.
5.
Allineare con cura le alzatine laterali (O-P) con l’alzatina posteriore del ricoprimento operativo (M),
posizionandole con il bi-adesivo ai fianchi (A-B). solo a questo punto fissare gli elementi base ai fianchi
(A-B).
6.
Agganciare lo zoccolo (Q) elle gambette degli elementi base. Fissare la pattumiera (R) nella base sotto
lavello (L). Fissare le ante (S-T) alle basette predisposte sui fianchi (A-B); registrandole, se necessario,
agendo sulle viti di regolazione delle cerniere speciali a 180°. Infine fissare, sul cappello (C), i due perni
eccentrici (U) ed i due cicchetti femmina (V) in dotazione a garanzia di una buona chiusura delle ante
stesse.

PLEASE RESPECT THE FITTING OPERATIONS SEQUENCE FOLLOWING THE NUMBERS:
Join sides (A-B), top (C ) and back (D) together tightening the tie bars of each element. Fix the back
panel to the top with self-tapping screws from the back.

Fix the wall unit with cooker hood (E) and the open wall unit (F) or (I) to the wall fixing bar (G-H) already

Insert base units (J-K-L) using the proper jointing screws: fit the U SHAPE aluminium profile (N) to the
hooked to the back panel (D) ; then work on the hook screws to regulate the position.

Balance all the kitchen block carcases (A-B-C-D) regulating the legs of the sides (A-B), then line up the
base units regulating the relevant legs.

Line up the side splashbacks (O-P) with the splashback of the cooking block (M), and fix them to the
sides (A-B) with double side adhesive tape. Now base units can be fixed to the sides (A-B).
6.
Join the plinth (Q) with the base units legs. Place the waste-bin (R ) in the sink base unit (L). Fix the
doors (S-T) to the hinges on the sides (A-B); if it is necessary, work on the screws of the 180° hinges to
regulate the position. Then, on the top, fix two pins (U) and two door magnet housing (V) to open and
close the doors easily.
