OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI: L’obiettivo del corso è la definizione fisico-matematica dei principali componenti elettronici e l’analisi dei circuiti elettronici analogici elementari. CONTENUTI: 1. Fondamenti di Fisica dei Semiconduttori (2 ore). 2. Fisica della giunzione pn (2 ore). 3. Diodo: Teoria ed Applicazione (4 ore). Esercizi (2 ore) 4. Transistor Bipolare (BJT): Principio di Funzionamento (4 ore). 5. Modello per grande e per piccolo segnale del BJT (2 ore) 6. Circuiti di Polarizzazione del BJT: Teoria (2 ore). Esercizi (2 ore) 7. Stadi Amplificatori Elementari basati su BJT: Teoria e schemi circuitali (6 ore). Esercizi (2 ore) 8. Transistor FET (JFET, MOSFET): Principio di Funzionamento (6 ore) 9. Modello per grande e per piccolo segnale del MOSFET (2 ore) 10. Circuiti di Polarizzazione per i MOSFET: Teoria (2 ore). Esercizi (2 ore) 11. Stadi Amplificatori Elementari basati su MOSFET (4 ore). METODI DI INSEGNAMENTO: Lezioni ed esercitazioni in aula impartite alla lavagna con metodo tradizionale eventualmente supportate da videoproiettore, tutoraggio in forma di assistenza individuale.
