He has considerable experience in the banking and financial sector, particularly in real estate structured financing as well as in derivative instruments. He has also gained extensive experience in capital markets transactions, securities law, and more generally, in commercial and company law, and also assists clients in any related litigation, including bankruptcy proceedings. After obtaining his degree in law at the University Federico II of Naples in 1989, Giuseppe specialized in commercial law at the same University in 1991, passed the bar exam in 1993 and was admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation in 2010. He is one of the arbitrators listed in the Arbitration Chamber of the National Anticorruption Authority. He teaches at the IBL (International Business Law) Master organized by the University La Sapienza in Rome. He has also lectured on financial contracts for some years at the Master del Sole24Ore Diritto e Impresa. He frequently speaks at national and international seminars and conferences and has published several articles in specialized legal journals. Giuseppe is a member of several international lawyers’ associations such as IBA – International Bar Association, Associazione italiana LSE Alumni, AEDBF – The European Society for Banking and Financial Law, UIA – International Association of Lawyers.
