Le panchine sono composte da due spalle in fusione artistica di alluminio e da traverse in legno.
I getti sono sabbiati a microsfere e finiti artigianalmente. Primer/Finitura
tixotropica anticorrosiva ad alto spessore agli ossidi di ferro micaceo, ricoperta da Trasparente semilucido bicomponente poliuretanico, con caratteristiche antigraffio. Applicazione in procedimento elettrostatico. Essiccazione a forno per 30 minuti a 60 °C.
Le assi ed i listelli sono in Iroko, legno di provenienza equatoriale destinato prevalentemente ad uso marino, in quanto particolarmente
resistente all’umidità. Il legno fresco è portato ad essiccazione
mediante disidratazione artificiale, e viene piallato e smussato a
misura, per formare le assi. Il legno viene infine trattato con procedimento di impregnatura ad immersione con prodotti antitarlo e antimuffa ad acqua. Le traverse vengono fissate con bulloneria TDDE
M6 inox con controdado.

The benches are made of two frames in artistic aluminium casting
and by horizontal wooden slats.
The casting elements are shot-blasted and craftsman finished. High
thickness Priming/Finishing, with anti-rust thixotropic ferromicaceous paint. Anti-scratch silk coating with two-component transparent polyurethanic paint. Electrostatic process painting, 30’
oven-drying at 60 °C.
Boards and battens are in Iroko wood: a kind of wood mainly employed
for marine use, since it is particularly damp-resistant. This wood
comes from the Equator. The fresh-cut wood is seasoned trough artificial dehydratation, and is completed, planed and smoothed down to
measure, in order to form the boards. The wood is finally impregnated, by immersion, with anti-woodworm and anti-mold products. Iroko
wood is painted in walnut color, always with water products. The wooden slats are attached using TDDE M6 stainless steel bolts and locknuts.
POSA IN OPERA
Le panchine vengono fornite montate. Il fissaggio al suolo avviene
mediante quattro tirafondi M12x165. Alla base dispongono fori filettati od asole per il fissaggio dei tirafondi.
Avvitare i tirafondo sulla panchina e predisporre il terreno per la
muratura degli stessi.
Posizionare la panchina in loco e procedere alla muratura. Ad avvenuta asciugatura del cemento, rimuovendo eventualmente la panchina per lavori di finissaggio.
LAYING OF THE BENCHES
The benches are assembled ready for delivery from our factory.
Fixing to the ground by four anchor bolts M12x165. The benches
are provided in the base with slots for the fixing of the bolts.
Screw the anchor bolts on the bench and prepare the ground for the
masonry.
Place the bench and proceed with the masonry. After the hardening of the concrete, eventually remove the bench for finishing jobs.
