Ristrutturato nel 1994 da un’antica fattoria rurale di fine ‘800, nel Casale padronale si
respira ancora l’atmosfera dell’epoca.
Renovated in 1994 from an old 19th century farmhouse. In the Main

Le carni bovine ed ovine dell’azienda agricola, allevate alle pendici del
Monte Nerone. I nostri prodotti stagionali locali. Il pregiato tartufo bianco e
nero di Acqualagna. I funghi porcini, russole, ovuli, prugnoli. La pasta fatta in
casa. I formaggi di produzione locale, pecorino di fossa, pecorino con foglie
e noci. I vini, Bianchello, Sangiovese, Vernaculum e le grappe artigianali.
Our cattle are raised on the slopes of Mt. Nerone. Our seasonal local products. The famous
white and black truffle of Acqualagna. Porcini, russole, ovuli and prugnoli mushrooms. Homemade pasta. Local cheeses, pecorino di fossa, pecorino with leaves and walnuts. Wines such
as Bianchello, Sangiovese, Vernaculum and handcrafted grappa.

La Vecchia Fonte.
This natural spring was discovered at the
beginning of 20th century. It is a private little
paradise, immersed in nature: Turkish Bath
in the cave, spring warm water at 37° and
lounge chairs in the Gazebo Relax.

The characteristic cots of the Borgo Frescina are divided into two-family and three-family houses.
They are furnished in a rural style, surrounded by nature and, concerning the two-family ones,
provided with a patio. In our cots you can find all comforts: kitchen (provided with microwave
oven, electric stovetop, fridge, crockery and household linen), TV color, bathrooms, bath towels’
kit, air conditioner and washing-machine.
