GELATO WORLD TOUR - SINGAPORE 20/21/22.03.2015
There were over 50,000 people
in Marina Bay Sand, Singapore,
for the 1st Asian stage of the
Gelato World Tour 2015-2017.
The IFI display cases (tropicalized
in order to cope with the high levels
of humidity and high temperature)
distributed thousands of cups
of the best artisan gelato created
by the 16 competing gelato makers.

C’erano più di 50.000 persone
a Marina Bay Sand, Singapore,
per la prima tappa asiatica
del Gelato World Tour 2015-2017.
Le vetrine IFI (in versione
tropicalizzata per far fronte all’alto
tasso di umidità e alla temperatura
elevata) hanno distribuito migliaia di
coppette del miglior gelato artigianale,
creato dai 16 gelatieri in gara.

Many people took part in the free
“My First Gelato Parlour”
by Academia IFI mini courses (held
for the 1st time at international level),
displaying great enthusiasm and focus;
a crowd of spectators and the media
followed the Tonda Challenge
that saw Haris Doneka of the
“Pick me up Café” gelato parlour in
Singapore win the Spatola d’Oro!
In tantissimi hanno partecipato con
entusiasmo e attenzione ai mini corsi
gratuiti “La Mia Prima Gelateria”
by Academia IFI (presentata per la
1° volta a livello internazionale);
una folla di pubblico e media ha seguito
il Tonda Challenge che ha visto
Haris Doneka della gelateria
“Pick me up Café”, Singapore,
aggiudicarsi la Spatola D’Oro!

After the popularity of the
courses held in Italy in February,
March and April, Academia IFI
captured the interest of the large
public present in Singapore.
Many people listened with great
interest to the theoretical
and practical advice on how to
open a successful gelato parlour.
Dopo la grande affluenza
registrata nei corsi svolti in Italia
nei mesi di febbraio, marzo
e aprile, Academia IFI
ha catturato l’interesse
dell’ampio pubblico presente.
In tantissimi hanno seguito
con interesse i consigli teorici
e pratici per aprire una gelateria
di successo.
