Ogni stazione Big Bag è composta da una
struttura fissa, sulla cui sommità è presente il
telaio di aggancio saccone che permettono
tramite carrello elevatore il posizionamento dello
stesso. Qualora il prodotto non fosse contenuto
in Big Bag, offriamo la possibilità di installare
dei svuota sacchi manuali nel quali l’operatore
vuoterà i sacchi di diverse capacità all’interno e il
contenuto verrà scaricato.

stoccati nei Big Bag. Il software di pesatura assistita e il
computer guidano l’operatore nell’operazione.

Ogni ciclo macchina avviene:
• FORMAZIONE DEL SACCHETTO
1. Svolgimento di una porzione di materiale
dal tubolare plastico (EVA);
2. Taglio di un lato del tubolare e termosaldatura;
3. Stampa a trasferimento termico del
sacchetto;
4. Introduzione pneumatica del sacchetto
in un contenitore rigido;
5. Movimentazione del contenitore dentro la
linea di dosaggio.

• CREATION OF THE BAG
1. The machine forms automatically bags
from a tubular film;
2. Heat sealing with temperature control;
3. Graphic Printer using thermal transfer;
4. Bags are automatically inserted into the
bags holder containers.
5. The system introduces containers in the
dosing area
DOSAGGIO
1. Ad ogni ciclo macchina il contenitore viene
sollevato e spostato di una posizione
in modo che tutti i contenitori possano
passare, uno dopo l’altro, sotto tutti i Big
Bag. (Passo Pellegrino);
2. Il computer analizza la posizione di
ogni contenitore. Se la posizione rientra
nell’elenco dei prodotti presenti nella
ricetta da produrre verrà attivato il ciclo di
dosaggio.
SCARICO DEL SACCHETTO
Alla fine del ciclo il sacchetto viene:
1. Estratto dal contenitore;
2. Privato dell’aria al suo interno (per evitare
rigonfiamenti inutili);
3. Termosaldato.

DOSING PHASE
1. The machine moves the container step by

2. Computer process continuously all the
containers. If the container (According with
recipe) is under the right Big Bag station the
dosing cycle is achieved.

DISCHARGING OF THE BAG
To the end of dosing the bag will be automatically:
1. Extracted from the containers;
2. Extracted from the internal air;
3. Sealed (head sail).

Color Service produce sistemi di pe satura polveri dal 1987,
anno della propria fondazione.
La lunga esperienza nel settore tessile, alimentare, cosmetico,
della gomma e negli ultimi anni proprio in quello automobilistico
affiancata alla capillare rete commercia le ci hanno permesso
di installare impianti in tutto il mondo (oltre 500 installazioni
hanno risolto il problema della pesatura manuale dei prodotti
in polvere).
Le caratteristiche principali dell’impianto sono:
· Dosaggio contemporaneo di tutti gli ingredienti.
· Produzione di 1 sacchetto al minuto indipendentemente dal
numero di prodotti.
· Creazione e gestione automatica del sacchetto.
· Sistema di aspirazione polveri dotato di filtro autopulente.
· Precisioni di dosaggio elevate (bilance con risoluzione
standard di 0.5 gr. con possibilità di estensione della precisione
fino a 0.01 gr.).
· Sistema di erogazione polveri brevettato.
· Dispositivi di rottura ponti installati all’interno del Big Bag
· Garantito l’uso automatico di tutti i prodotti più problematici
del settore come cere, biossidi, acceleranti, pigmenti.
· Big Bag che assicurano un’adeguata autonomia lavorativa
(1000 kg capacità)
· Sistema modulare. In caso di necessità future sono previsti
moduli aggiuntivi per aumentare il numero di prodotti gestiti.

Automatic system for the dosing of accelerators and
additives employed in the tyre production cycle
Color Service has been producing powder dyes and chemical
weighing and delivery systems since our inception in 1987.
Our long experience in the textile, food, cosmetics, automotive
and in the last years in the rubber highlights our diverse
capabilities to meet the requirements necessary in today’s
critical manufacturing environments.
Our system are world famous in solving the problems associated
with the manual weighing and distribution of powder products.
We have over 500 complete systems in operation today.
Key features of the system are:
· Contemporary dosing of all ingredients.
· Production of 1 bag per minute, number of products is
irrelevant to the productivity.
· Creation and automatic management of the bag.
· Anti- dust device fitted with self-cleaning filter.
· Elevated accuracy in the weighing (scale with standard
resolution of 0,5 gr. with possibility to extend the accuracy
up to 0,01 gr.).
· Patented powder dosing device.
· Devices to prevent powder agglomerates inside the silos.
· It is guaranteed the automatic dosing of the most difficult
products, such as waxes, dioxides, pigments and accelerators.
· Big Bag with capacity 1000kg, granting an adeguate autonomy.
· Modular system. In case of future requirements it is possible
to add modules to increase the number of products
