están fabricados en masa con
una protección de gelcoat. El
acabado y textura es igual al del
plato de ducha con sus mismo
colores. El panel se puede cortar
si hay necesidad de un ajuste en
medidas al colocarlo.

Los materiales defectuosos deberán comunicarse
a la empresa dentro de las 48 horas siguientes
a su recepción. En caso de material golpeado
o deteriorado por el transportista, deberá
comunicarse el mismo día de su recepción,
previa anotación en la hoja de transporte de
dicha incidencia y hacernos llegar una copia
vía fax y/o email. Equibaño Grupo Industrial
S.L.U. no admitirá reclamaciones recibidas
con posterioridad al transcurso de los plazos

dos años desde su fecha factura, siempre

Die Preise verstehen sich im gesamten Gebiet
des iberischen Festlandes ab einem Betrag von
200 € netto inklusive Versandkosten. Die Beträge,
die unterhalb dieses Betrags liegen, sind mit
einem Aufschlag von 8 € versehen.
Der Versandt außerhalb des iberischen
Festlandes wird für jeden Fall einzeln berechnet.
Beschädigtes Material muss dem Unternehmen
innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach dem Erhalt
desselben mitgeteilt werden. Bei Materialien,
die vom Fahrer des Transports Stöße erhalten
haben oder beeinträchtigt worden sind, muss
noch am selben Tag des Erhalts der bestellten
Materialien eine Mitteilung im Unternehmen
eingehen, bei vorheriger Mitteilung über
diesen Vorfall auf dem Transportformular,
welches im Unternehmen als Ausfertigung per
Fax oder E-Mail eingehen muss. Equibaño
Grupo Industrial S.L.U. erkennt keine
Reklamationsschreiben an, die nach den
genannten Fristen von ihnen erhalten werden
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. gewährt
eine Garantie von zwei Jahren ab
Rechnungsdatum unter der Voraussetzung,
dass die Produkte zweckmäßig benutzt
werden. Ein Versicherungsschutz bezieht sich
ausschließlichen auf den Materialersatz,
in keinem Fall aber auf Schäden oder
Beeinträchtigungen, welche erwartungsgemäß
direkt oder indirekt eintreten können, noch
bezieht sich dieser auf die Kosten für den Einbau
oder Ausbau.
Alle Rechtsstreitigkeiten unterstehen dem
Gerichtsstand Murcia.

Les délais de livraison sont purement informatifs
et n’entraîneront en aucun cas l’annulation,
la modification de la commande ni une raison
valable pour la déposition d’une plainte, rejetant
ainsi toute responsabilité à cet égard.
Les commandes de produits spéciaux doivent
toujours être effectuées par écrit et réglées
d’un acompte minimum de 30 % du montant du
produit commandé. Aucune annulation desdites
commandes ne sera acceptée.
Les prix de vente sont indiqués sur le tarif en
vigueur lors de la réception de la commande.
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. se réserve le
droit de réviser et de modifier ces prix même
sans préavis.
Aucune annulation des commandes ne sera
acceptée. Le cas échéant, Equibaño Grupo
Industrial S.L.U. se réserve le droit de facturer un
montant en raison des possibles frais engagés.
Les prix de ce tarif incluent des ports payés sur
tout le territoire de la péninsule à partir des 200
€ nets par envoi. Les montants inférieurs audit
montant auront un frais supplémentaire de 8 €.
Les frais de transport à l’extérieur de la
péninsule seront évalués individuellement.
En cas de matériaux défectueux, le client devra
contacter l’entreprise dans les 48 heures après
leur réception. En cas de coups ou de matériel
endommagé par le transporteur, veuillez le
communiquer le jour-même de sa réception
sous notification préalable de ladite incidence
sur la feuille de transport et nous faire parvenir
une copie de cette dernière par fax ou courriel.
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. n’admettra
aucune plainte reçue après les délais établis
ci-dessus.
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. accorde une
garantie exclusive de deux ans à partir de la
date indiquée sur la facture à ses produits
à condition que le produit ait été utilisé de
manière appropriée. Cette garantie couvre le
réapprovisionnement du matériel mais n’assume
en aucun cas les dommages et intérêts qui
pourront se produire par défaut, directement ou
indirectement, tout comme les frais d’installation
ou de désinstallation.
Pour tout litige, l’acquéreur sera soumis à
la juridiction de la Cour et des tribunaux de
Murcie.
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. si reserva il
diritto di modificare e/o annullare parzialmente
o totalmente gli articoli, in qualsiasi momento e
senza avviso previo.
I termini di consegna sono informativi e non
supporranno, in nessun caso, annullamenti o
cambiamenti degli ordini, né motivi di reclamo
con responsabilità di nessun tipo.
Gli ordini di prodotti speciali devono essere
sempre effettuati per iscritto, oltre ad essere
accompagnati da un acconto minimo del 30%
dell’importo del prodotto richiesto. In nessun
caso, verranno accettati annullamenti di tali
ordini.
I prezzi di vendita sono quelli indicati nella tarifa
vigente al momento della ricezione dell’ordine.
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. si reserva il
diritto di verificare e variare tali prezzi, anche
senza avviso previo.
Non si accetteranno annullamenti di ordini. In
caso contratio, Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U.
si reserva il diritto di fatturare le eventuali spese
sostenute.
I prezzi della presente tariffa includono
le spese di trasporto sostenute su tutto il
territorio peninsulare a partire da 200 € netti a
spedizione. Gli importi inferiori a tale importo
saranno soggetti ad una sovrattassa di 8 €.
I trasporti fuori della penisola saranno quotati
caso per caso.
I materiali difettosi dovranno essere segnalati
all’azienda entro le 48 ore successive alla
consegna. In caso di materiale danneggiato
o deteriorato a causa del trasporto, il cliente
dovrà comunicarlo il giorno stesso della
consegna, previa annotazione nella scheda
di trasporto di tale incidenza, e rinviarcene
una copia via fax e/o e-mail. Equibaño Grupo
Industrial S.L.U. non accetterà reclami una volta
trascorsi i termini sopra citati.
Equibaño Grupo Industrial S.L.U. garantirà
i suoi prodotti per una durata di due anni a
partire dalla data di fatturazione, sempre e
quando il prodotto venga utilizzato in maniera
corretta. Copertura esclusiva di sostituzione
del materiale, eccetto in caso di danni o difetti
che possano essere stati provocati, tanto
direttamente come indirettamente, spese di
installazione o disinstallazione.
In caso di litigio, l’acquirente si sottoporrà
alla giurisdizione dei Tribunali e delle Corti di
Murcia.
