Each Standholder Exhibitor will receive a number of free badges proportionally to the area assigned: 5 badges for the first 20 sq.m. and one badge for every additional 10 sq.m.
Exhibitors may order further extra online exhibitor badges by means of this form. The stand manager will receive a password to access the system which consents to manage the codes of the booked badges.
Please note: the badge allows 2 entrances a day. In case of abuse it can be withdrawn.

ONLINE VISITOR INVITATIONS
Thanks to the new online visitor invitations Exhibitors may easily reach all their customers, invite them to Host and pay only at the end. Exhibitors may order online visitor invitations by means of this form. The stand
manager will receive a password to access the system which consents to manage the codes of the booked online invitations.
Please note: no other invitation or document produced by the Exhibitor will allow free entrance to the exhibition area.

HARD COPY VISITOR INVITATIONS
Exhibitors may purchase packets of hard copy invitations. Each invitation is valid for one person.
To use the hard copy visitor invitation please go to www.host.fieramilano.it (“Visiting” section) and register, compiling the form with the requested data and the code on the invitation. At the end of the procedure the customer
will receive by mail a confirmation of the successful registration, to be printed and brought with to the Exhibition. Entrance will be easily made thanks to the Easy Access totems positioned at the receptions.
The hard copy visitor invitations are sold in packets of 50 pieces. To order this type of invitations the payment of a deposit is requested.

The total invoiced will be delivered to the Exhibitors stand during the exhibition and the holding deposit will be deducted from the final statement of account.
Any outstanding accounts must be settled without delay before Host closing (25th October 2011).
