Italian Gemstones è una taglieria di pietre preziose, semipreziose e dure, che nasce dalla dedizione e dall’esperienza del suo mastro tagliatore, il Sig. Franco Frassineti. La sua passione per quest’arte così particolare è
senza dubbio un dono di natura che è emerso fin da giovane età. La sua attività professionale è iniziata quando
era appena diciottenne e negli ultimi trent’anni è stata costellata da un successo dietro l’altro. Franco Frassineti
si può definire un artista e allo stesso tempo un creativo allo stato puro, arrivando a rivoluzionare il concetto del
taglio delle pietre preziose non solo nel panorama italiano, ma in tutto il mondo. La sua innata curiosità e il deciso
gusto per la bellezza lo hanno spinto a esplorare nuovi percorsi creativi che, nella sua lunga carriera di mastro
tagliatore, hanno affascinato e contagiato i principali designer di gioielli, attivi sul mercato mondiale. In passato,
ha insegnato il taglio delle pietre all’Isitituto d’Arte di Forlì e alcuni dei suoi allievi sono emersi nel settore dell’oreficeria e della moda. Ora, ha deciso di rimettersi in gioco con una nuova ditta composta da giovani collaboratori
con la voglia di portare avanti quest’arte così particolare e dal fascino così misterioso.
Italian Gemstones is a gemstones’ cutting company born from his master gemcutter’s commitment and experience, Mr Franco Frassineti. His passion for this so peculiar art is doubtless a gift from nature, that appeared
since he was very young. His working activity started when he was just eighteen and in this last thirty years has
been fulfilled with one success after another. Franco Frassineti can be described as an artist and a creative at
the same time and at his purest level, who could turn around the concept of cutting gemstones not only in Italy,
but also in all the world. His innate curiosity and unquestionable taste for beauty led him to explore new creative
routes that, through his long career, charmed and affected the major jewellery’s designers active in the worldwide market. In the past, he teached gemcutting at the Art Institute of Forlì and some of his students distinguished
themselves in the jewellery fashion industry. Now, Mr Frassineti decided to start anew next to young collaborators full of fresh desire to continue an art so peculiar and with such a mysterious appeal.

stato grezzo vengono accuratamente selezionate e, solo utilizzando i “pezzi migliori”, prendono
vita, grazie alla sua genialità, forme sempre nuove, che da oltre 35 anni hanno soddisfatto e in
certi casi anche ispirato i designer di gioielli più famosi nel panorama mondiale.

are carefully selected and only the “best pieces”, thanks to his brilliance, become alive and
