Con la presente desideriamo portare all’attenzione della nostra clientela che il
trattamento di zincatura meccanica eseguito sulla rondella zigrinata potrebbe
ridurre del 35% circa la coppia di serraggio a svitamento.
La causa di questo è da imputare al ciclo col quale viene eseguito questo rivestimento,
che prevede una abrasione dei pezzi mediante sfere di vetro che
arrotondano gli spigoli.

 Zincatura Elettrolitica + deidrogenazione secondo Uni En 4042

Hereby we would like to advise our customers that mechanical zinc plating on
knurled washers might reduce their unscrewing tightening torque of about 35%.
The working cycle of this type of plating, made through glass spheres, causes the
abrasion of the parts and bevels of their edges.

In order to avoid this kind of problem we suggest the following surface finishing:
 Phosphating
 Electrolytic zinc plating + hydrogen embrittlement according to Uni En 4042
