Dal 1911 comincia la storia della famiglia Ruberti.
Famiglia che grazie ad un patrimonio di idee e di mezzi trasmesso di padre in figlio, da vita ad una nuova filosofia aziendale, creando ad oggi, il successo dell'Azienda Ruberti SpA..
Nata come piccola attività artigianale produttrice di finimenti e sellerie, la Ruberti SpA è cresciuta ed ha differenziato la produzione fino a diventare
leader nella trasformazione delle materie plastiche e nella produzione di prodotti finiti nel settore veicolistico, elettromedicale,
odontoiatrico, fitness.
L'azienda è composta da un organico di oltre 70 addetti, di cui circa un terzo dedicati al lavoro di ricerca e sviluppo per la
progettazione e la realizzazione di prodotti completi. La sede si sviluppa su due unità su una superficie totale di oltre

L'inquinamento indoor
Si definisce inquinamento indoor "la presenza nell'aria di ambienti
confinati di contaminanti fisici, chimici e biologici non presenti
naturalmente nell'aria esterna di sistemi ecologici di elevata qualità"
(Ministero dell'Ambiente Italiano, 1991).
Se si considera che trascorriamo molta parte del nostro tempo in
ambienti chiusi, è evidente che l'attenzione all'inquinamento indoor è
di primaria importanza.
Nell'aria all'interno degli edifici sono presenti gli stessi inquinanti
dell'esterno, provocati dal traffico urbano e dall'inquinamento industriale,
e tutta una serie di agenti inquinanti le cui fonti sono all'interno degli
edifici. Polveri, gas, sostanze volatili derivanti dai materiali da costruzione
e dagli arredi, composti chimici contenuti nei prodotti per pulizia e
manutenzione, fumo di sigaretta possono incidere seriamente sul nostro
benessere psicofisico. Micropolveri, fibre, germi e batteri sono di
frequente causa di reazioni allergiche, infezioni e intossicazioni o di
disturbi al sistema nervoso e a quello respiratorio.
Airone. Efficienza e design
Airone è una gamma di apparecchi studiati appositamente per ridurre
al minimo il problema dell'inquinamento dell'aria all'interno degli edifici.
In prima linea sul versante di ricerca e innovazione, tecnici e progettisti
si sono posti tre obiettivi che esprimono la filosofia Airone.
DESIGN. Modelli di nuova generazione dallo stile essenziale e
contemporaneo: linee pulite e una ricca cartella colori sia nelle
proposte da parete soffitto e controsoffitto. Sono previste colorazioni
speciali e personalizzate per inserire gli apparecchi Airone in qualunque
contesto architettonico.
GARANZIA DI EFFICIENZA. Realizzare una gamma di apparecchi
certificati ai massimi livelli, in conformità alle Direttive di Sicurezza
CE e UNI, nel rispetto dell'ambiente e con materiali riciclabili. L'intera
linea Airone ha ottenuto il marchio di qualità IMQ e il certificato di
efficienza dal dipartimento di Ingegneria Idraulica e Ambientale di
Pavia, in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Farmacologia e Medicina.
EFFICACIA E RISPARMIO. Favorire il risparmio energetico e
i tempi di manutenzione. I depuratori Airone permettono di ridurre i
ricambi d'aria con l'esterno e, attraverso la gestione di apparecchiature
ausiliarie per il ricambio, evitare inutili sprechi d'aria. La leggerezza
dei componenti e i sistemi di aggancio semplificano inoltre l'installazione
e l'accesso all'apparecchio per ogni tipo di intervento.
La tecnologia Airone è in grado di garantire:
Miglior qualità dell'aria, l'efficace sistema di filtrazione riduce
drasticamente la presenza di sostanze nocive come fumo, micro polveri,
smog, odori sgradevoli, virus e batteri dannosi per la salute e il ricambio
d'aria controllato con l'esterno elimina l'anidride carbonica ed ossigena
gli ambienti.
Risparmio energetico, la destratificazione dell'aria, che mantiene
la temperatura interna omogenea, e un numero limitato di ricambi d'aria
con l'esterno sono fattori che contribuiscono ad un notevole abbattimento
di costi per il riscaldamento e il condizionamento.
Risparmio in manutenzione, diminuisce la necessità di pulizie
ordinarie e straordinarie e di tinteggio delle pareti.
Principio di filtrazione dell'aria dei depuratori Airone
Tutta la gamma degli apparecchi Airone tratta l'inquinamento in modo selettivo, attraverso un sistema
che aspira l'aria, la filtra in moto continuo con un adeguato processo di filtrazione e la reimmette
nell'ambiente pura e bilanciata ionicamente.
Il sistema di filtrazione comprende tre fasi di trattamento in successione:
Un prefiltro meccanico, realizzato con reti microstirate d'alluminio a densità variabile e a bassa
turbolenza di passaggio per garantire la massima silenziosità, con la funzione di trattenere le particelle
più grossolane e di uniformare il flusso d'aria in ingresso.
Un filtro elettrostatico, composto
da una griglia ionizzante e collettori
di raccolta, che basa il suo
funzionamento sull'impiego di alta
tensione a basso amperaggio
applicata sia alla griglia che ai collettori.
Le particelle che presentano la
medesima carica elettrica (positiva o
negativa) si respingono, mentre le
particelle di segno opposto si
attraggono.
L'aria inquinata passa attraverso la
griglia ionizzante caricata con un
voltaggio di 8000 Volt dove avviene
una cessione "effetto corona" di
cariche elettriche positive alle particelle in sospensione. In seguito, l'aria viene convogliata nel collettore
che è composto da tante piastre alimentate alternativamente con alto voltaggio 4000 Volt e potenziale
zero in modo che la loro differenza di voltaggio sia elevata. Le particelle inquinanti così caricate sono
attratte verso le piastre con potenziale zero e si depositano su di esse.
Per garantire una migliore efficienza del sistema di depurazione, le particelle inquinanti depositate devono
essere periodicamente rimosse dal collettore di raccolta mediante lavaggio manuale del filtro elettrostatico
con appositi detergenti.
Un sistema di post ionizzazione, costituito da un generatore di ioni negativi installato sugli
apparecchi, ripristina all'interno degli ambienti il giusto equilibrio ionico tra ioni positivi e negativi. Recenti
studi hanno dimostrato che il benessere delle
persone che vivono in un ambiente chiuso varia
secondo parametri ambientali come: grado di
pulizia dell'aria, rumore, temperatura,
illuminazione, umidità ma anche ionizzazione
dell'aria intesa sia come percentuale tra ioni
positivi e negativi che come quantità assoluta
di ioni.
If we consider that we spend a lot of time in rooms, it is clear that the
attention to the indoor pollution is of primary importance.
The indoor air in buildings contains the same pollution caused by the
urban traffic and the industrial pollution and also by a source of pollution
agents which are situated inside the buildings themselves.
Dust, gases, flying substances coming from building materials and
from furniture, from chemical compositions of the cleaning and
maintenance products, from cigarette smoke. All this can seriously
damage our psychophysics well being.
Micro-powders, fibres, germs and bacterium are frequently the cause
of allergic reactions, infections, poisonings or problems to the nervous
system and to breathing system also.
Airone. Efficiency and Design
Airone is a range of fittings expressly studied to reduce the problem
of indoor air pollution of buildings.
As first step about the innovation and research side, our technicians
and engineers had three purposes to reach in order to express the
Airone philosophy:
DESIGN. New generation models with an essential and
contemporary style: clear lines and a reach colour availability for the
wall/ ceiling and false ceiling models. Special and custom-made
colours in order to install the Airone fittings in every architectural
enviroment.
WARRANTY of EFFICIENCY. To develop a range of fittings with
the highest Certifications in conformity to the Security Rules CE and
UNI by respecting the environment using recycling materials. The
Airone range is IMQ certified and has obtained the efficiency certificate
issued by the Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering Department
of the University of Pavia in cooperation with the Medical and
Pharmacology Department.
EFFECTIVENESS and SAVING. To favour energy saving and
time maintenance the Airone air cleaners allow to reduce outside air
replacement and avoid waste of energy thank to the possibility to
use automatically external devices for the air replacement. The
lightness of materials allow an easy installation and the access to
the fitting for every intervention.
The Airone technology guarantees:
Better air quality, the effective filtration system reduces the presence
of bad substances like smoke, micro-powders, smog, unpleasant
smells, virus and detrimental bacterium for the health and the outside
managed air exchange remove carbon dioxide and re-oxygenate rooms.
Energy saving, thank to the minor necessity of outside air replacements
and the thermal stratification which is avoided by the continuous and
determinate air motion, contribute for a considerable saving for heating
and air conditioning costs.

The indoor pollution is: the presence in the room of air with physical,
chemical and biological pollution, which are not present in outside air,
treated with high quality ecological systems. (Italian Ministry of

AIRONE AND ITS PECULIARITIES
Principles of the filtration system of the Airone air cleaners.
The family of the Airone fittings treats pollution in a selective way through a system which aspirate the
air and it is filtered in a continuous way by a proper filtration system, after this air is blowed in the room
pure and ionic balanced.
The filtration system is made by three sequence phases:
One mechanical pre-filter composed by micro-ironed nets of variable density. The low turbulence
guarantees the highest silence and its function is to retain the bigger particles and to uniform the income
of the air flow.
One electrostatic filter,
composed by ionizing grid and
collectors based on the use of the
high frequency to low amperage
assigned both on the ionizing grid
than on the intake collector.
Particles with the same electric charge
(positive or negative) repel
themselves and the particles with
opposite sign attract themselves.
The polluted air pass through the
ionizing grid which is charged to 8000
Volts and here there is a transfer
called 'crown effect' of positive
electric charges to the flying particles.
After that air is pushed in the collector, that is composed by a quantity of plates alternatively supplied
with high frequency power 4000 Volt and potential zero, in a way that their voltage difference is high.
The charged polluting particles are attracted from the plates with zero potential and they are collected
from the same.
For a better efficiency in the cleaning system, the polluting particles stored have to be periodically
removed from the intake manifold, through the utilisation of its detergents.
One after ionization system: it is installed on the fittings and is composed by a generator of
negatives ions in order to reset the right ion balance inside the rooms , between positive and negative
ones. According to the latest studies, it has been demonstrated that wellness of people living in rooms
changes in accordance with the environmental
parameters like: air cleaning degree, noise,
temperature, lighting, humidity but also the air
ionisation meant as percentage between positive
and negative ions as absolute quantity of ions.

DESCRIZIONE TECNICA
Apparecchio per la depurazione dell'aria in ambienti chiusi per installazione
da soffitto o parete. Struttura esterna composta da un corpo base
realizzato in ABS resistente agli urti, da un'ossatura di rinforzo di metallo
e da un cofano di copertura removibile realizzato in ABS bicolore. Piastra
di fissaggio rapido per installazione a soffitto o parete realizzata in metallo.
Sistema di filtrazione composto da:
- un prefiltro meccanico formato da reti microstirate a densità variabile
e telaio d'alluminio con funzione di trattenere sia le particelle più
grossolane che uniformare il flusso d'aria.
- un filtro elettrostatico composto da una griglia ionizzante e un collettore
di raccolta realizzato in alluminio e acciaio che trattiene le particelle
inquinanti più piccole quali micropolveri, fumi, batteri e virus, polline e
sostanze allergiche.
Il filtro è completo di maniglia per la movimentazione, sistema di fissaggio
rapido con maniglia a scatto e morsettiera di collegamento elettrico.
Post ionizzazione sul flusso di mandata dell'aria costituito da punte ionizzanti
per ripristinare, all’interno degli ambienti, il giusto equilibrio ionico.
Il depuratore è comandato da un processore che, oltre a gestire tutte le
funzioni normali dell’apparecchio, gestisce e controlla:
- l’apertura dell'apparecchio
- lo spegnimento programmato dell'apparecchio
- lo stato di pulizia del filtro elettrostatico
- l’auto diagnosi con segnalazione errori di funzionamento
- la gestione dispositivi accessori esterni
Dal telecomando a raggi infrarossi, fornito in dotazione vengono comandate
tutte le funzioni: accensione e spegnimento, regolazione delle tre velocità di
funzionamento, visualizzazione e programmazione dei diversi stati di controllo.
Apparecchio dotato di sistema di controllo e gestione manuale mediante
microinterruttore situato sul display.

Airone mantiene l'aria degli ambienti libera da tutte le particelle dannose

Gli apparecchi Airone sono stati progettati e
realizzati al fine di permettere all’utilizzatore una
facile installazione e una rapida e completa
manutenzione. La leggerezza del materiale e i
sistemi di aggancio e chiusura rapidi infatti, facilitano
l’accesso ai componenti dell’apparecchio sia per
le normali manutenzioni di pulizia dei filtri che per
quelle straordinarie di intervento.
A lato, illustriamo le varie fasi di installazione e
manutenzione del depuratore.
Fitting for the air cleaning in rooms and to be installed on the ceiling or
on the wall. The whole fitting is composed by a basic body of impact
resistant ABS, by a metal lay-up and by a removable cover made of
ABS in two colours.

The filtration system is composed by:
- one mechanical pre-filter composed by micro-ironed nets of variable
density and aluminium frame: its function is to retain the bigger
particles and to uniform the air flow.
- one electrostatic filter composed by a ionizing grid and one collector
made of aluminium and steel: its function is to retain the smaller
pollution particles like micro-powders, smokes, bacterias, virus,
pollen and allergy agents.
The filter is complete with its shackle for removing, by a quick fixing
system with snap shackle and the terminal block for the electrical
connection.
The after-ionization on the air flow made by ionizating points in order
to reset the right ionic balance into the room.
The fitting is controlled by a processor which controls all the ordinary
functions and also:
- the opening of the fitting
- the programmed switch off of the fitting
- the cleaning situation of the electrostatic filter
- self-control signalling operating mistakes
- the control of the outside accessories devices.
The remote control is included and controls: switch on and off of the
fitting, regulation of the three speedies, display and programming of
different check situation. On the display there is included also a hand
control and management system micro-switch.
WHERE TO USE
Airone maintains the room air free from particles damaging health like
smoke, micro-dust, virus, bacterium and smells. Thanks to its efficiency,
design and availability of colours and to the easy maintenance it is ideal
for public places in the industrial and services sectors like
offices, meeting rooms and waiting rooms; social places like
surgeries, dentist's surgeries, nursery school and seniors
centres, for the commercial branch like shops, hair dresses
shops, for relax and amusement places like bars, restaurants

INSTALLATION SYSTEM
The Airone fittings are planned and realized in order
to allow to the user an easy installation and a quick
and complete maintenance.
The lightness of the material, the quick hooking and
closing system, they ease the access to the
components of the fittings even for the ordinary
maintenance of the filter cleaning, that for the special
one. Here we show the different installation phases
and maintenance of the air cleaning system.

installazione ad incasso per controsoffitto. Composto da un corpo base
realizzato in ABS resistente agli urti, da un'ossatura di rinforzo di metallo eda
convogliatori d’aria e cofano di copertura removibile realizzati sempre in ABS.
Telaio di fissaggio per installazione a soffitto realizzato in metallo.
Sistema di filtrazione composto da:

a max. 3 m. di distanza dall’apparecchio. Questo materiale non viene da noi fornito.

- one electrostatic filter composed by a ionizing grid and one collector
made of aluminium and steel: its function is to retain the smaller
pollution particles like micro-powders, smokes, bacterias,
virus, pollen and allergy agents.
The filter is complete with its shackle for removing, by a quick fixing
system with snap shackle and the terminal block for the electrical
connection.
The after-ionization on the air flow made by ionizing points in order to
reset the right ionic balance into the room.
The fitting is controlled by a processor which controls all the ordinary
functions and also:
- the opening of the fitting
- the programmed switch off of the fitting
- the cleaning situation of the electrostatic filter
- self-control signalling operating mistakes
- the control of the outside accessories devices.
The remote control is included and controls: switch on and off of the
fitting, regulation of the three speeds, display and programming of the
different check situation. On the display there is included also a hand
control and management system micro-switch.
WHERE TO USE
Airone maintains the room air free from particles damaging health like smoke, microdust, virus, bacterium and smells. Thanks to its efficiency, design and availability of
colours and to the easy maintenance it is ideal for public places in the industrial
and services sectors like offices, meeting rooms and waiting rooms;
social places like surgeries, dentist's surgeries, nursery school and
seniors centres, for the commercial branch like shops, hair dresses
shops, for relax and amusement places like bars, restaurants and
pubs. Airone DPI.200 to be installed in every kind of false ceiling with panel size
600x600 or 625x625. The air recirculation is made through flexible tubes of diam.
125 mm. and diffusers with air flow orientation, placed at max. 3 m far away from
the air cleaner. These materials are not sold by us.

and complete maintenance.
The lightness of the material, the quick hooking and
closing system, they ease the access to the
components of the fittings even for the ordinary
maintenance of the filter cleaning, that for the special
one. Here we show the different installation phases
and maintenance of the air cleaning system.

Sleep - Spegnimento programmato dell'apparecchio.
L'utilizzatore può decidere di attivare lo spegnimento ritardato da un minimo di 30 minuti ad un
massimo di 4 ore e 30 minuti. Questa funzione è stata inserita nel programma di gestione
dell'apparecchio per permettere all'utilizzatore di mantenere il depuratore in funzione per il periodo
desiderato anche dopo la chiusura del locale nel quale è installato.
Sleep - Programmed switch off of the fitting.
The user may decide to activate the delayed switch off for minimum 30 minutes till a maximum of
4 hours and 30 minutes. This function has been included in the control programm of the fitting
in order to allow to the user to maintain the air cleaning fitting, working for the wished period even
after the closing of the room.
Clean - Pulizia filtro elettrostatico.
L'efficienza del depuratore è strettamente collegata allo stato del filtro elettrostatico.
Quando il filtro è molto sporco il depuratore perde efficienza e non purifica più l'aria. E' quindi
necessario intervenire mediante una semplice manutenzione periodica. Il sistema di controllo e di
gestione dell'apparecchio segnala sul display la necessità di pulizia del filtro.
Se non s'interviene entro un periodo programmato, il depuratore si pone automaticamente in standby segnalando sul display il relativo codice errore. Questa funzione "CLEAN" di blocco per la pulizia
filtro è stata volutamente impostata per evitare che l'apparecchio da depuratore si trasformi in
inquinatore.
Clean - Cleaning of the electrostatic filter
The efficiency of the fitting is strictly bound to the condition of the electrostatic filter.
When the filter is very dirty the air cleaning fitting loose in efficiency and it does not clean the air
anymore, so it is necessary to act and make a simple periodically maintenance.
The control system of the fitting shows on the display the necessity of the filter cleaning. If the
intervention is not made within the programmed time, the fittings goes automatically in stand-by
position and shows on the display the corresponding error-code.
The block function 'CLEAN' it was expressly introduced in order to avoid that the fitting becomes
a polluting fitting.

In order to full satisfy the requests of the customer, Ruberti is in the position
to offer three very important services:

The Ruberti's experience and its sales force is at the full disposal of the
customer in order to work out every single project considering the necessities
and available space. This is a qualified service as guarantee of seriousness

2- After - Sale assistance
Assistance that guarantees the investment that the client has made.
The spare parts are always available at the warehouse and also a quick
assistance service with high qualified technicians, in order to guarantee
the maximum efficient working level of the fittings.
3 - Custom made service
It is also possible to ask for the realisation of fittings in different colours,
which are not included in our standard colour line. The colours we can
execute they are those of the RAL List.
Error - Segnalazione errori (Autodiagnosi).
Durante l'esecuzione dei cicli di lavoro, il depuratore viene continuamente monitorato per rilevare
eventuali condizioni anomale di funzionamento. Non appena si rileva un errore vengono bloccate
tutte le funzioni del depuratore (stand-by) e sul display viene visualizzato il codice errore rilevato
permettendo così al centro di assistenza un rapido intervento.
Error - Error signalling (self-diagnosis)
When working the fitting is continuously monitored in order to check possible working anomalies.
As soon as a mistake is found all the functions of the fitting are stopped (stand-by) and the display
shows the detected error code allowing the assistance staff to act immediately.

Aux - Funzioni Accessorie Per assicurare un corretto benessere a chi frequenta gli ambienti chiusi, è indispensabile l'apporto
di aria esterna. Nessun depuratore può produrre ossigeno né assorbire anidride carbonica.
Occorre quindi garantire un adeguato ricambio d'aria con l'esterno.
I depuratori Airone sono stati dotati di un dispositivo in grado di gestire e controllare apparecchi
ausiliari esterni, aspiratori e recuperatori di calore, per garantire la quantità d'aria e il numero di
ricambi ottimali all'interno del locale ed evitare ogni inutile spreco d'energia.

Aux -Accessories Functions In order to assure the right comfort to people living in a room it is necessary to let introduce fresh
air from outside. No air cleaner is able to produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide in the air,
than it is necessary to let introduce the right quantity of air from outside.
The Airone air cleaners are provided with a control device and through the same manage external
fittings like aspirators and heat regenerators, in order to assure and grant in the room the
necessary air replacement and avoid waste of energy.
