Il Tatarstan punta sulla qualità
Tatarstan focuses on quality Bedeschi, (Limena, Padova, Italy) Il Tatarstan punta sulla qualità The factory of renowned clinker and facing brick manufacturer Alekseevskaya Keramika is located to the south of the city of Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, one of the richest regions of Russia. The company has long been relying on the experience of Italian company Bedeschi for the technical upgrades needed to increase production capacity and improve product quality. Recent installations include a new extrusion, cutting and frame loading line for facing bricks and a new cutting machine, new chamber dryers, an automatic setting machine with robot and new shuttle kilns aimed at increasing clinker line capacity. All the equipment was designed and built by Bedeschi and has been fully operational since 2014 with a production of 30 million bricks a year. The cutting wire is fixed on two slides that move on two slewing rings with a continuous circular movement. The machine is equipped with two cutting wires fixed to two pairs of slides, just one of which is active. The advantage of this solution is that it considerably reduces the mass (and consequently inertia) of the moving parts as only the wire and not the whole cutting bow follows the product in the cutting operation after extrusion. This makes for shorter response times and enables the machine to adapt more easily to potential fluctuations in extrusion speed. The absence of a return movement of the wire also means that the cutting frequency is conTRBED rotary cutting machine siderably higher than with traTaglierina rotante TRBED ditional vertical cutters and allows high production rates to be reached using a single cutting wire. This simplifies machine adjustments, which can be done simply by inserting the parameter from the operator panel without the need to perform manual operations on the machine. The machine is also equipped with a brush system for wire cleaning and a wire breakage signalling device. During the cutting wire fitting operaSetting line with robot tion the operator is assisted Linea impilatrice con robot by an air-operated system that stretches the wire with constant tension before it is fixed. All the movements are operated by brushless motors controlled by easy-to-use and highly reliable electronics. Expansion of the clinker line The clinker line output has been doubled by adopting a new chamber dryer, new shuttle kilns and a new setting line for dried material, a tilting Shuttle kiln device, a layer setting line Forno intermittente and an anthropomorphic robot kiln car loading system. The dryer consists of three drying chambers and has a central travelling inner ventilation system with three groups composed of two superimposed bidirectional axial fans, each with a 1,000 mm diameter and 40,000 m3/h capacity. The thermal room, shared by the three drying chambers, also uses the cooling air originating from the two shuttle kilns. Assuming the need to ventilate 8 bricks lengthwise on each side of the chamber, the drying cycles are completed within less than 48 hours. I cicli raggiunti, considerando di dover The two new shuttle kilns work alongside the existing three and each contain 3 cars with two rows of packs. They are equipped with a firing system consisting of 28 side burners divided into 6 regulating groups. An additional cooling system is activated at the end of the cycle. The firing cycles are completed in under 36 hours. Both the dryers and kilns are equipped with modern management software installed on dedicated computers and capable of automatically controlling the various phases of the thermal cycle without the need for operator intervention. The order also includes an automatic robot system for frame unloading and kiln car programming and loading. The line enables each individual layer to be composed with a number of different bricks, which can be loaded either upright or sideways. The entire line was assembled and tested in the Bedeschi workshop prior to shipment, which considerably reduced installation and commissioning times.
